한국여성벤처협회를 비롯해 벤처기업협회, 한국벤처캐피탈협회, 초기투자액셀러레이터협회, 코리아스타트업포럼은 22일 서울 양재동 엘타워에서 ‘2026년 혁신벤처업계 신년인사회’를 개최했다.
‘벤처 4대 강국 도약을 위한 혁신 업계의 발돋움’을 주제로 열린 이번 행사에는 중소벤처기업부 한성숙 장관과 벤처기업인 및 유관기관 관계자 등 200여 명이 참석해 새해 비전과 협력 방향을 공유했다.
행사는 ‘혁신하는 벤처, 성장하는 대한민국!’을 슬로건으로, 한국여성벤처협회 성미숙 회장의 신년 인사와 한성숙 장관의 축사, 혁신벤처 신년 비전 키노트, 신년 세리머니, 오찬 순으로 진행됐다.
신년 비전 키노트에서는 공동 주최 단체장들이 직접 발표에 나서 각 협회별 핵심 전략과 실행 계획을 소개하며, 대한민국을 벤처 4대 강국으로 도약시키기 위한 방향성을 제시했다.
성미숙 한국여성벤처협회장은 여성벤처기업의 신산업 진입과 글로벌 진출 지원을 강조했으며, 송병준 벤처기업협회장은 금융·인재·글로벌 기회를 연계한 통합 성장 기반 강화를 주요 과제로 제시했다. 김학균 한국벤처캐피탈협회장은 투자 재원 확대와 회수 시장 활성화를 통한 투자 선순환 구조 구축을, 전화성 초기투자액셀러레이터협회장은 극초기 스타트업 지원과 투자 환경 개선의 중요성을 강조했다. 한상우 코리아스타트업포럼 의장은 AI 전환 시대에 대응한 스타트업 중심의 혁신 생태계 조성을 주요 과제로 언급했다.
이날 행사에서는 스타트업 대표 발표도 이어졌다. 이너시아 김효이 대표는 바이오 및 친환경 소재 분야의 글로벌 진출 전략을 주제로 강연하며, 시장 수요 기반 비즈니스 모델과 글로벌 표준 선점의 중요성을 설명했다.
행사는 기념 퍼포먼스와 오찬을 끝으로 마무리됐으며, 참석자들은 2026년 한 해 동안 협력과 연대를 통해 혁신 성장을 이어가겠다는 뜻을 공유했다.

Five innovative venture organizations held the "2026 Innovation Venture Industry New Year's Greetings."
The Korea Women's Venture Association, the Korea Venture Business Association, the Korea Venture Capital Association, the Early-stage Investment Accelerator Association, and the Korea Startup Forum held the '2026 Innovation Venture Industry New Year's Greetings' at the L Tower in Yangjae-dong, Seoul on the 22nd.
The event, held under the theme of "The rise of the innovative industry for the leap forward to become one of the top four venture powerhouses," was attended by approximately 200 people, including Minister of SMEs and Startups Han Seong-sook, venture businesspeople, and officials from related organizations, who shared the vision for the new year and the direction of cooperation.
The event, under the slogan "Innovating Ventures, Growing Korea!", was held in the following order: New Year's greetings from Korea Women's Venture Association President Seong Mi-sook, congratulatory remarks from Minister Han Seong-sook, a keynote speech on the innovative venture's New Year's vision, a New Year's ceremony, and luncheon.
In the New Year's Vision Keynote, the heads of the co-hosting organizations personally presented their respective associations' core strategies and implementation plans, and presented directions for Korea to leap forward as one of the top four venture powerhouses.
Seong Mi-sook, President of the Korea Women's Venture Association, emphasized supporting women-led venture companies to enter new industries and expand globally. Song Byung-joon, President of the Korea Venture Business Association, proposed strengthening an integrated growth foundation that links finance, talent, and global opportunities as a key task. Kim Hak-kyun, President of the Korea Venture Capital Association, emphasized the need to build a virtuous investment cycle by expanding investment resources and revitalizing the recovery market. Jeon Hwa-seong, President of the Early-stage Investment Accelerator Association, emphasized the importance of supporting ultra-early-stage startups and improving the investment environment. Han Sang-woo, Chairman of the Korea Startup Forum, mentioned the creation of a startup-centered innovation ecosystem to respond to the era of AI transition as a key task.
The event also featured presentations from startup representatives. Inercia CEO Kim Hyo-i spoke on global expansion strategies in the bio and eco-friendly materials sector, emphasizing the importance of market demand-driven business models and establishing global standards.
The event concluded with a commemorative performance and luncheon, and attendees shared their commitment to continuing innovative growth through cooperation and solidarity throughout 2026.

