스마트 금융 플랫폼 기업 핑거(대표 안인주)는 10일 신한금융그룹의 ICT 전문 기업 신한DS(대표 민복기)와 Web3 기반 디지털자산 분야 전략적 사업 협력을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 핑거의 Web3 기술 역량과 신한DS의 금융 시스템 구축 경험, 기업 고객 대상 영업 네트워크를 결합해 디지털자산 시장에서 신규 사업 기회를 창출하고 상호 공동 이익을 증진하기 위해 마련됐다.
양사가 협력하는 주요 분야는 ▲STO(토큰증권), 스테이블코인, RWA(실물자산), 블록체인 등 핑거의 코인 이코노미 솔루션과 신한DS의 영업 역량 결합 ▲공동 마케팅 추진과 신규 고객사 발굴 ▲금융 및 비금융사를 대상으로 한 솔루션·서비스 공동 제안 및 수주 ▲디지털자산 분야 전문 인력 양성과 역량 강화를 위한 교육 프로그램 운영 등이다.
또한 양사는 실질적인 사업 추진을 위해 시스템 개발, 인프라, 기술, 법률, 운영 등 필요한 인적·물적 자원을 확보하고 긴밀한 협력 체계를 가동할 계획이다.
핑거 안인주 대표는 “신한DS와의 협력은 당사의 Web3 솔루션이 시장에서 외연을 확장하는 중요한 전환점이 될 것”이라며 “앞선 기술력을 기반으로 금융과 비금융권 전반에 혁신적인 디지털자산 비즈니스 모델을 선보이겠다”고 밝혔다.

This agreement was established to create new business opportunities in the digital asset market and promote mutual benefits by combining Finger's Web3 technology capabilities with Shinhan DS's financial system construction experience and sales network targeting corporate clients.

Additionally, the two companies plan to secure the necessary human and material resources, including system development, infrastructure, technology, legal, and operational resources, to promote practical business, and to operate a close cooperative system.
