세종창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 오득창)는 2월 11일(수) 투자유치 특화형 지원사업인 ‘창업-BuS(Build up Strategy for Startups) 프로그램과 연계하는 ‘2026년 제1회 수요투자포럼 & 수요투자IR’을 개최했다.
세종창조경제혁신센터(이하 세종센터)는 2월 11일(수), 투자유치 특화 지원사업인 ‘창업-BuS(Build up Strategy for Startups)’ 프로그램과 연계한 ‘제1회 세종 수요투자포럼 & 수요투자IR’을 세종공동캠퍼스(집현동)에서 개최했다고 밝혔다.
‘창업-BuS(Build up Strategy for Startups)’는 중소벤처기업부가 2024년부터 추진해 온 기술창업 성장 지원 프로그램으로, 올해부터는 전국 창조경제혁신센터가 발굴–액셀러레이팅–투자 연계를 수행하는 지역 기반 투자 플랫폼으로 확대 운영될 예정이다.
이에 세종창조경제혁신센터(이하 세종센터)는 온라인 플랫폼‘수요투자라운드’를 상시 오픈하여 매주 미니 피칭 IR을 상시 접수하고, 매월 둘째 주 수요일 정례 개최하는 ‘수요투자포럼 & 투자IR’을 통해 성장 가능성이 높은 스타트업 발굴 목적으로 해당 프로그램 운영하여 직접 투자와 특화 액셀러레이팅 프로그램을 연계 제공할 계획이다.
또한 세종센터의 직접 지원뿐 아니라, 민간 투자사, 정책기관, 수요기업 간 협업 컨소시엄을 강화하여 후속 투자 및 사업화 연계를 지속적으로 확대해 나갈 방침이다.
올해 첫 회차로 진행된 ‘수요투자포럼 & 수요투자IR’에서는 세종센터의 ‘창업-BuS’와 연계한 투자 프로세스를 소개하고, 컨소시엄 투자 운영사 및 TIPS 연계 방안을 공유하는 한편, AI 분야 스타트업 3개사의 IR 피칭이 함께 진행됐다.
오득창 세종센터 대표는“정례적으로 운영되는 수요투자포럼은 지역 기반 창업·투자 생태계의 네트워킹 거점 역할을 수행하게 될 것”이라며,“특히 세종센터가 중점적으로 투자하고자 하는 AI·빅데이터 딥테크 스타트업을 발굴하는 출발점이자, 센터의 다양한 프로그램과 연계되는 연속성 있는 투자 플랫폼으로 발전시켜 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
세종센터는 매 회차별 직접 투자를 위한 창업기업의 실질적인 투자유치 기회를 폭넓게 제안하고자 하여, 세종 지역 딥테크 창업기업의 많은 관심과 참여를 기대하고 있다.

Sejong Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (CEO Oh Deuk-chang) held the '2026 1st Demand Investment Forum & Demand Investment IR' on Wednesday, February 11th, in conjunction with the 'Build up Strategy for Startups (BuS)' program, a specialized investment attraction support project.
The Sejong Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (hereinafter referred to as the Sejong Center) announced that on Wednesday, February 11, it held the '1st Sejong Demand Investment Forum & Demand Investment IR' at the Sejong Joint Campus (Jiphyeon-dong) in conjunction with the 'Build up Strategy for Startups' program, a specialized investment attraction support project.
'Build up Strategy for Startups' is a technology startup growth support program promoted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups since 2024. Starting this year, it will be expanded into a regional investment platform where the National Creative Economy Innovation Centers will carry out discovery, acceleration, and investment linkages.
Accordingly, the Sejong Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (hereinafter referred to as the Sejong Center) will open the online platform 'Demand Investment Round' on a permanent basis to continuously accept mini-pitching IRs every week, and operate the 'Demand Investment Forum & Investment IR' regularly held on the second Wednesday of every month to discover startups with high growth potential, and plan to provide direct investment and specialized acceleration programs in conjunction with this program.
In addition to direct support from the Sejong Center, we plan to continuously expand follow-up investment and commercialization links by strengthening collaborative consortia among private investors, policy agencies, and demand companies.
The first "Demand Investment Forum & Demand Investment IR" of the year introduced the investment process linked to Sejong Center's "Startup-BuS," shared plans for consortium investment management companies and TIPS linkages, and included IR pitching by three AI startups.
Oh Deuk-chang, CEO of the Sejong Center, said, “The regularly held Demand Investment Forum will serve as a networking hub for the regional startup and investment ecosystem,” adding, “In particular, it will serve as a starting point for discovering AI and big data deep tech startups that the Sejong Center intends to prioritize investment in, and we will develop it into a continuous investment platform linked to the Center’s various programs.”
The Sejong Center seeks to offer a wide range of practical investment opportunities for startups seeking direct investment in each round, and anticipates significant interest and participation from deep-tech startups in the Sejong region.

