부산창조경제혁신센터(대표 김용우, 이하 부산창경)는 울산·경남·제주창조경제혁신센터와 공동으로 2025년 예비창업패키지 제주·동남권 연합 교류 행사 ‘Meet-up Talk! Talk!’를 지난 6일 파크하얏트 부산 호텔에서 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 2025년 예비창업패키지 사업에 참여 중인 창업기업과 유관 기관 관계자 등 60여 명이 참석한 가운데, 창업 과정에서의 경험을 공유하고 전문가 및 관계자들과의 네트워킹을 통해 협력과 성장을 도모하기 위해 마련됐다.
주요 프로그램으로는 예비창업패키지 주관기관별 사업 경과보고, 우수 창업기업 사례 발표, 2026년 인사이트 특강, 엘리베이터 밋업 등이 진행됐다. 특히 예비 단계부터 초기, 도약, TIPS까지 경험한 ㈜엠바스 김정현 대표의 선배 창업가 특강과 우수 창업기업 토크콘서트는 창업가들에게 향후 시장 변화에 대한 인사이트를 제공했다는 평가를 받았다.
이와 함께 창업기업들이 자사 비즈니스를 소개하고 협업 기회를 모색하는 ‘1분 엘리베이터 피칭’ 네트워킹 세션도 운영됐다. 참가자들은 짧은 시간 동안 창업 아이템을 효과적으로 홍보하며 실질적인 협력 가능성을 타진했다.
부산·울산·경남·제주창조경제혁신센터는 향후에도 창업기업의 지속 성장을 지원하기 위해 협력 프로그램을 확대하고, 지역 간 연계를 강화해 창업 생태계 활성화에 나설 계획이다. 한편 예비창업패키지는 기술창업 아이디어를 보유한 예비창업자를 대상으로 사업화 자금과 비즈니스모델 고도화, 시제품 제작 등을 지원하는 정부 창업 지원 사업이다.

Busan Changgyeong, Jeju, and Southeast Region Preliminary Startup Package Joint Exchange Event Held
The Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Yongwoo Kim, hereinafter referred to as Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center) announced that it held the 2025 Preliminary Startup Package Jeju/Southeastern Region Joint Exchange Event 'Meet-up Talk! Talk!' in cooperation with the Ulsan, Gyeongnam, and Jeju Creative Economy Innovation Centers at the Park Hyatt Busan Hotel on the 6th.
This event, attended by approximately 60 people including startups participating in the 2025 Preliminary Startup Package Project and officials from related organizations, was organized to share experiences in the startup process and promote cooperation and growth through networking with experts and officials.
Key programs included progress reports from each pre-startup package hosting organization, presentations on excellent startup case studies, a special lecture on 2026 Insights, and an elevator meetup. In particular, the special lecture by CEO Kim Jeong-hyeon of MBASS, who has experience from the pre-startup stage to early stage, leap forward, and TIPS, and the talk concert by excellent startup companies were evaluated as providing entrepreneurs with insight into future market changes.
Additionally, a "1-Minute Elevator Pitching" networking session was held, where startups presented their businesses and explored collaboration opportunities. Participants effectively promoted their startup ideas in a short period of time and explored the potential for practical collaboration.
The Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam, and Jeju Creative Economy Innovation Centers plan to expand their collaborative programs and strengthen regional connections to support the continued growth of startups, thereby revitalizing the startup ecosystem. Meanwhile, the Pre-Startup Package is a government startup support program that provides commercialization funding, business model advancement, and prototype production support to aspiring entrepreneurs with technology-based startup ideas.

