스마트 의류 수거 솔루션 기업 그린루프와 AI 기반 한국 소비재 O2O 글로벌 플랫폼 기업 슬로크가 의류 자원순환 활성화와 글로벌 협력 모델 구축을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다.
이번 협약은 국내에서 수거되는 의류 자원의 효율적인 관리와 글로벌 유통 연계를 통해 지속가능한 자원순환 구조를 확장하는 데 목적이 있다. 양사는 협약을 통해 IoT 기반 스마트 의류 수거 데이터 연계, 수거 의류의 글로벌 유통 및 활용 모델 공동 기획, 국내외 ESG 및 지속가능 프로젝트 협력을 단계적으로 추진할 계획이다.
양측은 프랑스 파리를 실증 거점으로 선정하고, 글로벌 스타트업 캠퍼스 STATION F 인근과 파리 시내 주요 지역을 중심으로 그린루프의 스마트 의류수거함을 시범 설치해 기술 실증과 데이터 기반 협력 모델을 검증할 예정이다.
프랑스는 의류·섬유 분야 생산자책임재활용 제도를 비교적 이른 시기에 도입해 자원순환 정책을 추진해온 국가로 평가된다. 파리는 글로벌 패션 산업의 중심지로, 스마트 의류수거 솔루션의 실증과 글로벌 확장 가능성을 동시에 검토할 수 있는 환경으로 주목받고 있다.
그린루프는 IoT 기술을 활용한 스마트 의류수거함과 데이터 기반 운영 시스템을 통해 의류 수거, 분류, 보상 과정을 디지털화하고 있다. 슬로크는 현지 데이터와 AI 알고리즘을 활용해 한국 소비재의 해외 유통을 지원하는 크로스보더 이커머스 중개 플랫폼을 운영 중이다.
양사는 이번 협약을 계기로 국내외 자원순환과 지속가능 패션 분야에서 협력 범위를 점진적으로 확대하고, 실증 결과를 바탕으로 글로벌 사업 모델을 구체화할 계획이다.

The two parties will select Paris, France as a demonstration base and install Green Roof's smart clothing collection boxes near the global startup campus STATION F and major areas in Paris to verify technology verification and a data-based collaboration model.
France is recognized as a country that has been promoting resource circulation policies by adopting a producer responsibility (ER) system in the clothing and textile sector relatively early. As a hub for the global fashion industry, Paris is attracting attention as an environment where smart clothing collection solutions can be tested and their potential for global expansion can be explored simultaneously.
Green Loop is digitizing the clothing collection, sorting, and compensation process through smart clothing collection boxes and a data-driven operating system leveraging IoT technology. Slok operates a cross-border e-commerce brokerage platform that leverages local data and AI algorithms to support the overseas distribution of Korean consumer goods.
With this agreement, the two companies plan to gradually expand the scope of their cooperation in the fields of domestic and international resource recycling and sustainable fashion, and to develop a concrete global business model based on the results of their demonstrations.
