AI 솔루션 전문기업 지미션은 정보통신 인프라 및 SI 전문기업 범호아이티, 산업 설비 및 스마트팩토리 구축 기업 에스엘글로벌과 AI 및 빅데이터 기반 혁신 솔루션 공동 개발과 사업화를 위한 3자 간 포괄적 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 각 사가 보유한 기술력과 산업별 전문성을 결합해 산업 자동화, 스마트시티, 공공 및 민간 분야의 인공지능 전환 수요에 대응하기 위한 협력 체계를 구축하는 데 목적이 있다. 세 기업은 향후 공동 프로젝트 기획, 솔루션 개발, 영업 및 마케팅 협력 등을 단계적으로 추진할 계획이다.
지미션은 AI 문서 자동화, 데이터 분석, 영상 인식 등 다양한 인공지능 기술을 기반으로 공공, 금융, 제조 분야에 AX 솔루션을 공급해 온 기업이다. 국내외 300여 개 기관에 솔루션을 구축한 경험을 바탕으로 최근 동남아시아 시장으로의 사업 확장을 진행하고 있다.
범호아이티는 서버, 네트워크, 스토리지 등 ICT 인프라 구축과 유지보수에 특화된 기업으로, 전국 공공기관과 기업을 대상으로 정보시스템 구축 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 최근에는 스마트시티와 보안 시스템 분야로 사업 영역을 확대하고 있다.
에스엘글로벌은 산업기계 및 자동화 설비 제조, 스마트팩토리 구축과 유지보수, 엔지니어링 서비스를 중심으로 제조 산업의 스마트 전환과 생산성 향상을 지원해 왔다.
이번 협약을 통해 세 기업은 AI 기술과 산업 현장 적용 역량을 결합한 통합 솔루션을 개발하고, 공공 및 산업 분야를 중심으로 사업화를 본격화할 방침이다.
