정리수납 기반 구독형 홈케어 플랫폼 ‘열다’를 운영하는 열다컴퍼니(대표 임찬솔)가 서울대 기술지주로부터 시드 투자를 유치했다고 7일 밝혔다.
열다컴퍼니는 고객의 생활 패턴과 물건 데이터를 분석해 지속 가능한 공간 관리 시스템을 구축하는 기업으로, 2022년 10월 설립 이후 전문가 기반 ‘홈오거나이징’ 서비스를 제공하며 시장의 주목을 받아왔다. 서비스는 공간 진단, 맞춤형 정리·수납·가구 재배치를 포함한다.
회사 측은 기존 일회성 정리수납 서비스를 비대면 정기 구독 형태로 전환해 비용을 80% 이상 절감하고, 프리미엄 서비스였던 정리수납을 누구나 정기적으로 누릴 수 있는 홈케어 서비스로 대중화했다고 설명했다.
열다컴퍼니는 ‘Physical AI’를 목표로 공간 데이터 인프라를 구축하고 있다. 정리수납 과정에서 발생하는 물건 단위 데이터를 디지털화해 현실 세계를 인덱싱하며, 구글이나 LG전자도 쉽게 접근하기 어려운 가구 내부 및 물건 단위 데이터를 선점하는 전략이다.
서울대기술지주 목승환 대표는 “열다컴퍼니는 기존 O2O 정리수납 서비스를 AI와 데이터로 확장해 실제 생활 공간을 디지털 인프라로 전환하는 공간 혁신을 추진하고 있다”며, “Physical AI 시대를 준비하는 플랫폼으로 성장 가능성이 높아 투자했다”고 밝혔다.
