클라우드 컴퓨팅 및 디지털 전환(DT) 전문 기업 이노그리드(대표 김명진)는 전국 단위 고객 대응과 지역별 클라우드 서비스 수요 증가에 대응하기 위해 6개 권역 기반의 지사 운영 체계로 전환하고 영업 및 기술지원 역량 강화 중심의 영업 확장 전략을 본격 추진한다고 12일 밝혔다.
이번 지사 체계 전환은 수도권 중심의 단일 운영 구조에서 벗어나 권역별 고객 대응 프로세스를 고도화하고, 지역 특성에 맞춘 맞춤형 영업 전략을 확대하기 위한 조치다. 이노그리드는 전사 조직개편을 통해 대표이사 직속 조직을 폐지하고 개발, 사업, 수행, BD, 전략, 경영 등 6개 그룹 체계로 재편해 기능별 전문성과 의사결정, 실행력을 강화했다.
새로운 지사 체계는 서울·강원, 인천·경기, 충청, 호남, 영남, 대구·경북 등 6개 권역으로 운영되며, 충청권은 대전지사, 호남권은 광주지사, 영남권은 부산지사, 대구·경북 권역은 대구지사를 중심으로 한다. 각 지사는 클라우드, AI 인프라 구축, DR 시스템 구축, 외산 솔루션 전환, 서비스 운영 및 기술 지원 등 클라우드 전문 역할을 수행하며, 공공기관과 기업 고객 대상 맞춤형 서비스를 제공한다.
박홍선 상무 겸 리전 익스펜션 사업본부장은 “이번 체계 전환을 통해 지역 고객에게 신속하고 차별화된 서비스 제공이 가능해졌다”며, “영업과 기술지원이 유기적으로 협력해 지역 현장에서 체감 가능한 서비스 경쟁력을 강화할 것”이라고 말했다.
이노그리드는 지사 설립과 함께 지역 IT 인재 채용 및 지역 IT 기업과의 협력도 확대한다. 클라우드 기술력과 지역 기업의 인프라 및 시장 이해도를 결합해 지역 특화 디지털 전환 모델을 공동 개발하고 판로를 개척할 계획이다.

Innogrid Transforms Branch System into Six Regional Branches Nationwide
Innogrid (CEO Myungjin Kim), a cloud computing and digital transformation (DT) specialist, announced on the 12th that it will transition to a six-region branch operating system to respond to nationwide customer response and the increasing demand for cloud services by region, and will actively pursue a sales expansion strategy centered on strengthening sales and technical support capabilities.
This branch system transformation is a move away from a single, metropolitan-centric operational structure, aimed at enhancing regional customer response processes and expanding customized sales strategies tailored to local characteristics. Through a company-wide restructuring, Innogrid abolished the organization directly reporting to the CEO and reorganized into six groups: Development, Business, Execution, BD, Strategy, and Management. This restructuring strengthened functional expertise, decision-making, and execution capabilities.
The new branch system will operate across six regions: Seoul/Gangwon, Incheon/Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, Honam, Yeongnam, and Daegu/Gyeongbuk. The Chungcheong region will be led by the Daejeon branch, the Honam region by the Gwangju branch, the Yeongnam region by the Busan branch, and the Daegu/Gyeongbuk region by the Daegu branch. Each branch will perform specialized cloud roles, including cloud and AI infrastructure development, DR system implementation, migration of foreign solutions, service operation, and technical support, providing customized services to public institutions and corporate clients.
Park Hong-seon, Executive Director and Head of Regional Expansion Business Division, said, “This system transformation has enabled us to provide rapid and differentiated services to regional customers,” and “Sales and technical support will organically collaborate to strengthen our service competitiveness that can be felt in the local field.”
With the establishment of its branch, Innogrid plans to expand its recruitment of local IT talent and collaboration with local IT companies. By combining its cloud technology with local companies' infrastructure and market insights, it plans to jointly develop a regionally specialized digital transformation model and pioneer new sales channels.

今回の支店体系転換は首都圏中心の単一運営構造から抜け出して、圏域別顧客対応プロセスを高度化し、地域特性に合わせたカスタマイズされた営業戦略を拡大するための措置だ。イノグリッドは戦士組織改編を通じて代表取締役直属組織を廃止し、開発、事業、遂行、BD、戦略、経営など6つのグループ体系に再編し、機能別専門性と意思決定、実行力を強化した。
新しい知事体系はソウル・江原、仁川・京畿、忠清、湖南、永南、大邱・慶北など6つの圏域で運営され、忠清圏は大田知事、湖南圏は光州知事、永南圏は釜山知事、大邱・慶北権域は大邱支社を中心とする。各支社はクラウド、AIインフラ構築、DRシステム構築、外産ソリューションの転換、サービス運営および技術支援などクラウド専門の役割を果たし、公共機関と企業顧客向けのカスタマイズサービスを提供する。
パク・ホンソン常務兼リージョン・エキスペンション事業本部長は「今回の体系転換を通じて地域顧客に迅速かつ差別化されたサービス提供が可能になった」とし、「営業と技術支援が有機的に協力して地域現場で体感可能なサービス競争力を強化する」と話した。

Innogrid (PDG Myungjin Kim), spécialiste du cloud computing et de la transformation numérique (DT), a annoncé le 12 qu'elle allait passer à un système d'exploitation à six régions pour répondre à la demande nationale de services cloud et poursuivre activement une stratégie d'expansion des ventes axée sur le renforcement des capacités de vente et de support technique.
Cette transformation du système d'agences marque une rupture avec une structure opérationnelle unique et métropolitaine, visant à optimiser les processus de réponse client au niveau régional et à développer des stratégies de vente personnalisées et adaptées aux spécificités locales. Dans le cadre d'une restructuration globale, Innogrid a supprimé l'organisation rattachée directement au PDG et s'est réorganisée en six pôles : Développement, Commerce, Exécution, Développement Commercial, Stratégie et Management. Cette restructuration a permis de renforcer l'expertise fonctionnelle, la prise de décision et les capacités d'exécution.
Le nouveau système d'agences sera déployé dans six régions : Séoul/Gangwon, Incheon/Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, Honam, Yeongnam et Daegu/Gyeongbuk. La région de Chungcheong sera pilotée par l'agence de Daejeon, celle de Honam par celle de Gwangju, celle de Yeongnam par celle de Busan et celle de Daegu/Gyeongbuk par celle de Daegu. Chaque agence assurera des missions spécifiques liées au cloud, notamment le développement d'infrastructures cloud et d'IA, la mise en œuvre de systèmes de reprise après sinistre, la migration de solutions externes, l'exploitation des services et le support technique, offrant ainsi des services personnalisés aux institutions publiques et aux entreprises.
Park Hong-seon, directeur exécutif et responsable de la division Développement régional, a déclaré : « Cette transformation du système nous a permis de fournir des services rapides et différenciés aux clients régionaux », et « Les équipes commerciales et techniques collaboreront de manière organique pour renforcer notre compétitivité en matière de services, ce qui se ressentira sur le terrain. »
