스파크랩(대표 김유진)은 IT 기기 구독 및 재유통 서비스 운영사 ㈜피에로컴퍼니(대표 박민진)에 투자했다고 밝혔다. 이번 투자에는 씨엔티테크가 공동으로 참여했다.
피에로컴퍼니는 누적 1만 대 이상의 IT 기기를 기반으로 구독형 서비스 ‘폰고’와 회수·재유통 서비스 ‘리고’를 운영하고 있다. 합리적인 가격의 IT 기기 대여 서비스와 함께, 기업이 보유한 유휴 IT 자산을 매입·정산해 수익화하는 모델을 제공하며 국내 주요 기업과 스타트업 등 다양한 고객사를 확보하고 있다.
특히 회수된 IT 기기 가운데 검증을 거친 제품을 거래 가능한 자산으로 전환해 신흥국과 개발도상국 등 수요처에 공급하는 ‘리고 트레이드’를 통해 글로벌 유통 채널을 구축했다.
피에로컴퍼니는 이번 투자를 계기로 트레이드 인프라를 고도화하고, 이를 플랫폼 형태로 제공해 유휴 IT 자산 처분을 원하는 국내 기업을 신규 고객사로 유치할 계획이다. 아울러 스파크랩과의 협력을 바탕으로 글로벌 시장 진출도 본격화한다는 방침이다.

박민진 피에로컴퍼니 대표는 “IT 기기 자산이 전 세계적으로 선순환되는 구조를 구축하는 것이 목표”라며 “리고 트레이드를 단계적으로 확장해 새로운 성장 동력으로 육성하고 글로벌 성과를 창출해 나갈 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
한편 피에로컴퍼니는 2024년 아시아 시장 진출을 지원하는 ‘K-스타트업 그랜드챌린지’ 프로그램을 통해 스파크랩의 액셀러레이팅을 받았으며, 중소벤처기업부가 주관하는 팁스(TIPS) 프로그램에도 최종 선정됐다. 최근에는 한국투자증권과 상장 주관사 계약을 체결하며 IPO를 위한 준비에도 나서고 있다.

SparkLabs (CEO Kim Yu-jin) announced that it has invested in Piero Company (CEO Park Min-jin), an IT device subscription and redistribution service operator. CNT Tech co-participated in this investment.
Piero Company operates a subscription service called "Pongo" and a collection and redistribution service called "Rigo," leveraging its accumulated fleet of over 10,000 IT devices. Along with offering affordable IT device rental services, the company also offers a monetization model for companies' idle IT assets through the purchase and settlement of assets. The company has secured a diverse client base, including major domestic corporations and startups.
In particular, we have established a global distribution channel through 'Rigo Trade', which converts verified products among recovered IT devices into tradable assets and supplies them to demanders in emerging and developing countries.
Piero Company plans to capitalize on this investment by enhancing its trading infrastructure and offering it as a platform to attract new clients, including domestic companies seeking to dispose of idle IT assets. Furthermore, the company plans to accelerate its global expansion through its partnership with SparkLabs.
Kim Yu-jin, CEO of SparkLabs, said, “With the circular economy emerging as a critical issue, we decided to invest in Piero Company because we believe their business model, which creates value throughout the entire life cycle of IT devices, will be competitive in the global redistribution market.”
Park Min-jin, CEO of Piero Company, said, “Our goal is to build a structure where IT device assets can circulate globally,” adding, “We plan to gradually expand Ligo Trade to foster it as a new growth engine and generate global performance.”
Meanwhile, Piero Company received SparkLabs' acceleration support through the "K-Startup Grand Challenge" program, which supports its entry into the Asian market in 2024, and was also selected for the TIPS program hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. Recently, it signed a contract with Korea Investment & Securities as its lead underwriter, marking the start of preparations for an IPO.

スパークラップ（代表キム・ユジン）は、ＩＴ機器の購読及び再流通サービス運営会社（株）ピエロカンパニー（代表パク・ミンジン）に投資したと明らかにした。今回の投資にはシエンティテックが共同で参加した。
ピエロカンパニーは累積1万台以上のIT機器をベースに、購読型サービス「ポンゴ」と回収・再流通サービス「リゴ」を運営している。リーズナブルな価格のIT機器レンタルサービスとともに、企業が保有するアイドルIT資産を買収・精算して収益化するモデルを提供し、国内主要企業やスタートアップなど多様な顧客会社を確保している。
特に回収されたIT機器のうち検証を経た製品を取引可能な資産に転換し、新興国や開発途上国など需要先に供給する「リゴトレード」を通じてグローバル流通チャネルを構築した。
ピエロカンパニーは今回の投資をきっかけにトレードインフラを高度化し、これをプラットフォーム形態で提供し、アイドルIT資産の処分を希望する国内企業を新規顧客会社として誘致する計画だ。また、スパークラップとの協力をもとにグローバル市場進出も本格化する方針だ。

一方、ピエロカンパニーは2024年アジア市場進出を支援する「K-スタートアップグランドチャレンジ」プログラムを通じてスパークラップのアクセラレーティングを受け、中小ベンチャー企業部が主管するティップス(TIPS)プログラムにも最終選定された。最近は韓国投資証券と上場主管社契約を締結し、IPOのための準備にも乗り出している。

SparkLabs (PDG : Kim Yu-jin) a annoncé avoir investi dans Piero Company (PDG : Park Min-jin), un opérateur de services d’abonnement et de redistribution de matériel informatique. CNT Tech a également participé à cet investissement.
La société Piero exploite un service d'abonnement appelé « Pongo » et un service de collecte et de redistribution appelé « Rigo », s'appuyant sur son parc de plus de 10 000 équipements informatiques. Outre des services de location d'équipements informatiques à prix abordables, elle propose également un modèle de monétisation des actifs informatiques inutilisés des entreprises, par le biais de leur rachat et de leur revente. La société compte une clientèle diversifiée, composée de grandes entreprises nationales et de jeunes pousses.
Nous avons notamment mis en place un canal de distribution mondial via « Rigo Trade », qui transforme les produits vérifiés parmi les appareils informatiques récupérés en actifs négociables et les fournit aux demandeurs des pays émergents et en développement.
La société Piero entend tirer profit de cet investissement en renforçant son infrastructure de trading et en la proposant comme plateforme pour attirer de nouveaux clients, notamment des entreprises locales cherchant à se délester de leurs actifs informatiques inutilisés. Par ailleurs, elle prévoit d'accélérer son expansion internationale grâce à son partenariat avec SparkLabs.
Kim Yu-jin, PDG de SparkLabs, a déclaré : « L’économie circulaire étant devenue un enjeu crucial, nous avons décidé d’investir dans Piero Company car nous pensons que son modèle commercial, qui crée de la valeur tout au long du cycle de vie des appareils informatiques, sera compétitif sur le marché mondial de la redistribution. »
Park Min-jin, PDG de Piero Company, a déclaré : « Notre objectif est de construire une structure permettant la circulation mondiale des actifs informatiques », ajoutant : « Nous prévoyons de développer progressivement Ligo Trade pour en faire un nouveau moteur de croissance et générer des performances mondiales. »
Parallèlement, Piero Company a bénéficié du soutien d'accélération de SparkLabs via le programme « K-Startup Grand Challenge », qui accompagne son entrée sur le marché asiatique en 2024. L'entreprise a également été sélectionnée pour le programme TIPS du ministère des PME et des Startups. Récemment, elle a signé un contrat avec Korea Investment & Securities, qui devient son chef de file en matière de souscription, marquant ainsi le début des préparatifs en vue de son introduction en bourse.