ソンミスク韓国女性ベンチャー協会長は女性ベンチャー企業の新産業への参入とグローバル進出支援を強調し、ソン・ビョンジュンベンチャー企業協会長は金融・人材・グローバル機会を連携した統合成長基盤の強化を主な課題として提示した。キム・ハクギュン韓国ベンチャーキャピタル協会長は投資財源の拡大と回収市場活性化による投資好循環構造の構築を、電話性初期投資アクセラレータ協会長は極初期スタートアップ支援と投資環境改善の重要性を強調した。ハン・サンウコリアスタートアップフォーラム議長は、AI転換時代に対応したスタートアップ中心のイノベーション生態系の造成を主な課題と述べた。
この日のイベントではスタートアップ代表発表も続いた。イナシアのキム・ヒョイ代表は、バイオおよび環境にやさしい素材分野におけるグローバル進出戦略をテーマに講演し、市場需要ベースのビジネスモデルとグローバル標準プリエンプションの重要性を説明した。
イベントは記念パフォーマンスと昼食を最後に終えられ、参加者たちは2026年の一年間、協力と連帯を通じてイノベーション成長を続けるという意を共有した。

韩国女性创业协会会长成美淑强调，应支持女性领导的创业公司进入新行业并拓展全球市场。韩国创业企业协会会长宋炳俊提出，关键任务是加强连接金融、人才和全球机遇的综合增长基础。韩国风险投资协会会长金学均强调，需要通过扩大投资资源和振兴复苏市场来构建良性投资循环。早期投资加速器协会会长全华成强调，支持超早期创业公司并改善投资环境至关重要。韩国创业论坛会长韩相佑提到，关键任务是构建以创业公司为中心的创新生态系统，以应对人工智能转型时代。
此次活动还包括初创企业代表的演讲。Inercia首席执行官金孝伊（Kim Hyo-i）就生物和环保材料领域的全球扩张战略发表了讲话，强调了以市场需求为导向的商业模式和建立全球标准的重要性。

Cinq organisations de capital-risque innovantes ont organisé les « Vœux de Nouvel An 2026 de l'industrie du capital-risque innovant ».
L'Association coréenne des femmes entrepreneurs, l'Association coréenne des entreprises de capital-risque, l'Association coréenne du capital-risque, l'Association des accélérateurs d'investissement en phase de démarrage et le Forum coréen des startups ont organisé les « Vœux du Nouvel An 2026 pour l'industrie du capital-risque innovant » à la L Tower de Yangjae-dong, à Séoul, le 22.
L'événement, organisé sous le thème « L'essor de l'industrie innovante pour un bond en avant vers le statut de l'un des quatre principaux pôles de capital-risque », a réuni environ 200 personnes, dont la ministre des PME et des Start-ups, Han Seong-sook, des entrepreneurs du secteur du capital-risque et des représentants d'organisations connexes, qui ont partagé leur vision pour la nouvelle année et les orientations de la coopération.
L'événement, placé sous le slogan « Des entreprises innovantes pour une Corée en pleine croissance ! », s'est déroulé dans l'ordre suivant : vœux de Nouvel An de la présidente de l'Association coréenne des femmes entrepreneures, Seong Mi-sook, félicitations du ministre Han Seong-sook, discours d'ouverture sur la vision du Nouvel An des entreprises innovantes, cérémonie du Nouvel An et déjeuner.
Lors du discours d'ouverture sur la vision du Nouvel An, les dirigeants des organisations co-organisatrices ont présenté personnellement les stratégies fondamentales et les plans de mise en œuvre de leurs associations respectives, et ont exposé les orientations permettant à la Corée de devenir l'une des quatre principales puissances du capital-risque.
Seong Mi-sook, présidente de la Korea Women's Venture Association, a insisté sur l'importance de soutenir les entreprises de capital-risque dirigées par des femmes afin qu'elles puissent investir de nouveaux secteurs et se développer à l'international. Song Byung-joon, président de la Korea Venture Business Association, a proposé de renforcer un socle de croissance intégré, reliant financement, talents et opportunités internationales, comme priorité. Kim Hak-kyun, président de la Korea Venture Capital Association, a souligné la nécessité de créer un cercle vertueux d'investissement en développant les ressources disponibles et en revitalisant le marché de la reprise. Jeon Hwa-seong, président de l'Early-stage Investment Accelerator Association, a insisté sur l'importance de soutenir les startups en phase d'amorçage et d'améliorer l'environnement d'investissement. Han Sang-woo, président du Korea Startup Forum, a mentionné la création d'un écosystème d'innovation centré sur les startups pour répondre aux enjeux de la transition vers l'IA comme une priorité.
L'événement a également été marqué par des présentations de représentants de start-up.
