기술보증기금은 행정안전부와 기업 공공 마이데이터 서비스의 공동 추진을 위한 업무협약을 체결하고, 정부의 행정 효율화 및 국민 행정부담 완화 정책에 적극 협력하기로 했다고 26일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 기술보증기금이 공공부문 최초로 도입한 기업 공공 마이데이터 서비스를 안정적으로 정착시키고 확산하기 위한 협력 체계를 구축하기 위해 마련됐다.
기업 공공 마이데이터는 행정안전부가 운영하는 제도로, 공공 마이데이터의 정보주체 범위를 기존 개인 중심에서 법인 등 기업으로 확대한 것이 특징이다. 이를 통해 기업은 각종 행정서류를 별도의 발급 절차 없이 전자적으로 제출하고 활용할 수 있다.
기술보증기금은 전체 고객 중 법인 비중이 약 80%에 달하는 기관 특성을 반영해 기업 공공 마이데이터의 실효성을 높이기 위한 제도 개선을 지속해 왔다. 공공 마이데이터 이용 대상을 개인기업에서 법인기업까지 확대했으며, 기술보증과 기술평가에 한정됐던 활용 범위도 보증연계투자, 기술이전 등으로 넓혔다.
또한 제출 가능한 행정서류를 개인 24종, 법인 19종으로 확대해 기업별 사업 유형과 절차에 맞춘 맞춤형 제출이 가능하도록 했다. 이러한 디지털 행정 혁신 성과는 2025년 12월 중소벤처기업부 주관 적극행정 우수사례 경진대회에서 우수상을 수상하며 인정받았다.
양 기관은 이번 협약을 계기로 기업 공공 마이데이터의 안정적 운영을 지원하고, 기업의 정책금융 이용 편의성을 높이기 위한 협력을 지속할 계획이다.

両機関は今回の条約をきっかけに企業公共マイデータの安定的運営を支援し、企業の政策金融利用利便性を高めるための協力を持続する計画だ。

Le système « Données publiques des entreprises » (Corporate Public MyData), géré par le ministère de l’Intérieur et de la Sécurité, se distingue par l’élargissement du champ d’application des données, qui inclut désormais les entreprises et autres organismes, au-delà des particuliers. Ce système permet aux entreprises de soumettre et d’utiliser électroniquement divers documents administratifs sans avoir à suivre de procédures d’émission distinctes.
