기술보증기금은 27일 부산 본점에서 임원과 부장, 전국 영업점장이 참석한 가운데 2026년도 제1차 경영전략워크숍을 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 워크숍은 혁신으로 미래를 여는 기술보증기금을 주제로 2025년 경영성과를 점검하고 2026년 중점 추진과제를 공유하기 위해 마련됐다. 워크숍에서는 기업구조혁신업무 발전 방안, AX 전략 및 AI 기반 기술혁신정보 추진 계획, 차세대 정보시스템 구축 방향 등 핵심 과제에 대한 발표와 토론이 진행됐으며, 정부의 성장 전략에 부합하는 기술보증기금의 혁신 방안에 대해 논의가 이뤄졌다.
김종호 기술보증기금 이사장은 모두발언에서 글로벌 기술패권 경쟁 심화와 무역환경 불확실성, 고환율 지속 등으로 기업 경영 부담이 확대되고 있다고 언급하며, 중소벤처기업이 AI 등 첨단기술을 활용해 혁신을 실현할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다고 밝혔다. 이어 경쟁력 강화와 기술주도 성장을 뒷받침하는 중추적 역할을 수행하겠다고 강조했다.
기술보증기금은 지난해 글로벌 통상·산업환경 변화 속에서도 피해기업 전용보증 신설과 청년창업기업, 수출기업 등 중점 분야에 대한 집중 지원을 통해 총 31조 9000억원 규모의 보증을 공급했다. 이는 당초 계획을 3조원 이상 초과한 수준이다. 또한 보증연계 투자를 통해 지방기업 4개사를 포함한 6개 기업의 기업공개를 지원했으며, AI·빅데이터 기반 기술평가 오픈플랫폼 고도화와 M&A 지원 플랫폼 구축을 통해 개방형 기술혁신 생태계 조성에도 기여했다.
기술보증기금은 올해 AI와 반도체 등 신성장 미래전략산업 분야에 역량을 집중해 초혁신경제 실현을 선도하고, 기술평가 인프라 고도화와 글로벌 기술금융 기반 구축을 통해 글로벌 기술금융 허브로의 도약을 추진할 계획이다. 아울러 넥스트 유니콘 프로젝트와 벤처보증 확대, 기술거래 및 기술보호 활성화 등을 통해 혁신금융과 공정 성장 생태계 조성을 강화할 방침이다.

Kibo to Hold First Management Strategy Workshop in 2026
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation ( Korea Technology Finance Corporation) announced on the 27th that it held its first management strategy workshop for 2026 at its Busan headquarters with executives, managers, and branch managers from across the country in attendance.
This workshop, themed "Opening the Future through Innovation," was designed to review the 2025 management performance of the Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation) and share key initiatives for 2026. The workshop featured presentations and discussions on key initiatives, including the development of corporate restructuring innovation, the AX strategy and AI-based technology innovation information promotion plan, and the direction of next-generation information systems. The workshop also discussed Korea Technology Finance Corporation's innovation plans, aligned with the government's growth strategy.
In his opening remarks, Kim Jong-ho, Chairman of the Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KOTIC), noted that the intensifying global competition for technological supremacy, uncertainties in the trade environment, and persistently high exchange rates are increasing the burden on corporate management. He declared that the KOTIC will actively support small and medium-sized venture companies to achieve innovation through the use of cutting-edge technologies such as AI. He further emphasized that the KOTIC will play a pivotal role in strengthening competitiveness and supporting technology-led growth.
Despite the changing global trade and industrial landscape last year, the Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KOTIC) provided a total of KRW 31.9 trillion in guarantees. This amount exceeded the original plan by more than KRW 3 trillion. Furthermore, through guarantee-linked investments, the fund supported the initial public offerings of six companies, including four local companies. Furthermore, it contributed to the creation of an open technology innovation ecosystem by upgrading the AI- and big data-based technology assessment open platform and establishing an M&A support platform.
This year, the Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KIBO) plans to focus its efforts on emerging growth sectors, such as AI and semiconductors, to spearhead the realization of a hyper-innovative economy. Furthermore, it plans to advance its technology assessment infrastructure and establish a global technology financing foundation, thereby advancing into becoming a global technology finance hub. Furthermore, it plans to strengthen the innovation finance and fair growth ecosystem by expanding its Next Unicorn Project, venture guarantees, and promoting technology transactions and protection.

