중소벤처기업부는 벤처투자 예비 인재 양성을 위한 ‘전국 대학원생 벤처투자 경진대회’를 16일 KAIST 대전 문지캠퍼스에서 개최한다고 밝혔다.
이번 경진대회는 성장하고 있는 벤처투자 시장의 전문성 제고와 청년 인재의 진입 확대를 목표로 추진된다. 행사는 한국벤처캐피탈협회가 주최하고 KAIST 기업가정신연구센터가 주관한다.
전국 대학원생 벤처투자 경진대회는 이론 중심 교육에서 벗어나 대학원생이 직접 벤처캐피탈 투자심사역 역할을 수행하는 실전형 프로그램이다. 참가자들은 실제 스타트업을 대상으로 사업 및 기술 분석, 기업 실사, 투자 조건 검토, 투자 결정 및 결과 발표까지 벤처투자 전 과정을 모의 체험하게 된다. 이 과정에서 현직 벤처투자자로부터 질의응답과 피드백도 제공받는다.
이번 대회에는 고려대학교, 국민대학교, 서강대학교, 숭실대학교, KAIST, 포항공과대학교 등 벤처투자 관련 교육이 활발한 6개 대학이 참가한다. 중기부는 이를 통해 전문 투자 인력을 조기에 발굴·육성하고 벤처투자 시장의 인적 저변을 확대할 계획이다.
우승팀에는 중기부장관상이 수여되며, 오는 4월 미국에서 개최 예정인 국제 벤처투자 경진대회 VCIC에 한국 대표로 출전할 기회가 주어진다. 또한 인턴십 등을 통해 벤처투자회사에 채용될 수 있는 기회도 제공될 예정이다.
김봉덕 벤처정책관은 “기술 경쟁이 심화되는 환경에서 벤처투자 역시 높은 전문성이 요구된다”며 “이번 경진대회를 통해 청년층의 벤처투자 관심을 높이고, 국제 경험을 갖춘 역량 있는 투자 인재를 육성하기 위해 업계와 협력해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

The Ministry of SMEs and Startups announced that it will hold the 'National Graduate Student Venture Investment Competition' to foster prospective venture investment talent at KAIST Daejeon Munji Campus on the 16th.
This competition aims to enhance professionalism in the growing venture capital market and expand access for young talent. Hosted by the Korea Venture Capital Association and organized by the KAIST Center for Entrepreneurship Research, the event is organized by the Korea Venture Capital Association and KAIST Center for Entrepreneurship Research.
The National Graduate Student Venture Investment Competition is a hands-on program that moves beyond theory-based training and allows graduate students to directly assume the role of venture capital investment reviewers. Participants will simulate the entire venture investment process, from business and technology analysis and due diligence to reviewing investment conditions, investment decisions, and presentation of results for actual startups. Throughout the process, participants will also receive Q&A and feedback from current venture capitalists.
Six universities with active venture investment education programs, including Korea University, Kookmin University, Sogang University, Soongsil University, KAIST, and Pohang University of Science and Technology, will participate in this competition. The Ministry of SMEs and Startups plans to use this opportunity to identify and develop professional investment talent early on and expand the human base of the venture investment market.
The winning team will receive the Minister of SMEs and Startups Award and the opportunity to represent Korea at the VCIC, an international venture capital competition scheduled to be held in the United States in April. They will also be offered opportunities for employment at venture capital firms through internships and other opportunities.
Kim Bong-deok, Director of Venture Policy, said, “In an environment where technological competition is intensifying, venture investment also requires a high level of expertise,” and added, “Through this competition, we will work with the industry to increase interest in venture investment among young people and cultivate capable investment talent with international experience.”

中期部、全国大学院生ベンチャー投資競進大会開催
中小ベンチャー企業部は、ベンチャー投資予備人材養成のための「全国大学院生ベンチャー投資競進大会」を16日、KAIST大田門紙キャンパスで開催すると明らかにした。
今回の競進大会は成長しているベンチャー投資市場の専門性向上と青年人材の進入拡大を目指して推進される。イベントは韓国ベンチャーキャピタル協会が主催し、KAIST企業家精神研究センターが主管する。
全国の大学院生ベンチャー投資競進大会は理論中心教育から抜け出して、大学院生が直接ベンチャーキャピタル投資審査役の役割を果たす実戦型プログラムだ。参加者は実際のスタートアップを対象に、事業及び技術分析、企業実写、投資条件の検討、投資決定及び結果発表まで、ベンチャー投資全過程を模擬体験することになる。この過程で現職ベンチャー投資家から質疑応答とフィードバックも提供される。
今回の大会には高麗大学、国民大学、西江大学、崇実大学、KAIST、浦項工科大学などベンチャー投資関連教育が活発な6つの大学が参加する。中期部はこれを通じて専門投資人材を早期に発掘・育成し、ベンチャー投資市場の人的底辺を拡大する計画だ。
優勝チームには中期部長官賞が授与され、4月に米国で開催予定の国際ベンチャー投資競進大会VCICに韓国代表として出場する機会が与えられる。また、インターンシップなどを通じてベンチャー投資会社に採用できる機会も提供される予定だ。
キム・ボンドクベンチャー政策官は「技術競争が激化する環境でベンチャー投資も高い専門性が求められる」とし「今回の競進大会を通じて青年層のベンチャー投資関心を高め、国際経験を備えた力量ある投資人材を育成するために業界と協力していく」と明らかにした。

