시리즈벤처스가 문맥 기반 AI 에이전트 자동화 시스템을 개발하는 에스와이유(SYU)에 시드 투자를 완료했다고 밝혔다. 투자 금액은 비공개다.
에스와이유는 거대언어모델(LLM) 기반 자연어 처리 기술과 ERP 연동 엔진을 결합한 ‘ERP 독립형 지능형 RPA 플랫폼’을 제공한다. 기존 RPA 솔루션이 특정 시스템에 종속돼 높은 도입 비용이 발생하던 것과 달리, 에스와이유는 모든 환경에서 즉시 연동 가능한 독립형 아키텍처를 통해 중소기업의 디지털 전환 장벽을 낮췄다.
특히 AI 에이전트는 카카오톡, 문자, 이메일 등 비정형 채널로 전달되는 업무 지시의 맥락을 스스로 분석해 ERP에 자동 입력·보고하며, 사용자 입력 대비 오류율을 99% 이상 방지하고 주 20시간 이상의 실무 시간을 절감하는 성과를 나타내고 있다.
에스와이유는 설립 초기임에도 식자재 유통, 제조, 방산 등 다양한 산업군에서 레퍼런스를 확보하며 수익성을 입증했다. 이번 투자금은 AI 플랫폼 ‘에리고(ERIGO)’ 고도화와 전국 단위 마케팅에 활용되며, 2026년까지 500개 이상의 SaaS 고객사 확보를 목표로 한다.

Despite its early days, SYU has proven its profitability by securing references in diverse industries, including food distribution, manufacturing, and defense. This investment will be used to enhance its AI platform, "ERIGO," and for nationwide marketing efforts, with the goal of securing over 500 SaaS customers by 2026.
Series Ventures CEOs Park Jun-sang and Kwak Seong-wook praised SYU, saying, "They are a team that can solve the on-site labor shortages and system usage difficulties faced by SMEs. They have great potential to establish a leading position in the global smart work market." Series Ventures a annoncé avoir finalisé un investissement d'amorçage dans SYU, une startup développant un système d'automatisation d'agents d'IA contextuels. Le montant de l'investissement n'a pas été divulgué.
SYU propose une plateforme RPA intelligente et indépendante des ERP, qui combine une technologie de traitement du langage naturel basée sur le modèle LLM (Large Language Model) avec un moteur d'intégration ERP.