技術保証基金は２７日、釜山本店で役員と部長、全国営業店長が参加した中、２０２６年度第１次経営戦略ワークショップを開催したと明らかにした。

技術保証基金は昨年、グローバル通商・産業環境変化の中でも被害企業専用保証の新設と青年創業企業、輸出企業など重点分野に対する集中支援を通じて、計31兆9000億ウォン規模の保証を供給した。これは当初計画を3兆ウォン以上超えた水準だ。また、保証連携投資を通じて地方企業4社を含む6社の企業公開を支援し、AI・ビッグデータ基盤の技術評価オープンプラットフォームの高度化とM&A支援プラットフォームの構築を通じて開放型技術革新生態系の造成にも貢献した。
技術保証基金は今年、AIと半導体など新成長未来戦略産業分野に力量を集中し、超革新経済の実現を先導し、技術評価インフラの高度化とグローバル技術金融基盤構築を通じてグローバル技術金融ハブへの跳躍を推進する計画だ。また、ネクストユニコーンプロジェクトとベンチャー保証の拡大、技術取引及び技術保護の活性化などを通じて、イノベーション金融とプロセス成長生態系の組成を強化する方針だ。

La Korea Technology Finance Corporation ( Korea Technology Finance Corporation) a annoncé le 27 qu'elle avait tenu son premier atelier de stratégie de gestion pour 2026 à son siège de Busan, en présence de cadres, de gestionnaires et de directeurs de succursales de tout le pays.
Cet atelier, placé sous le thème « Ouvrir l'avenir par l'innovation », visait à analyser les performances de la Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation) en 2025 et à présenter ses principales initiatives pour 2026. Au programme : présentations et discussions sur des initiatives clés telles que le développement de l'innovation en matière de restructuration d'entreprise, la stratégie AX, le plan de promotion de l'information sur l'innovation technologique basée sur l'IA et l'orientation des systèmes d'information de nouvelle génération. Il a par ailleurs insisté sur le rôle essentiel que jouera la KOTIC dans le renforcement de la compétitivité et le soutien à une croissance tirée par la technologie.
Malgré l'évolution du contexte commercial et industriel mondial l'an dernier, la Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KOTIC) a accordé des garanties pour un montant total de 31 900 milliards de wons coréens (KRW), dépassant ainsi les prévisions initiales de plus de 3 000 milliards de KRW. Par ailleurs, grâce à des investissements garantis, le fonds a soutenu l'introduction en bourse de six entreprises, dont quatre sociétés coréennes. Enfin, il a contribué à la création d'un écosystème d'innovation technologique ouvert en modernisant la plateforme ouverte d'évaluation technologique basée sur l'IA et le big data et en mettant en place une plateforme d'accompagnement des fusions-acquisitions.
Cette année, la Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KIBO) prévoit de concentrer ses efforts sur les secteurs émergents à forte croissance, tels que l'IA et les semi-conducteurs, afin de favoriser l'avènement d'une économie hyper-innovante. Elle entend également développer son infrastructure d'évaluation technologique et créer une plateforme mondiale de financement des technologies, ambitionnant ainsi de devenir un pôle d'excellence international dans ce domaine. Par ailleurs, elle prévoit de renforcer l'écosystème du financement de l'innovation et d'une croissance équitable en développant son projet « Next Unicorn », ses garanties d'investissement et en promouvant les transactions et la protection des technologies.
