글로벌 시험 인증기관 티유브이슈드(TUV SUD)는 16일 국립목포대학교와 대만국제풍력교육공사(TIWTC, Taiwan International Wind Training Corporation)와 풍력산업 인력 양성 및 안전·기술 교육 강화를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 글로벌 풍력 산업 수요에 부합하는 전문 인력 양성 필요성에 대한 공감대를 바탕으로, 대한민국 내 GWO(Global Wind Organisation) 기초기술교육(BTT, Basic Technical Training) 과정의 안정적인 운영과 협력 체계 구축을 목적으로 추진됐다.
티유브이슈드코리아는 전라남도 신안에 GWO 교육센터를 운영하며 국제 기준에 부합하는 풍력산업 안전교육을 제공하고 있다. 기존 기초안전교육(BST, Basic Safety Training)을 통해 현장 안전 역량 강화를 지원해 온 데 이어, 이번 협약을 통해 기초기술교육(BTT) 과정 운영에 대한 협력 체계를 마련하며 교육 범위를 확대하게 됐다.
이번 협력은 국내, 특히 해상풍력 산업 현장에서 요구되는 기술 이해도와 안전 역량을 동시에 강화하는 계기로, 풍력산업 전반의 안전 수준과 전문성 제고에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
협약에 따라 각 기관은 역할을 분담해 GWO BTT 교육 과정 운영을 지원한다. 국립목포대학교는 교육 장비 제공과 학생 참여 지원, 학사 과정 연계를 통해 풍력 산업 인재 양성을 담당한다. TIWTC는 GWO 기준에 부합하는 전문 강사와 기술 전문성을 제공하고, 교육 커리큘럼 운영 및 교수법 지원을 통해 교육 품질 향상에 기여한다. 티유브이슈드코리아는 국내 GWO BTT 교육 운영을 총괄하며, 교육시설 관리와 행정 운영, 인증 연계 및 이해관계자 협력을 조정할 예정이다.
GWO는 풍력산업 종사자의 안전 확보를 위해 국제적으로 통용되는 교육 기준을 제정한 글로벌 기구로, 주요 교육 과정에는 기초안전교육(BST)과 기초기술교육(BTT) 등이 포함된다. 티유브이슈드코리아는 이러한 국제 기준에 기반한 교육 프로그램을 통해 국내 풍력산업 인력의 전문성과 안전 역량 강화를 지원하고 있다.

TUV SUD, Mokpo National University, and TIWTC Sign Partnership to Train Wind Power Industry Talent
Global testing and certification body TUV SUD announced on the 16th that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Mokpo National University and Taiwan International Wind Training Corporation (TIWTC) to strengthen training of wind power industry personnel and safety and technical education.
This agreement was promoted based on a shared understanding of the need to cultivate specialized personnel to meet the demands of the global wind power industry, with the aim of establishing a stable operation and cooperative system for the Global Wind Organization (GWO) Basic Technical Training (BTT) course in Korea.
TUV SUD Korea operates the GWO Training Center in Sinan, South Jeolla Province, providing wind power industry safety training that meets international standards. Building on its existing support for strengthening on-site safety capabilities through Basic Safety Training (BST), this agreement expands the scope of training by establishing a cooperative system for the operation of the Basic Technical Training (BTT) program.
This collaboration is expected to contribute to enhancing the level of safety and expertise across the wind power industry, particularly in Korea, by simultaneously strengthening the technological understanding and safety capabilities required in the offshore wind power industry.
Under the agreement, each organization will share responsibilities and support the operation of the GWO BTT training course. Mokpo National University will be responsible for fostering wind power industry talent by providing training equipment, supporting student participation, and linking undergraduate programs. TIWTC will provide professional instructors and technical expertise that meet GWO standards, and contribute to improving educational quality by operating the training curriculum and supporting teaching methods. TUV SUD Korea will oversee the operation of the domestic GWO BTT training program, coordinating training facility management, administrative operations, certification linkages, and stakeholder cooperation.

L'organisme mondial de test et de certification TUV SUD a annoncé le 16 avoir signé un protocole d'accord avec l'Université nationale de Mokpo et la Taiwan International Wind Training Corporation (TIWTC) afin de renforcer la formation du personnel de l'industrie éolienne ainsi que l'éducation technique et en matière de sécurité.
Cet accord a été promu sur la base d'une compréhension commune de la nécessité de former un personnel spécialisé pour répondre aux exigences de l'industrie éolienne mondiale, dans le but d'établir un système d'exploitation et de coopération stable pour le cours de formation technique de base (BTT) de la Global Wind Organization (GWO) en Corée.
TÜV SÜD Korea exploite le centre de formation GWO à Sinan, dans la province de Jeolla du Sud, et dispense des formations à la sécurité pour le secteur de l'énergie éolienne conformes aux normes internationales. S'appuyant sur son soutien existant au renforcement des capacités de sécurité sur site grâce à la formation de base à la sécurité (FBS), cet accord élargit le champ de la formation en établissant un système de coopération pour la mise en œuvre du programme de formation technique de base (FTB).
Cette collaboration devrait contribuer à améliorer le niveau de sécurité et d'expertise dans l'ensemble du secteur de l'énergie éolienne, notamment en Corée, en renforçant simultanément les connaissances technologiques et les capacités de sécurité requises dans le secteur de l'énergie éolienne en mer.
Aux termes de cet accord, chaque organisation partagera les responsabilités et apportera son soutien au fonctionnement de la formation GWO BTT. L'Université nationale de Mokpo sera chargée de former les talents du secteur éolien en fournissant le matériel de formation, en encourageant la participation des étudiants et en assurant la liaison avec les programmes de licence. TIWTC fournira des formateurs qualifiés et une expertise technique conforme aux normes GWO et contribuera à l'amélioration de la qualité de la formation en gérant le programme et en soutenant les méthodes pédagogiques. TÜV SÜD Korea supervisera le fonctionnement du programme de formation GWO BTT en Corée, en coordonnant la gestion des infrastructures de formation, les opérations administratives, les démarches de certification et la coopération avec les parties prenantes.
