기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 기보)은 하나은행(은행장 이호성)과 9일 기보 충청지역본부에서 ‘충청권 미래전략산업 육성을 위한 생산적 금융지원 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 정부의 미래성장동력 산업 육성 정책에 부응해 기술 기반 신산업의 성장을 촉진하고, 충청권 중소기업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 실질적인 금융지원 체계를 구축하기 위해 마련됐다.
협약에 따라 기보는 하나은행의 특별출연금 10억 원을 재원으로 총 200억 원 규모의 특별출연 협약보증을 지원한다. 지원 대상 기업은 최대 3억 원의 운전자금을 지원받을 수 있으며, 보증비율 상향과 보증료 감면 등 우대 혜택도 제공된다. 보증비율은 기존 85%에서 100%로 상향 적용되며, 보증료는 0.2%포인트 인하돼 각각 3년간 유지된다.
지원 대상은 기보의 기술보증 요건을 충족하는 신기술사업자 가운데 본점 또는 주사업장이 대전과 세종을 포함한 충청권에 위치한 기업이다. 인공지능, 바이오, 문화콘텐츠, 방위산업, 에너지, 첨단제조 등 6대 첨단전략산업을 영위하는 중소기업이 주요 지원 대상이다.
양 기관은 이번 협약을 계기로 충청권 내 미래전략산업 기반을 강화하고, 성장 가능성이 높은 중소기업이 지역 산업의 핵심 성장 동력으로 자리 잡을 수 있도록 금융지원을 지속적으로 확대해 나갈 계획이다.
이재필 기보 이사는 이번 협약을 통해 충청권 기술중소기업 육성과 경쟁력 강화를 위한 협업 기반이 마련됐다고 밝히며, 앞으로도 유관기관과의 협력을 확대해 지역 산업 특성을 반영한 맞춤형 금융지원을 강화하고 지역 주도의 균형 발전과 지속 가능한 산업 생태계 조성에 힘쓰겠다고 말했다.

Kibo and Hana Bank Sign Financial Support Agreement to Foster Future Strategic Industries in the Chungcheong Region
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as KTGF) announced on the 9th that it signed a ‘Productive Financial Support Business Agreement for the Promotion of Future Strategic Industries in the Chungcheong Region’ with Hana Bank (CEO Lee Ho-seong) at KTGF’s Chungcheong Regional Headquarters.
This agreement was established to promote the growth of technology-based new industries in response to the government's policy of fostering future growth engines and to establish a practical financial support system to strengthen the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Chungcheong region.
Under the agreement, KIBO will provide special contribution guarantees totaling KRW 20 billion, funded by a KRW 1 billion special contribution from Hana Bank. Eligible companies will receive up to KRW 300 million in operating funds and will also receive preferential benefits, including increased guarantee ratios and reduced guarantee fees. The guarantee ratio will be increased from 85% to 100%, and the guarantee fee will be reduced by 0.2 percentage points, both of which will remain in effect for three years.
Eligible for support are new technology companies that meet the technology guarantee requirements of the Korea Development Institute (KDI) and whose headquarters or main business is located in the Chungcheong region, including Daejeon and Sejong. SMEs operating in six key cutting-edge strategic industries, including artificial intelligence, biotechnology, cultural content, defense, energy, and advanced manufacturing, are primarily eligible for support.
Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to strengthen the foundation of future strategic industries in the Chungcheong region and continue to expand financial support to help high-growth SMEs establish themselves as key growth engines for the region's industries.
Lee Jae-pil, CEO of Kibo, stated that this agreement has laid the foundation for collaboration to foster technology-based SMEs in the Chungcheong region and enhance their competitiveness. He added that the company will continue to expand cooperation with related organizations to strengthen customized financial support that reflects the characteristics of regional industries and strive to foster balanced regional development and a sustainable industrial ecosystem.

技術保証基金（理事長のキム・ジョンホ、以下、ギボ）はハナ銀行（銀行長イ・ホソン）と９日、棋保忠清地域本部で「忠清圏未来戦略産業育成のための生産的金融支援業務協約」を締結したと明らかにした。
今回の条約は、政府の未来成長動力産業育成政策に応え、技術基盤新産業の成長を促進し、忠清圏中小企業の競争力強化のための実質的な金融支援体系を構築するために設けられた。
条約により、棋保はハナ銀行の特別出演金10億ウォンを財源として総200億ウォン規模の特別出演協約保証を支援する。支援対象企業は最大3億ウォンの運転資金を支援することができ、保証率の上方や保証料の減免など優遇特典も提供される。保証率は既存の85％から100％に上方適用され、保証料は0.2％ポイント引き下げられ、それぞれ3年間維持される。
支援対象は、ギボの技術保証要件を満たす新技術事業者のうち、本店または主事業場が大田と世宗を含む忠清圏に位置する企業である。人工知能、バイオ、文化コンテンツ、防衛産業、エネルギー、先端製造など6大先端戦略産業を営む中小企業が主要支援対象だ。
両機関は今回の条約をきっかけに忠清圏内の未来戦略産業基盤を強化し、成長可能性の高い中小企業が地域産業の核心成長動力として位置づけることができるように金融支援を継続的に拡大していく計画だ。
イ・ジェピル起報理事は今回の協約を通じて忠清圏技術中小企業の育成と競争力強化のためのコラボレーション基盤が設けられたと明らかにし、今後も遺管機関との協力を拡大し、地域産業特性を反映したカスタマイズ型金融支援を強化し、地域主導のバランスの発展と持続可能な産業エコシステムの造成に努めた。