また、世宗センターの直接支援だけでなく、民間投資会社、政策機関、需要企業間の協業コンソーシアムを強化し、後続の投資及び事業化連携を継続的に拡大していく方針だ。
今年初回で行われた「需要投資フォーラム＆需要投資IR」では、世宗センターの「創業-BuS」と連携した投資プロセスを紹介し、コンソーシアム投資運営会社およびTIPS連携案を共有する一方、AI分野のスタートアップ3社のIRピッチングが共に行われた。
五得創世宗センター代表は「定例的に運営される需要投資フォーラムは地域基盤創業・投資生態系のネットワーキング拠点の役割を遂行することになるだろう」とし、「特に世宗センターが重点的に投資しようとするAI・ビッグデータディープテックスタートアップを発掘する出発点であり、センターの多様な言った。
世宗センターは、毎回差別直接投資のための創業企業の実質的な投資誘致機会を幅広く提案しようとして、世宗地域ディープテック創業企業の多くの関心と参加を期待している。

世宗创意经济与创新中心（CEO：吴德昌）于2月11日星期三举办了“2026年第一届需求投资论坛暨需求投资IR”，这是与“创业企业建设战略（BuS）”计划（一个专门的投资吸引支持项目）联合举办的活动。
世宗创意经济与创新中心（以下简称世宗中心）宣布，2月11日星期三，该中心在世宗联合园区（智菲洞）举办了“第一届世宗需求投资论坛暨需求投资IR”，此次活动是与专门的投资吸引支持项目“创业企业建设战略”计划相结合的。
“创业企业发展战略”是由中小企业和创业部自2024年起推行的科技创业企业发展支持计划。从今年开始，该计划将扩展为区域投资平台，国家创意经济创新中心将在该平台上开展发现、加速和投资对接工作。
因此，世宗创意经济与创新中心（以下简称世宗中心）将长期开放线上平台“需求投资轮”，每周持续接受小型路演式投资提案，并定期于每月第二个星期三举办“需求投资论坛暨投资提案会”，以发掘具有高增长潜力的初创企业，并计划与此项目相结合，提供直接投资和专门的加速计划。
除了世宗中心的直接支持外，我们还计划通过加强私人投资者、政策机构和需求公司之间的合作联盟，不断扩大后续投资和商业化联系。
今年的首届“需求投资论坛暨需求投资投资者关系会议”介绍了与世宗中心“创业企业”相关的投资流程，分享了财团投资管理公司和TIPS联系的计划，并包括三家人工智能初创公司的投资者关系路演。
世宗中心首席执行官吴德昌表示：“定期举办的需求投资论坛将成为区域创业和投资生态系统的交流中心。”他补充道：“特别是，它将成为发现世宗中心计划优先投资的人工智能和大数据深度科技创业公司的起点，我们将把它发展成为一个与中心各项计划相联系的持续投资平台。”

Le Centre Sejong pour l'économie créative et l'innovation (PDG Oh Deuk-chang) a organisé le « 1er Forum sur l'investissement de la demande 2026 et Demand Investment IR » le mercredi 11 février, en collaboration avec le programme « Build up Strategy for Startups (BuS) », un projet spécialisé de soutien à l'attraction des investissements.
Le Centre Sejong pour l'économie créative et l'innovation (ci-après dénommé le Centre Sejong) a annoncé que le mercredi 11 février, il a organisé le « 1er Forum Sejong sur l'investissement dans la demande et les relations investisseurs sur l'investissement dans la demande » sur le campus commun de Sejong (Jiphyeon-dong) en collaboration avec le programme « Élaboration d'une stratégie pour les startups », un projet spécialisé de soutien à l'attraction des investissements.
« Build up Strategy for Startups » est un programme de soutien à la croissance des startups technologiques promu par le ministère des PME et des Startups depuis 2024. À partir de cette année, il sera étendu à une plateforme d'investissement régionale où les Centres nationaux d'innovation de l'économie créative mèneront des activités de découverte, d'accélération et de mise en relation avec les investisseurs.
En conséquence, le Centre Sejong pour l'économie créative et l'innovation (ci-après dénommé le Centre Sejong) ouvrira en permanence la plateforme en ligne « Demand Investment Round » afin d'accepter en continu des mini-présentations de projets chaque semaine, et organisera régulièrement le « Demand Investment Forum & Investment IR » le deuxième mercredi de chaque mois pour découvrir des startups à fort potentiel de croissance, et prévoit de fournir des investissements directs et des programmes d'accélération spécialisés en parallèle de ce programme.
Outre le soutien direct du Centre Sejong, nous prévoyons de développer continuellement les liens de suivi en matière d'investissement et de commercialisation en renforçant les consortiums de collaboration entre les investisseurs privés, les organismes politiques et les entreprises demandeuses.
Le premier « Forum sur l'investissement dans la demande et les relations investisseurs en investissement dans la demande » de l'année a présenté le processus d'investissement lié au « Startup-BuS » du Sejong Center, partagé les plans des sociétés de gestion d'investissements de consortium et les liens TIPS, et comprenait des présentations de relations investisseurs par trois startups spécialisées dans l'IA.
Oh Deuk-chang, PDG du Sejong Center, a déclaré : « Le Forum d'investissement à la demande, organisé régulièrement, servira de plateforme de mise en réseau pour l'écosystème régional des startups et des investissements », ajoutant : « Il servira notamment de point de départ pour découvrir les startups deep tech spécialisées dans l'IA et le big data dans lesquelles le Sejong Center entend investir en priorité, et nous le développerons en une plateforme d'investissement continue liée aux différents programmes du Centre. »
Le Sejong Center vise à offrir un large éventail d'opportunités d'investissement concrètes aux startups recherchant un investissement direct à chaque tour de table, et anticipe un intérêt et une participation importants de la part des startups deep-tech de la région de Sejong.
