중소벤처기업인증원(원장 엄진엽, KOSRE)은 한국전력기술(사장 김태균)이 인권경영시스템(HRMS, Human Rights Management System) 인증을 획득했다고 밝혔다.
인권경영시스템 인증은 유엔 국제인권선언과 국가인권위원회 인권경영 가이드라인을 기준으로, 조직의 인권경영 체계 구축 수준과 법규 준수 여부, 인권 리스크 관리 및 개선 활동 전반을 종합적으로 평가해 부여된다.
한국전력기술은 이번 인증을 통해 그동안 추진해 온 인권경영 체계의 신뢰성과 책임성을 외부로부터 공식적으로 인정받았다.
인증서 수여식은 지난 7일 김천 본사에서 열렸으며, 엄진엽 중소벤처기업인증원 원장과 김태균 한국전력기술 사장 등이 참석했다.
한국전력기술은 인권경영 강화를 위해 인권 전담조직을 운영하고, 내부 인권 규정과 매뉴얼을 정비했으며, 부서 및 사업 단위별 인권 리스크 점검과 개선 활동을 지속적으로 추진해 왔다. 또한 임직원을 대상으로 한 인권교육을 확대하며 인권 존중 문화 확산에 노력하고 있다.
특히 노사가 함께 참여하는 인권경영 활동과 현장 중심의 소통을 통해 임직원뿐 아니라 협력사와 지역사회 등 이해관계자의 인권 보호와 권익 증진에 기여한 점이 긍정적으로 평가됐다.
김태균 한국전력기술 사장은 이번 인증이 이해관계자의 인권을 존중하기 위한 노력을 공식적으로 인정받은 결과라고 밝혔다. 엄진엽 중소벤처기업인증원 원장은 이번 인증이 에너지 분야 공공기관의 인권경영 확산에 기여할 것으로 기대된다고 말했다.
Korea Electric Power Technology Receives Human Rights Management System Certification
The Korea SMEs and Startups Certification Institute (KOSRE, President Jin-yeop Eom) announced that Korea Electric Power Engineering & Construction (President Tae-gyun Kim) has obtained Human Rights Management System (HRMS) certification.
Human Rights Management System Certification is granted based on a comprehensive evaluation of an organization's human rights management system, compliance with laws and regulations, and overall human rights risk management and improvement activities, based on the UN Declaration of Human Rights and the National Human Rights Commission's Human Rights Management Guidelines.
Through this certification, KEPCO E&C has received official external recognition for the reliability and responsibility of its human rights management system.
The certificate award ceremony was held at the Gimcheon headquarters on the 7th, and was attended by President Eom Jin-yeop of the Korea SMEs and Startups Certification Institute and President Kim Tae-gyun of Korea Electric Power Technology.
To strengthen its human rights management, KEPCO E&C has established a dedicated human rights organization, revised internal human rights regulations and manuals, and continuously conducted human rights risk assessments and improvement activities for each department and business unit. Furthermore, the company is expanding human rights training for its employees and striving to foster a culture of respect for human rights.
In particular, the company was positively evaluated for contributing to the protection of human rights and promotion of rights and interests of stakeholders, including employees, partners, and local communities, through human rights management activities in which labor and management participate together and field-centered communication.
Kim Tae-gyun, President of KEPCO E&C, stated that this certification is official recognition of the company's efforts to respect the human rights of stakeholders. Eom Jin-yeop, President of the Korea SMEs and Startups Certification Institute, said he expects this certification will contribute to the spread of human rights management practices among public institutions in the energy sector.
