기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 기보)은 2026년도 공급기술 DB 고도화 사업 시행계획을 공고하고, 사업 참여를 희망하는 기술보유기관을 모집한다고 2일 밝혔다.
공급기술 DB 고도화 사업은 대학 및 공공연구기관이 보유한 우수 기술을 발굴하고, 기술수요자인 중소기업이 기술의 특성과 사업화 가능성을 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 기술설명자료(SMK, Sales Material Kit) 제작을 지원하는 사업이다. 기보는 중소벤처기업부의 ‘중소기업 기술거래 기반조성사업’ 일환으로 2022년부터 사업을 운영해 왔으며, 지난해까지 총 2300건 이상의 문서형 SMK 제작을 지원했다.
올해 사업에서는 디지털 콘텐츠 수요 확대에 대응해 ‘영상형 SMK 제작 지원 트랙’을 신설했다. 기존 문서형 SMK는 8000만원의 예산으로 약 400건의 기술설명자료 제작을 지원하고, 영상형 SMK는 전용 예산 7000만원으로 총 10건을 지원할 계획이다. 영상형 SMK는 기술수요자가 기술 특성과 사업화 가능성을 보다 직관적으로 이해할 수 있도록 돕는다.
지원 대상은 지식재산권이 등록 완료된 공공기술이며, 영상형 SMK 트랙에는 노하우 기반 기술, 특정 기술군, 연구실 소개 등 비정형 기술도 포함된다.
김종호 기보 이사장은 “영상형 SMK 제작 지원을 통해 중소기업이 유망기술 정보를 보다 생동감 있게 접할 수 있게 됐다”며 “기보는 스마트 테크브릿지를 중심으로 양질의 공급기술 DB를 지속 확충해 중소기업의 개방형 혁신과 기술거래 시장 활성화에 기여하겠다”고 밝혔다.
사업 참여 신청은 3월 31일까지 가능하며, 세부 내용은 스마트 테크브릿지와 기보 홈페이지에서 확인할 수 있다.

Kibo expands its "Supply Technology Database Enhancement Project."
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as KIBO) announced on the 2nd that it has announced the implementation plan for the 2026 Supply Technology DB Advanced Project and is recruiting technology-holding institutions that wish to participate in the project.
The Supply Technology Database Enhancement Project identifies outstanding technologies held by universities and public research institutes and supports the production of Sales Material Kits (SMKs) to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) easily understand the characteristics and commercialization potential of these technologies. This year, in response to the growing demand for digital content, we've established a new "Video SMK Production Support Track." The existing document-based SMK program will support the production of approximately 400 technical explanatory materials with a budget of 80 million won. The video SMK program will provide support for a total of 10 projects with a dedicated budget of 70 million won. This video SMK program will help technology users more intuitively understand the technology's characteristics and commercialization potential.
The target of support is public technology for which intellectual property rights have been registered, and the video-type SMK track also includes non-standard technologies such as know-how-based technologies, specific technology groups, and laboratory introductions.
Kim Jong-ho, CEO of Kibo, said, “Through support for the production of video-type SMK, small and medium-sized enterprises will be able to access promising technology information in a more vivid way,” and “Kibo will continue to expand its high-quality supply technology database centered around Smart Tech Bridge, contributing to the open innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises and the revitalization of the technology transaction market.”
Applications for business participation are accepted until March 31st, and details can be found on the Smart Tech Bridge and Kibo websites.

今年の事業では、デジタルコンテンツの需要拡大に対応して「映像型SMK制作支援トラック」を新設した。既存文書型SMKは8000万ウォンの予算で約400件の技術説明資料の製作を支援し、映像型SMKは専用予算7000万ウォンで合計10件を支援する計画だ。ビデオ型SMKは、技術需要者が技術特性と事業化の可能性をより直感的に理解できるように支援する。
支援対象は知的財産権が登録完了した公共技術であり、映像型SMKトラックにはノウハウ基盤技術、特定技術群、研究室紹介など非定型技術も含まれる。
キム・ジョンホ記者理事長は「映像型SMK製作支援を通じて中小企業が有望技術情報をより鮮やかに触れることができるようになった」とし「起報はスマートテックブリッジを中心に良質の供給技術DBを持続拡充し、中小企業の開放型革新と技術取引市場の活性化に貢献した」。

韩国科技金融公司（韩国科技金融公司，董事长金钟浩，以下简称KIBO）于2日宣布，已公布2026年供应链技术数据库先进项目实施计划，并正在招募有意参与该项目的技术控股机构。

Kibo étend son « Projet d'amélioration de la base de données sur les technologies d'approvisionnement ».
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, président Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée KIBO) a annoncé le 2 qu'elle avait dévoilé le plan de mise en œuvre du projet avancé de base de données technologiques d'approvisionnement 2026 et qu'elle recrutait des institutions détentrices de technologies souhaitant participer au projet.
Le projet d'amélioration de la base de données sur les technologies d'approvisionnement recense les technologies de pointe détenues par les universités et les instituts de recherche publics et soutient la production de kits de présentation aux entreprises (SPE) afin d'aider les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) à comprendre plus facilement les caractéristiques et le potentiel de commercialisation de ces technologies. KIBO mène ce projet depuis 2022 dans le cadre du « Projet de développement de l'infrastructure de transaction technologique des PME » du ministère des PME et des Startups. L'année dernière, KIBO avait déjà contribué à la production de plus de 2 300 SPE au format documentaire.
Cette année, face à la demande croissante de contenus numériques, nous avons mis en place un nouveau volet d'accompagnement à la production de supports de formation vidéo. Le programme existant de supports de formation documentaire financera la production d'environ 400 documents techniques explicatifs, avec un budget de 80 millions de wons. Le programme de supports de formation vidéo, quant à lui, soutiendra 10 projets, avec un budget dédié de 70 millions de wons. Ce programme permettra aux utilisateurs de technologies de mieux appréhender leurs caractéristiques et leur potentiel de commercialisation.
Le soutien vise les technologies publiques pour lesquelles des droits de propriété intellectuelle ont été enregistrés, et le volet SMK de type vidéo inclut également des technologies non standard telles que les technologies basées sur le savoir-faire, les groupes technologiques spécifiques et les présentations de laboratoires.
Kim Jong-ho, PDG de Kibo, a déclaré : « Grâce au soutien apporté à la production de vidéos SMK, les petites et moyennes entreprises pourront accéder plus facilement à des informations technologiques prometteuses », et « Kibo continuera d'enrichir sa base de données de technologies de pointe, centrée sur Smart Tech Bridge, contribuant ainsi à l'innovation ouverte des petites et moyennes entreprises et à la revitalisation du marché des transactions technologiques. »
