양자기술 전문기업 SDT는 사모펀드 운용사 프랙시스캐피탈파트너스와 NH투자증권으로부터 총 300억 원 규모의 투자를 유치했다고 밝혔다.
SDT는 이번 투자로 확보한 자금을 AI와 양자컴퓨팅을 결합한 하이브리드 인프라 구축과 핵심 기술 고도화에 투입할 계획이다. 이를 통해 인공지능 확산에 따라 증가하는 대규모 연산 수요에 대응할 수 있는 차세대 컴퓨팅 솔루션을 개발하고, 관련 시장에서의 경쟁력 강화를 추진한다는 방침이다.
투자를 주도한 프랙시스캐피탈파트너스는 SDT가 보유한 양자와 AI 하이브리드 기반의 풀스택 기술력과 사업 확장 가능성을 주요 투자 배경으로 제시했다. SDT는 하드웨어와 소프트웨어를 통합한 기술 구조를 바탕으로 국내 최초 상업용 양자 컴퓨터 공급 실적을 확보한 바 있다.
SDT는 최근 국내 최초로 상업용 양자 하이브리드 시스템 공급 계약을 체결하며 기술 완성도와 상용화 역량을 입증했다. 회사는 이번 투자 유치를 계기로 공공 및 민간 시장에서의 사업 범위를 확대하고 기존 사업 규모를 확장해 나갈 계획이다.
아울러 SDT는 상장 대표주관사인 NH투자증권과 함께 기술특례상장을 위한 평가 및 기업공개 준비를 진행 중이다. 독자적인 양자·AI 하이브리드 기술 경쟁력과 상용화 성과를 기반으로 기술특례평가 절차를 추진하고 있으며, 연내 상장을 목표로 준비에 속도를 내고 있다.

SDT recently signed a contract to supply Korea's first commercial quantum hybrid system, demonstrating its technological maturity and commercialization capabilities. The company plans to capitalize on this investment to expand its business scope in both the public and private markets and expand the scale of its existing operations.
Additionally, SDT is working with NH Investment & Securities, the lead underwriter, to evaluate and prepare for a technology-specific listing. Based on its unique quantum/AI hybrid technology competitiveness and commercialization achievements, SDT is pursuing the technology-specific evaluation process and accelerating preparations with the goal of listing within the year.
Meanwhile, SDT is seeing visible sales growth as its quantum computer supply expands, particularly for AI data centers. The company anticipates significant future sales growth as additional supply contracts are signed sequentially.
