굿닥은 설 연휴 기간 동안 비대면진료 서비스를 운영하고, 연휴 중 진료가 가능한 전국 병의원 정보를 함께 제공한다고 12일 밝혔다.
설 연휴 동안 굿닥은 초진과 재진 구분 없이 누구나 비대면진료 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 지원한다. 이용자는 굿닥 애플리케이션에서 증상과 의료진을 선택한 뒤 화상 또는 음성 통화 방식으로 진료를 받을 수 있다. 진료 이후에는 약국용 어드민 기능을 통해 처방전을 인근 제휴 약국으로 전송할 수 있으며, 이용자는 해당 약국을 방문해 의약품을 수령하면 된다.
이와 함께 굿닥은 애플리케이션 내에 설 연휴 진료 병원 메뉴를 개설해 연휴 기간에도 진료가 가능한 전국 병의원의 운영 현황을 안내한다. 소아청소년과, 내과, 산부인과, 이비인후과 등 주요 진료과목별 병원 위치와 운영 시간을 확인할 수 있다.
굿닥 애플리케이션에서는 증상과 진료과를 입력하면 인근 병의원의 운영 여부를 확인할 수 있으며, 진료 접수와 예약도 함께 진행할 수 있다. 제휴 병원의 경우 진료 미리 접수 기능을 통해 대기 순서를 실시간으로 확인할 수 있어 현장 대기 시간을 줄일 수 있다.

After the consultation, the pharmacy admin function can be used to send the prescription to a nearby affiliated pharmacy, where the user can then pick up the medication.
In addition, GoodDoc has created a Lunar New Year holiday hospital menu within its app, providing information on the operating status of hospitals and clinics nationwide that are open during the holiday period. You can check the location and operating hours of hospitals for major departments such as pediatrics, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, and otolaryngology.
The Goodoc app allows you to check the operating status of nearby hospitals and clinics by entering your symptoms and department. You can also register and make appointments at affiliated hospitals. For partner hospitals, the pre-registration feature allows you to check your waiting list in real time, reducing on-site wait times.

グッドダックアプリケーションでは、症状や診療科を入力すれば近くの病院の運営可否を確認でき、診療受付と予約も一緒に進行することができる。提携病院の場合、診療事前に受付機能により、待機順序をリアルタイムで確認することができ、現場待ち時間を短縮することができる。
チャン・ヨンジュのグッドダック代表は、祝日の連休期間の医療サービス利用需要に対応するため、肥大面診療と連休診療病院情報提供を運営すると明らかにした。
