스타트업 전문 미디어 스타트업레시피는 2025년 국내 스타트업 투자 동향을 담은 ‘스타트업레시피 투자 리포트 2025’를 공개했다. 보고서에 따르면 지난해 국내 스타트업 생태계에 유입된 투자금 총액은 5조 9,143억 원으로 전년 대비 보합세를 기록했으나, 상반기 저점 이후 하반기에 가파르게 회복하는 ‘V자형 회복 국면’을 보였다.
상반기 투자액은 2조 1,196억 원으로 전년 동기 대비 24% 감소했으나, 7월 이후 하반기에만 3조 8,000억 원이 투자되며 시장 역동성이 되살아났다. 투자 분야에서는 AI(인공지능)가 핵심 키워드로 부상했으며, 과거 소프트웨어 중심에서 반도체, 로봇 등 피지컬 AI와 산업 특화형 버티컬 AI로 영역이 확장됐다.
분야별 투자액은 바이오·헬스케어가 1조 4,878억 원으로 전체 25%를 차지하며 1위를 기록했고, 소프트웨어가 1조 3,310억 원으로 뒤를 이었다. 투자자는 기술 경쟁력과 수익 모델이 검증된 딥테크 스타트업 중심으로 자금을 배분하는 선별적 투자 기조를 유지했다.
2025년에는 AI 반도체 기업 퓨리오사AI와 엔터테크 기업 갤럭시코퍼레이션이 기업 가치 1조 원을 넘어 유니콘 기업으로 등극했고, 노타, 달바글로벌, 리브스메드 등이 증시에 상장하며 IPO 시장도 회복세를 보였다. 다만 100억 원 이상 투자는 수도권 기업이 83.9%를 차지하고, 여성 창업 기업 비중은 2.3%에 머물러 지역·성별 투자 격차가 여전히 과제로 지적됐다.

By sector, bio and healthcare took first place, accounting for 25% of total investment at KRW 1.4878 trillion, followed by software at KRW 1.331 trillion. Investors maintained a selective approach, allocating funds primarily to deep-tech startups with proven technological competitiveness and revenue models.

Selon ce rapport, le total des investissements dans l'écosystème des startups chinoises a atteint 5 914,3 milliards de wons l'an dernier, un chiffre stable par rapport à l'année précédente. L’intelligence artificielle (IA) est devenue un mot-clé des investissements, s’étendant désormais de l’IA logicielle à l’IA physique dans des domaines tels que les semi-conducteurs et la robotique, ainsi qu’à l’IA verticale sectorielle.
Par secteur, les biotechnologies et la santé arrivent en tête, représentant 25 % des investissements totaux, soit 1 487,8 milliards de wons, suivies par les logiciels (1 331 milliards de wons). Les investisseurs ont conservé une approche sélective, privilégiant les startups deep-tech dotées d'une compétitivité technologique et de modèles économiques éprouvés.
En 2025, Furiosa AI, entreprise spécialisée dans les semi-conducteurs pour l'intelligence artificielle, et Galaxy Corporation, société de technologies du divertissement, ont franchi le cap du billion de wons de capitalisation boursière, devenant ainsi des licornes. Le marché des introductions en bourse a également montré des signes de reprise, avec des sociétés comme Nota, Dalba Global et Livesmed qui ont fait leur entrée en bourse. Cependant, les investissements supérieurs à 10 milliards de wons ont été réalisés dans la région métropolitaine de Séoul, représentant 83,9 % du total, tandis que les entreprises fondées par des femmes n'en représentaient que 2,3 %, soulignant ainsi la persistance des disparités d'investissement régionales et liées au genre.