韓国電力技術、人権経営システム認証取得
中小ベンチャー企業認証院（院長オム・ジンヨプ、ＫＯＳＲＥ）は、韓国電力技術（社長キム・テギュン）が人権経営システム（ＨＲＭＳ、 Human Rights Management System）認証を獲得したと明らかにした。
人権経営システム認証は、国連国際人権宣言と国家人権委員会の人権経営ガイドラインに基づいて、組織の人権経営体制の構築レベルと法令遵守可否、人権リスク管理及び改善活動全般を総合的に評価して付与される。
韓国電力技術は今回の認証を通じてこれまで推進してきた人権経営体系の信頼性と責任性を外部から公式に認められた。
証明書授与式は去る7日、金川本社で開かれ、オム・ジンヨプ中小ベンチャー企業認証院院長とキム・テギュン韓国電力技術社長などが参加した。
韓国電力技術は、人権経営強化のために人権専担組織を運営し、内部人権規定とマニュアルを整備し、部署及び事業単位別人権リスク点検と改善活動を継続的に推進してきた。また、従業員を対象とした人権教育を拡大し、人権尊重文化の拡散に努めている。
特に労使が共に参加する人権経営活動と現場中心のコミュニケーションを通じて役職員だけでなく、協力会社と地域社会など利害関係者の人権保護と権益増進に寄与した点が肯定的に評価された。
キム・テギュン韓国電力技術社長は今回の認証が利害関係者の人権を尊重するための努力を公式に認められた結果だと明らかにした。オム・ジンヨプ中小ベンチャー企業認証院院長は、今回の認証がエネルギー分野公共機関の人権経営の拡散に寄与すると期待されると述べた。
韩国电力技术公司获得人权管理体系认证
韩国中小企业和创业公司认证机构（KOSRE，社长严镇烨）宣布，韩国电力工程建设公司（社长金泰均）已获得人权管理体系（HRMS）认证。
人权管理体系认证是根据对一个组织的人权管理体系、遵守法律法规的情况以及整体人权风险管理和改进活动的全面评估而授予的，评估依据是《联合国人权宣言》和国家人权委员会的《人权管理准则》。
通过这项认证，KEPCO E&C 的人权管理体系的可靠性和责任性获得了官方的外部认可。
证书颁发仪式于7日在金泉总部举行，韩国中小企业和创业公司认证院院长严镇烨和韩国电力技术公司总裁金泰均出席了仪式。
为加强人权管理，韩国电力建设株式会社（KEPCO E&C）已成立专门的人权机构，修订了内部人权规章制度和手册，并持续对各部门和业务单元开展人权风险评估和改进活动。此外，公司还扩大了员工人权培训范围，努力营造尊重人权的企业文化。
尤其值得一提的是，该公司通过人权管理活动（其中劳资双方共同参与）和以实地为中心的沟通，为保护人权和促进利益相关者（包括员工、合作伙伴和当地社区）的权利和利益做出了积极贡献，并因此获得了好评。

Korea Electric Power Technology obtient la certification de système de gestion des droits de l'homme
L'Administration coréenne des petites et moyennes entreprises (KOSRE) a annoncé que Korea Electric Power Engineering & Construction (KEPCO E&C) (PDG Kim Tae-gyun) a obtenu la certification du système de gestion des droits de l'homme (HRMS).
La certification du système de gestion des droits de l'homme est accordée sur la base d'une évaluation complète du système de gestion des droits de l'homme d'une organisation, de sa conformité aux lois et règlements, et de ses activités globales de gestion et d'amélioration des risques liés aux droits de l'homme, conformément à la Déclaration universelle des droits de l'homme et aux Lignes directrices de la Commission nationale des droits de l'homme en matière de gestion des droits de l'homme.
Grâce à cette certification, KEPCO E&C a reçu une reconnaissance externe officielle pour la fiabilité et la responsabilité de son système de gestion des droits de l'homme.
La cérémonie de remise des certificats s'est tenue au siège de Gimcheon le 7, en présence du président Eom Jin-yeop de l'Institut coréen de certification des PME et des startups et du président Kim Tae-gyun de Korea Electric Power Technology.
Afin de renforcer sa gestion des droits humains, KEPCO E&C a mis en place une organisation dédiée aux droits humains, révisé ses règlements et manuels internes en la matière, et mène en continu des évaluations des risques et des actions d'amélioration dans chaque département et unité opérationnelle. Par ailleurs, l'entreprise développe la formation de ses employés aux droits humains et s'efforce de promouvoir une culture du respect de ces droits.
L’entreprise a notamment été évaluée positivement pour sa contribution à la protection des droits de l’homme et à la promotion des droits et intérêts des parties prenantes, notamment les employés, les partenaires et les communautés locales, grâce à des activités de gestion des droits de l’homme auxquelles participent conjointement les syndicats et la direction, ainsi qu’à une communication axée sur le terrain.
Kim Tae-gyun, président de KEPCO E&C, a déclaré que cette certification constitue une reconnaissance officielle des efforts déployés par l'entreprise pour respecter les droits humains de ses parties prenantes. Eom Jin-yeop, président de l'Institut coréen de certification des PME et des startups, a indiqué espérer que cette certification contribuera à la diffusion des bonnes pratiques de gestion des droits humains au sein des institutions publiques du secteur de l'énergie.
