씨엔티테크(대표 전화성)는 씨엔티테크 제22호 투자조합을 통해 AI 기반 농업 의사결정지원 및 수직농장 자동화 솔루션을 제공하는 에그테크 기업 그로와이즈(대표 윤영범)에 투자했다고 밝혔다. 투자 금액은 공개되지 않았다.
그로와이즈는 스마트팜 산업의 주요 과제로 지적되는 고비용 구조와 전문 인력 의존도를 해소하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 실제 농업 현장에서 발생하는 인건비와 운영비 절감을 목표로 무인 자동화 재배 시스템과 생성형 AI 기반 의사결정 플랫폼 그로이플랜을 개발했다.
그로와이즈가 2026년 상반기 공개를 목표로 하는 그로이플랜 AI는 대규모 재배 데이터와 농업 관련 논문을 학습해 비전문가도 전문가 수준으로 농장을 운영할 수 있도록 지원한다. 이를 통해 스마트팜 운영 효율성과 수익성 개선을 동시에 도모하고 있다.
이 같은 기술력과 사업 모델은 해외 시장에서도 성과를 내고 있다. 그로와이즈는 일본과 사우디아라비아를 중심으로 전략적 파트너십을 확대하며 글로벌 진출을 가속화하고 있다. 일본에서는 농업 혁신 기업 AML과 기능성 채소 재배를 위한 수직농장 구축 파트너십을 체결했으며, 니혼 디스플레이 센터와는 일본 시장에 특화된 재배베드와 자동화 시스템을 공동 개발해 2026년 내 시범 도입을 추진할 계획이다.
사우디아라비아에서는 대형 인프라 기업 월드브리지 알 사우디와 협력해 스마트팜 구축 과정에서 주요 장애 요소로 꼽히는 부지 확보와 인허가 리드타임을 단축했다.
윤영범 그로와이즈 대표는 이번 투자가 스마트팜 수익 구조 혁신 모델이 시장에서 검증받은 결과라고 밝히며, 전 세계 어디서나 안정적인 수익 창출이 가능한 스마트팜의 새로운 표준을 만들어 나가겠다고 말했다.

CNT Tech (CEO Jeon Hwa-seong) announced that it has invested in Growise (CEO Yoon Young-beom), an eggtech company providing AI-based agricultural decision support and vertical farm automation solutions, through CNT Tech's 22nd investment fund. The investment amount was not disclosed.
Growise focuses on addressing the high cost structure and reliance on specialized personnel, key challenges facing the smart farm industry. With the goal of reducing labor and operating costs in real-world agricultural settings, Growise has developed an unmanned automated cultivation system and a generative AI-based decision-making platform, GrowPlan.
Growise's Groiplan AI, targeted for release in the first half of 2026, utilizes large-scale cultivation data and agricultural research papers to enable even non-experts to operate farms at an expert level. This approach aims to simultaneously improve smart farm operational efficiency and profitability.
This technology and business model are also achieving success in overseas markets. Growise is accelerating its global expansion by expanding strategic partnerships, particularly in Japan and Saudi Arabia. In Japan, it has partnered with agricultural innovation company AML to build a vertical farm for cultivating functional vegetables. Furthermore, it plans to jointly develop a cultivation bed and automation system tailored to the Japanese market with the Nihon Display Center, with a plan to launch a pilot program by 2026.
In Saudi Arabia, we collaborated with Worldbridge Al Saudi, a major infrastructure company, to shorten the lead time for securing land and obtaining permits, which were considered major obstacles in the process of building smart farms.
Yoon Young-beom, CEO of Growise, stated that this investment is the result of the market verifying the innovative model of smart farm profit structure, and that he will create a new standard for smart farms that can generate stable profits anywhere in the world.

CNT Tech (PDG : Jeon Hwa-seong) a annoncé avoir investi dans Growise (PDG : Yoon Young-beom), une entreprise spécialisée dans les technologies agricoles et proposant des solutions d'aide à la décision agricole basées sur l'IA et l'automatisation des fermes verticales, via son 22e fonds d'investissement.
