AI 기반 디지털 치료기기(DTx) 전문기업 ㈜비욘드메디슨(대표 김대현)이 롯데장학재단 주최 ‘제2회 신격호 롯데 청년기업가대상’에서 최우수상을 수상했다고 21일 밝혔다.
롯데장학재단은 지난 12월 25일 서울 송파구 롯데월드타워 스카이31 컨벤션에서 결선 및 시상식을 개최했다. 이번 대회는 ▲식품·유통·서비스·금융·소셜벤처 등 일반 산업 분야와 ▲AI·반도체·바이오헬스·딥테크 및 국가전략기술 기반 분야로 나뉘어 진행됐다.
총 380개 스타트업이 참여했으며, 예선과 본선 평가, 멘토링을 거쳐 17개 팀이 최종 결선에 진출했다. 대면 심사를 통해 대상과 최우수상 등 수상팀이 선정됐다. 1분야 대상은 ‘푸코스클린팩토리’, 2분야 대상은 ‘이노맥신’이 차지했으며, 비욘드메디슨은 혁신성과 사업성을 인정받아 최우수상으로 선정됐다.
비욘드메디슨은 AI 기반 턱관절장애(TMD) 디지털 치료기기 ‘클릭리스(Clickless)’를 개발한 디지털 헬스케어 스타트업이다. 해당 제품은 국내 최초로 턱관절 장애 치료 목적 디지털의료기기 식약처 2등급 허가를 받았으며, 치과 분야 최초 혁신의료기기로 지정됐다. 최근 확증 임상을 완료하고 본격적인 상용화와 글로벌 시장 진출을 추진하고 있다.
심사위원단은 비욘드메디슨에 대해 “임상 근거 기반 디지털 치료기기 기술력과 명확한 사업화 전략, 글로벌 확장 가능성이 돋보이는 팀”이라며 “국가 전략 기술인 바이오헬스 분야에서 실질적 사회적 가치를 창출할 수 있는 기업”이라고 평가했다.
김대현 비욘드메디슨 대표는 “최우수상 수상은 기술력뿐 아니라 기업 방향성과 성장 가능성을 함께 인정받은 결과”라며 “앞으로 디지털 치료기기를 통해 환자 삶의 질을 개선하고, 글로벌 시장에서 경쟁력 있는 헬스케어 기업으로 성장할 것”이라고 말했다.
이번 대회 수상팀에게는 상금과 함께 투자기관 대상 사업모델 발표 기회가 제공되며, 연구개발특구진흥재단을 통한 후속 창업 및 기술 고도화 지원 프로그램도 연계될 예정이다.

Beyond Medicine Wins Grand Prize at the 2nd Shin Kyuk-ho Lotte Young Entrepreneur Awards
Beyond Medicine Co., Ltd. (CEO Daehyun Kim), a company specializing in AI-based digital therapeutics (DTx), announced on the 21st that it won the grand prize at the '2nd Shin Kyuk-ho Lotte Young Entrepreneur Award' hosted by the Lotte Scholarship Foundation.
The Lotte Scholarship Foundation held the finals and awards ceremony at the Lotte World Tower Sky31 Convention Center in Songpa-gu, Seoul on December 25th. The competition was divided into two categories: general industry sectors such as food, distribution, services, finance, and social ventures; and AI, semiconductors, biohealth, deep tech, and national strategic technology-based sectors.
A total of 380 startups participated, and after preliminary and final evaluations and mentoring, 17 teams advanced to the finals. Winners, including the Grand Prize and Excellence Award, were selected through in-person evaluations. "Fucose Clean Factory" won the Grand Prize in Category 1, and "Innomaxine" won the Grand Prize in Category 2. Beyond Medicine was recognized for its innovation and commercial viability, winning the Grand Prize.
Beyond Medicine is a digital healthcare startup that developed "Clickless," an AI-based digital treatment device for temporomandibular joint disorder (TMD). This product is the first in Korea to receive Class 2 approval from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for the treatment of TMD, and was also designated as the first innovative medical device in the dental field. The company recently completed confirmatory clinical trials and is currently pursuing full-scale commercialization and global market entry.
The judging panel praised Beyond Medicine, saying, “It is a team that stands out with its clinical evidence-based digital therapeutic device technology, clear commercialization strategy, and global expansion potential,” and “It is a company that can create real social value in the biohealth field, a national strategic technology.”
Kim Dae-hyun, CEO of Beyond Medicine, said, “Winning the Grand Prize is a recognition not only of our technological prowess, but also of our corporate direction and growth potential.” He added, “We will continue to improve the quality of life for patients through digital therapeutic devices and grow into a competitive healthcare company in the global market.”
The winning team of this competition will be provided with prize money and the opportunity to present their business model to investment institutions. They will also be linked to follow-up startup and technology advancement support programs through the Research and Development Special Zone Promotion Foundation.

Beyond Medicine Co., Ltd. (PDG Daehyun Kim), une société spécialisée dans les thérapies numériques basées sur l'IA (DTx), a annoncé le 21 qu'elle avait remporté le grand prix du '2e Shin Kyuk-ho Lotte Young Entrepreneur Award' organisé par la Lotte Scholarship Foundation.
La Fondation Lotte pour les bourses d'études a organisé la finale et la cérémonie de remise des prix au Lotte World Tower Sky31 Convention Center, dans le quartier de Songpa-gu à Séoul, le 25 décembre. Le concours était divisé en deux catégories : les secteurs industriels généraux tels que l'alimentation, la distribution, les services, la finance et les entreprises sociales ; et l'IA, les semi-conducteurs, la biosanté, les technologies de pointe et les secteurs stratégiques nationaux basés sur la technologie.
Au total, 380 startups ont participé au concours. Après des évaluations préliminaires et finales, ainsi qu'un accompagnement, 17 équipes ont accédé à la finale. Les lauréats, dont le Grand Prix et le Prix d'Excellence, ont été sélectionnés lors d'évaluations en présentiel. « Fucose Clean Factory » a remporté le Grand Prix de la catégorie 1 et « Innomaxine » celui de la catégorie 2. Beyond Medicine a été récompensée pour son innovation et sa viabilité commerciale, remportant ainsi le Grand Prix.
Beyond Medicine est une start-up de santé numérique qui a développé « Clickless », un dispositif de traitement numérique basé sur l'intelligence artificielle pour les troubles de l'articulation temporo-mandibulaire (ATM). Ce produit est le premier en Corée à avoir reçu l'agrément de classe 2 du ministère de la Sécurité alimentaire et pharmaceutique pour le traitement des ATM et a également été désigné comme le premier dispositif médical innovant dans le domaine dentaire. L'entreprise a récemment achevé des essais cliniques de confirmation et poursuit actuellement sa commercialisation à grande échelle et son entrée sur le marché mondial.
Le jury a fait l'éloge de Beyond Medicine, déclarant : « C'est une équipe qui se distingue par sa technologie de dispositif thérapeutique numérique fondée sur des preuves cliniques, sa stratégie de commercialisation claire et son potentiel d'expansion mondiale », et « C'est une entreprise capable de créer une réelle valeur sociale dans le domaine de la biosanté, une technologie stratégique nationale. »

L'équipe gagnante de ce concours recevra un prix et l'opportunité de présenter son modèle d'affaires à des institutions financières. Elle bénéficiera également d'un accompagnement pour le développement de sa start-up et de ses technologies, via la Fondation pour la promotion de la zone spéciale de recherche et développement.
