산업용 소프트웨어 분야 글로벌 기업 아비바가 HD한국조선해양과 전략적 파트너십을 강화하고, 디지털 기반 설계 환경의 안정적 운영과 고도화를 지원한다. 이를 위해 아비바는 ‘아비바 마린(AVEVA Marine)’과 ‘아비바 자산 정보 관리(AIM)’ 솔루션을 HD현대 조선 부문 3사(HD한국조선해양·HD현대중공업·HD현대삼호)에 통합 공급하는 계약을 체결했다.
HD현대 조선 부문 3사는 디지털 설계 및 생산 시수 절감과 글로벌 조선소 간 협업 강화를 목표로 아비바와 전략적 기술지원 계약을 체결한 바 있으며, 아비바는 이를 기반으로 기존 설계 시스템의 지속적 고도화를 추진한다. 아비바는 2022년 부산 조선·해양기술 연구소(AVEVA Marine Center of Excellence)를 통해 HD한국조선해양 현장 요구사항을 반영한 최신 설계 환경을 단계적으로 제공할 예정이다.
통합 설계 환경은 분리된 조선 설계 단계를 하나로 연결해 설계 품질과 협업 효율을 높이는 것을 목표로 한다. 아비바는 엔지니어링, 운영, IT 데이터 사일로 제거를 지원하며, 자산 라이프사이클 전반에서 성과 향상과 탄소 효율성 제고, 산업 인텔리전스 실현을 도모한다.
HD한국조선해양 유영웅 상무는 “솔루션 적용으로 설계 환경 고도화와 프로세스 혁신이 기대된다”고 밝혔으며, 아비바 크리스 리 아시아태평양 총괄 수석부사장은 “이번 협력은 조선·해양 분야 전체 가치 사슬 지원과 지속 가능성 확보에 중요한 역할을 할 것”이라고 말했다.

Aviva and HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering Sign Integrated Supply Agreement for "Advanced Digital Design Environment"
AVEVA, a global leader in industrial software, has strengthened its strategic partnership with HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering (HDKSE), supporting the stable operation and advancement of its digital design environment. To achieve this, AVEVA has signed a contract to integrate its AVEVA Marine and AVEVA Asset Information Management (AIM) solutions into the three HD Hyundai shipbuilding divisions (HDKSE, HDHyundai Heavy Industries, and HDHyundai Samho).
The three HD Hyundai shipbuilding companies have signed a strategic technology support agreement with AVEVA to reduce digital design and production time and strengthen collaboration among global shipyards. AVEVA will leverage this agreement to continuously enhance its existing design system. Starting in 2022, AVEVA plans to gradually provide a state-of-the-art design environment that reflects the on-site requirements of HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering through the AVEVA Marine Center of Excellence in Busan.
The integrated design environment aims to improve design quality and collaboration efficiency by connecting disparate shipbuilding design stages. AVEVA helps eliminate engineering, operations, and IT data silos, driving improved performance, enhanced carbon efficiency, and industrial intelligence across the asset lifecycle.
HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering Managing Director Yoo Young-woong said, “We expect the application of this solution to enhance the design environment and innovate processes,” and Aviva’s Chris Lee, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Asia Pacific, said, “This collaboration will play a significant role in supporting the entire value chain in the shipbuilding and offshore sectors and ensuring sustainability.”

HD現代造船部門3社は、デジタル設計及び生産時数の削減とグローバル造船所間のコラボレーション強化を目指し、アビバと戦略的技術支援契約を締結しており、アビバはこれに基づいて既存の設計システムの持続的高度化を推進する。アビバは2022年釜山造船・海洋技術研究所(AVEVA Marine Center of Excellence)を通じてHD韓国造船海洋現場要求事項を反映した最新設計環境を段階的に提供する予定だ。
統合設計環境は、分離された造船設計段階を一つにつなげ、設計品質とコラボレーション効率を高めることを目標とする。アビバはエンジニアリング、運用、ITデータサイロ除去を支援し、資産ライフサイクル全般で成果の向上と炭素効率の向上、産業インテリジェンスの実現を図る。

AVEVA, leader mondial des logiciels industriels, a renforcé son partenariat stratégique avec HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering (HDKSE), contribuant ainsi à la stabilité et au développement de son environnement de conception numérique. À cette fin, AVEVA a signé un contrat pour intégrer ses solutions AVEVA Marine et AVEVA Asset Information Management (AIM) aux trois divisions de construction navale de HD Hyundai (HDKSE, HDHyundai Heavy Industries et HDHyundai Samho).
Les trois chantiers navals HD Hyundai ont signé un accord stratégique de soutien technologique avec AVEVA afin de réduire les délais de conception et de production numériques et de renforcer la collaboration entre les chantiers navals du monde entier. AVEVA s'appuiera sur cet accord pour améliorer en continu son système de conception existant. À partir de 2022, AVEVA prévoit de déployer progressivement, via son Centre d'excellence maritime de Busan, un environnement de conception de pointe répondant aux exigences spécifiques de HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering.
