기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 신임 감사에 유철근(劉哲根)씨가 선임되었다고 11일(수) 밝혔다. 유철근 신임 감사의 임기는 2028년 2월 10일까지 2년간이다.
유철근 신임 감사는 1957년생으로 한국외국어대학교 경영학과를 졸업하고, 경희대 경영대학원에서 석사과정을 수료하였다. 공인회계사로서 사람사는세상 노무현재단 감사직을 수행하였으며, 경기도경제과학진흥원 이사장을 거쳐 ㈜창해에탄올 감사를 역임하였다.
기보 감사는 ‘공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률’에 따라 임원추천위원회가 복수로 추천해 공공기관운영위원회의 심의·의결을 거쳐 재정경제부 장관의 제청으로 대통령이 임명한다.

Kibo appoints Yoo Cheol-geun as new auditor
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as "Korea Technology Finance Corporation") announced on Wednesday, the 11th, that Yu Cheol-geun has been appointed as its new auditor. Yu Cheol-geun's term of office is two years, until February 10, 2028.
The newly appointed auditor, Yoo Cheol-geun, was born in 1957. He graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and completed the master's program at Kyung Hee University's Graduate School of Business. As a certified public accountant, he served as an auditor for the Roh Moo-hyun Foundation, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Gyeonggi Province Economic and Science Promotion Agency, and as an auditor for Changhae Ethanol Co., Ltd.
The auditors of the Korea Institute of Public Administration are appointed by the President upon the recommendation of the Minister of Strategy and Finance after multiple recommendations by the Executive Recommendation Committee and deliberation and resolution by the Public Institution Management Committee in accordance with the Act on the Management of Public Institutions.

ユ・チョルグン新任監査は1957年生まれで韓国外国語大学経営学科を卒業し、慶煕大学経営大学院で修士課程を修了した。公認会計士として人事は世界労務現在財団監査職を遂行し、京畿道経済科学振興院理事長を経て(株)昌海エタノール監査を歴任した。
起報監査は「公共機関の運営に関する法律」により役員推薦委員会が複数に推薦し、公共機関運営委員会の審議・議決を経て財政経済部長官の提請で大統領が任命する。

Kibo任命柳哲根为新审计师
韩国科技金融公社（韩国科技金融公社，会长金钟浩，以下简称“韩国科技金融公社”）于11日星期三宣布，任命柳哲根为新任审计师。柳哲根的任期为两年，至2028年2月10日止。
新任命的审计师柳哲根出生于1957年。他毕业于韩国外国语大学工商管理系，并在庆熙大学商学院获得硕士学位。作为一名注册会计师，他曾担任卢武铉基金会审计师、京畿道经济科学振兴院理事长以及昌海乙醇有限公司审计师。
韩国公共行政研究院的审计人员由总统根据《公共机构管理法》的规定，在执行建议委员会多次提出建议、公共机构管理委员会审议和决议后，由企划财政部长提出建议并予以任命。

Kibo nomme Yoo Cheol-geun nouveau commissaire aux comptes
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (ci-après dénommée « Korea Technology Finance Corporation », présidée par Kim Jong-ho) a annoncé mercredi 11 la nomination de Yu Cheol-geun au poste de commissaire aux comptes. Son mandat est de deux ans, jusqu'au 10 février 2028.
Le nouvel auditeur, Yoo Cheol-geun, est né en 1957. Diplômé du département d'administration des affaires de l'université Hankuk d'études étrangères, il a également obtenu un master à l'école de commerce de l'université Kyung Hee. Expert-comptable agréé, il a été auditeur de la Fondation Roh Moo-hyun, président du conseil d'administration de l'Agence de promotion économique et scientifique de la province de Gyeonggi et auditeur de la société Changhae Ethanol Co., Ltd.
Les commissaires aux comptes de l'Institut coréen d'administration publique sont nommés par le Président sur recommandation du ministre de la Stratégie et des Finances, après de multiples recommandations du Comité exécutif de recommandation et délibération et résolution du Comité de gestion des institutions publiques, conformément à la loi sur la gestion des institutions publiques.
