군용 위성통신 안테나 제조 전문 기업 케이앤에스아이앤씨(대표 진병욱)는 지난 16일 코스닥 상장을 위한 예비심사 신청서를 한국거래소에 제출했다고 밝혔다. 상장 주관사는 IBK투자증권이다.
케이앤에스아이앤씨는 해상 및 군용 위성통신 안테나를 개발·생산하는 기업으로, 자체 기술력을 기반으로 잠수함용 위성통신 안테나 국산화에 성공했다. 해당 제품은 해군 차세대 해상작전위성통신체계(MOSCOS)-II에 공급하는 계약을 체결하며 안정적인 양산 체계를 구축했다.
또한 회사는 차세대 저궤도 위성 통신용 평판 안테나(ESA) 개발을 추진하는 등 지속적인 연구개발을 통해 사업 영역 확장에 나서고 있다.
이 같은 기술력을 바탕으로 케이앤에스아이앤씨는 2023년과 2024년 전파방송 기술대상 장관상을 2년 연속 수상했으며, 잠수함용 레이돔 관련 특허로 2024년 대한민국 발명특허대전 장관상을 받았다. 이 밖에도 ICT 우수기업 유공 과학기술정보통신부 장관 표창과 2025 대한민국 기술대상 장관상 등을 수상한 바 있다.
케이앤에스아이앤씨는 이번 상장 추진을 통해 연구개발 역량 강화와 생산 인프라 고도화를 추진하고, 해상 및 군용 위성통신 수요 확대에 대응해 사업 확장에 나설 계획이다. 방산 및 공공 분야에서 축적한 신뢰성을 기반으로 중장기 성장 동력을 확보한다는 전략이다.

Through this IPO, KNS INC plans to strengthen its R&D capabilities, enhance its production infrastructure, and expand its business to meet the growing demand for maritime and military satellite communications.