釜山昌慶、済州・東南圏予備創業パッケージ連合交流イベント開催
釜山創造経済革新センター（代表キム・ヨンウ、以下釜山創経）は蔚山・慶南・済州創造経済革新センターと共同で2025年予備創業パッケージ済州・東南圏連合交流イベント「Meet-up Talk！ Talk!」を去る6日、パークハイアット釜山ホテルで開催したと明らかにした。
今回のイベントは、2025年の予備創業パッケージ事業に参加中の創業企業や関連機関関係者など60人余りが参加した中で、創業過程での経験を共有し、専門家や関係者とのネットワーキングを通じて協力と成長を図るために設けられた。
主なプログラムとしては、予備創業パッケージ主管機関別事業経過報告、優秀創業企業事例発表、2026年インサイト特強、エレベーターミットアップなどが行われた。特に予備段階から初期、跳躍、TIPSまで経験した(株)エンバスキム・ジョンヒョン代表の先輩創業家特講と優秀創業企業トークコンサートは創業者に今後の市場変化に対するインサイトを提供したという評価を受けた。
これと共に創業企業が自社ビジネスを紹介し、コラボレーション機会を模索する「1分エレベーターピッチング」ネットワーキングセッションも運営された。参加者は短時間の間、創業アイテムを効果的に広報し、実質的な協力の可能性を打診した。
釜山・蔚山・慶南・済州創造経済革新センターは今後も創業企業の持続成長を支援するために協力プログラムを拡大し、地域間の連携を強化して創業生態系活性化に乗り出す計画だ。一方、予備創業パッケージは、技術創業のアイデアを保有した予備創業者を対象に、事業化資金とビジネスモデルの高度化、試作品製作などを支援する政府創業支援事業だ。

釜山创意经济创新中心（CEO：金永宇，以下简称釜山创意经济创新中心）宣布，于6日在釜山柏悦酒店与蔚山、庆南和济州创意经济创新中心合作举办了2025年济州岛/东南地区创业计划初步联合交流活动“见面会！见面会！”。
本次活动约有 60 人参加，其中包括参与 2025 年初创企业扶持计划初步方案的初创企业和相关机构的官员。活动旨在分享创业过程中的经验，并通过与专家和官员的交流促进合作与发展。

Busan Changgyeong, Jeju et la région du Sud-Est : un événement d'échange conjoint sur les programmes de démarrage préliminaires a eu lieu.
Le Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Busan (PDG Yongwoo Kim, ci-après dénommé Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Busan) a annoncé qu'il a organisé l'événement d'échange conjoint Jeju/Région du Sud-Est 2025 « Meet-up Talk! Talk! » en coopération avec les centres d'innovation de l'économie créative d'Ulsan, de Gyeongnam et de Jeju à l'hôtel Park Hyatt Busan le 6.
Cet événement, auquel ont participé environ 60 personnes, dont des startups participant au projet préliminaire de soutien aux startups 2025 et des représentants d'organisations connexes, a été organisé pour partager des expériences dans le processus de création d'entreprise et promouvoir la coopération et la croissance grâce à la mise en réseau avec des experts et des représentants officiels.
Les principaux éléments du programme comprenaient des rapports d'étape de chaque organisme hébergeant un programme de pré-lancement, des présentations d'études de cas de startups performantes, une conférence spéciale sur les perspectives d'avenir (2026) et une rencontre informelle. La conférence de Kim Jeong-hyeon, PDG de MBASS, forte d'une expérience allant de la phase de pré-lancement à la phase de démarrage, en passant par les programmes Leap Forward et TIPS, ainsi que les interventions de startups performantes, ont été particulièrement appréciées pour leur capacité à éclairer les entrepreneurs sur les évolutions futures du marché.
Par ailleurs, une session de réseautage intitulée « Pitch d'une minute » a permis aux startups de présenter leurs activités et d'explorer les possibilités de collaboration. Les centres d'innovation pour l'économie créative de Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam et Jeju prévoient d'étendre leurs programmes de collaboration et de renforcer les liens régionaux afin de soutenir la croissance continue des jeunes entreprises et de revitaliser ainsi l'écosystème entrepreneurial. Parallèlement, le programme d'aide à la pré-création d'entreprise, mis en place par le gouvernement, offre un financement pour la commercialisation, un accompagnement au développement du modèle économique et un soutien à la production de prototypes aux entrepreneurs en herbe porteurs de projets technologiques.