中小企业和创业部举办了全国研究生创业投资大赛。
中小企业和创业部宣布，将于16日在韩国科学技术院大田文智校区举办“全国研究生创业投资大赛”，以培养有潜力的创业投资人才。
本次大赛旨在提升蓬勃发展的风险投资市场的专业水平，并为年轻人才提供更多机会。大赛由韩国风险投资协会主办，韩国科学技术院（KAIST）创业研究中心承办。
全国研究生创业投资竞赛是一项实践性很强的项目，它超越了传统的理论培训，让研究生直接扮演风险投资评审员的角色。参赛者将模拟整个风险投资流程，从商业和技术分析、尽职调查，到审查投资条件、做出投资决策，以及向实际创业公司展示投资成果。在整个过程中，参赛者还将有机会与现有风险投资家进行问答互动并获得反馈。
包括高丽大学、国民大学、西江大学、崇实大学、韩国科学技术院（KAIST）和浦项科技大学在内的六所设有活跃的风险投资教育项目的大学将参加此次竞赛。中小企业和创业部计划利用此次机会尽早发现和培养专业投资人才，并扩大风险投资市场的人才储备。
获胜团队将获得中小企业和创业部部长奖，并有机会代表韩国参加将于4月在美国举行的国际风险投资大赛（VCIC）。他们还将获得在风险投资公司实习和其他就业机会。
风险投资政策总监金奉德表示：“在技术竞争日益激烈的环境下，风险投资也需要高水平的专业知识。”他还补充道：“通过此次竞赛，我们将与业界合作，提高年轻人对风险投资的兴趣，并培养具有国际经验的优秀投资人才。”

Le ministère des PME et des Startups a annoncé qu'il organisera le « Concours national d'investissement en capital-risque pour étudiants diplômés » afin de favoriser les futurs talents en matière d'investissement en capital-risque sur le campus KAIST Daejeon Munji le 16.
Ce concours vise à renforcer le professionnalisme au sein du marché en pleine expansion du capital-risque et à faciliter l'accès à ce secteur pour les jeunes talents. Organisé par l'Association coréenne du capital-risque et le Centre de recherche en entrepreneuriat de KAIST, cet événement est une initiative conjointe de l'Association coréenne du capital-risque et du Centre de recherche en entrepreneuriat de KAIST.
Le Concours national d'investissement en capital-risque pour étudiants de deuxième cycle est un programme pratique qui va au-delà de la formation théorique et permet aux étudiants de se mettre directement dans la peau d'analystes en capital-risque. Les participants simuleront l'intégralité du processus d'investissement, de l'analyse commerciale et technologique et de la vérification préalable à l'examen des conditions d'investissement, aux décisions d'investissement et à la présentation des résultats pour des startups réelles. Tout au long du processus, ils bénéficieront également de séances de questions-réponses et de retours d'information de la part de capital-risqueurs en activité.
Six universités proposant des formations actives en investissement de capital-risque, dont l'Université de Corée, l'Université Kookmin, l'Université Sogang, l'Université Soongsil, KAIST et l'Université des sciences et technologies de Pohang, participeront à ce concours. Le ministère des PME et des Startups entend saisir cette opportunité pour identifier et former précocement les futurs talents en investissement et élargir le vivier de professionnels du marché du capital-risque.
L'équipe gagnante recevra le prix du ministre des PME et des Startups et aura l'opportunité de représenter la Corée au VCIC, un concours international de capital-risque qui se tiendra aux États-Unis en avril. Elle se verra également proposer des opportunités d'emploi au sein de sociétés de capital-risque, notamment des stages.
Kim Bong-deok, directeur de la politique d'investissement en capital-risque, a déclaré : « Dans un contexte d'intensification de la concurrence technologique, l'investissement en capital-risque exige également un haut niveau d'expertise », et a ajouté : « Grâce à ce concours, nous collaborerons avec le secteur pour susciter l'intérêt des jeunes pour l'investissement en capital-risque et former des talents compétents en matière d'investissement possédant une expérience internationale. »