Kibo银行与韩亚银行签署金融支持协议，助力忠清地区未来战略产业发展
韩国科技金融公司（韩国科技金融公司，董事长金钟浩，以下简称KTGF）于9日宣布，在KTGF忠清地区总部与韩亚银行（CEO李浩成）签署了“促进忠清地区未来战略产业发展的生产性金融支持业务协议”。
该协议的制定是为了响应政府培育未来增长引擎的政策，促进技术型新兴产业的发展，并建立切实可行的金融支持体系，以增强忠清地区中小企业的竞争力。
根据协议，KIBO将提供总额为200亿韩元的专项担保，其中10亿韩元来自韩亚银行的专项出资。符合条件的企业将获得最高3亿韩元的运营资金，并享受包括提高担保比例和降低担保费在内的优惠政策。担保比例将从85%提高到100%，担保费将降低0.2个百分点，这两项优惠政策的有效期均为三年。
符合韩国开发研究院（KDI）技术保障要求，且总部或主要业务位于忠清地区（包括大田和世宗市）的新兴科技公司，均可获得扶持。在人工智能、生物技术、文化内容、国防、能源和先进制造业等六大关键前沿战略产业领域运营的中小企业，尤其有资格获得扶持。
通过这项协议，双方计划加强忠清地区未来战略产业的基础，并继续扩大财政支持，帮助高增长中小企业成为该地区产业的关键增长引擎。
Kibo首席执行官李在弼表示，该协议为在忠清地区扶持科技型中小企业、提升其竞争力奠定了合作基础。他还补充道，公司将继续扩大与相关机构的合作，加强符合区域产业特点的定制化金融支持，努力促进区域均衡发展和可持续的产业生态系统。

Kibo et Hana Bank signent un accord de soutien financier pour favoriser le développement des industries stratégiques futures dans la région de Chungcheong.
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, président Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée KTGF) a annoncé le 9 avoir signé un « Accord commercial de soutien financier productif pour la promotion des futures industries stratégiques dans la région de Chungcheong » avec Hana Bank (PDG Lee Ho-seong) au siège régional de KTGF à Chungcheong.
Cet accord a été établi pour promouvoir la croissance des nouvelles industries technologiques en réponse à la politique gouvernementale visant à favoriser les futurs moteurs de croissance et à établir un système de soutien financier pratique pour renforcer la compétitivité des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) dans la région de Chungcheong.
Aux termes de cet accord, KIBO accordera des garanties de contribution exceptionnelles d'un montant total de 20 milliards de wons, financées par une contribution exceptionnelle d'un milliard de wons de la part de Hana Bank. Les entreprises éligibles recevront jusqu'à 300 millions de wons de fonds de roulement et bénéficieront également d'avantages préférentiels, notamment une augmentation du taux de garantie et une réduction des frais de garantie. Le taux de garantie passera de 85 % à 100 % et les frais de garantie seront réduits de 0,2 point de pourcentage, ces deux mesures restant en vigueur pendant trois ans.
Les entreprises de nouvelles technologies qui répondent aux exigences de garantie technologique de l'Institut coréen de développement (KDI) et dont le siège social ou l'activité principale est situé dans la région de Chungcheong, notamment à Daejeon et Sejong, sont éligibles à ce soutien. Les PME opérant dans six secteurs stratégiques de pointe, à savoir l'intelligence artificielle, la biotechnologie, le contenu culturel, la défense, l'énergie et la fabrication avancée, sont prioritaires.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux organisations prévoient de renforcer les fondements des futures industries stratégiques de la région de Chungcheong et de continuer à accroître leur soutien financier afin d'aider les PME à forte croissance à s'imposer comme des moteurs de croissance clés pour les industries de la région.
Lee Jae-pil, PDG de Kibo, a déclaré que cet accord jetait les bases d'une collaboration visant à soutenir les PME technologiques de la région de Chungcheong et à renforcer leur compétitivité. Il a ajouté que l'entreprise continuerait d'étendre sa coopération avec les organismes concernés afin de consolider un soutien financier adapté aux spécificités des industries régionales et de favoriser un développement régional équilibré ainsi qu'un écosystème industriel durable.
