중소벤처기업부는 2월 20일부터 3월 19일까지 민관협력 오픈이노베이션 전략과제 해결형 프로그램에 참여할 스타트업을 모집한다고 밝혔다.
국내외에서 스타트업과의 개방형 혁신이 확대될 것으로 전망되는 가운데, 기업이 스타트업의 기술과 솔루션을 활용하는 벤처 클라이언트 전략이 올해에도 지속될 것으로 예상된다. 실제로 올해 개방형 혁신 수요과제 접수 결과 신청기업은 전년 68개사에서 90개사로 32.4% 증가했으며, 접수과제도 94개에서 126개로 39.4% 늘었다.
지난해 12월 말부터 수요과제 접수 및 평가를 거쳐 카카오모빌리티, LIG넥스원, 한국수자원공사 등 다양한 분야 기업·기관의 30개 과제가 후보로 선정됐다. 이번 공모를 통해 해당 과제를 함께 수행할 스타트업 약 30개사를 최종 선정할 예정이다.
선정된 스타트업에는 전년 대비 2천만 원 증액된 최대 1억4천만 원의 지원금이 제공되며, 협업에 필요한 컨설팅과 전문교육도 지원된다. 또한 수요기업이 실증 인프라, 데이터, 전문인력 등을 제공할 수 있다. 우수 협업 스타트업에는 창업성장·구매연계형 R&D와 개발기술사업화자금 등 후속 지원도 연계된다.
참여를 희망하는 스타트업은 K-Startup 누리집에서 모집 공고를 확인하고 신청할 수 있다.
한편 중기부는 전략과제 해결형 외에도 민간 선별·추천형 오픈이노베이션 지원 프로그램 30개를 선정했다. 현대자동차 제로원, 삼성전자 C-Lab Outside 등 대기업이 참여하며, 기업 자체 프로그램을 통해 선별된 스타트업을 추천받아 연계 지원할 예정이다. 오픈이노베이션 중개 플랫폼을 활용한 상호 자율탐색형 프로그램도 2월 밋업을 시작으로 3월 이후 모집을 진행할 계획이다.
중기부는 오픈이노베이션을 통해 대기업은 혁신 기술을 조기에 도입하고, 스타트업은 데이터와 인프라를 보완하며 시장을 확대할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다고 밝혔다.

This call for proposals will ultimately select approximately 30 startups to collaborate on these projects.
Selected startups will receive up to 140 million won in funding, an increase of 20 million won from the previous year, as well as consulting and specialized training necessary for collaboration. Furthermore, the demand company can provide verification infrastructure, data, and specialized personnel. Excellent collaborative startups will also receive follow-up support, including startup growth and procurement-linked R&D and development technology commercialization funds.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups has selected 30 open innovation support programs, in addition to those focused on strategic task resolution. Major corporations, including Hyundai Motor Company's Zero One and Samsung Electronics' C-Lab Outside, will participate, and startups selected through their own programs will be recommended for support. A mutually self-exploratory program utilizing an open innovation brokerage platform will also begin recruiting participants in February, with a meetup scheduled for March.
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups stated that it expects that through open innovation, large corporations will be able to adopt innovative technologies early, and startups will be able to expand their markets by supplementing their data and infrastructure.

中小ベンチャー企業部は、2月20日から3月19日まで民官協力オープンイノベーション戦略課題解決型プログラムに参加するスタートアップを募集すると明らかにした。

昨年１２月末から需要課題受付及び評価を経て、カカオモビリティ、ＬＩＧネックスワン、韓国水資源公社など多様な分野企業・機関の３０の課題が候補に選ばれた。今回の公募を通じて該当課題を共に遂行するスタートアップ約30社を最終選定する予定だ。
選定されたスタートアップには前年比2千万ウォン増額された最大1億4千万ウォンの支援金が提供され、協業に必要なコンサルティングと専門教育も支援される。また、需要企業が実証インフラ、データ、専門人材などを提供できる。優れたコラボレーションスタートアップには、創業成長・購入連携型R&Dや開発技術事業化資金などの後続支援も連携される。
参加を希望するスタートアップは、K-Startupヌリハウスで募集公告を確認して申請することができる。
一方、中期部は戦略課題解決型の他にも民間選別・推薦型オープンイノベーション支援プログラム30個を選定した。現代自動車ゼロウォン、サムスン電子C-Lab Outsideなど大企業が参加し、企業自体プログラムを通じて選別されたスタートアップを推薦され連携支援する予定だ。オープンイノベーション仲介プラットフォームを活用した相互自律探索型プログラムも2月ミットアップを皮切りに、3月以降募集を進める計画だ。
中期部はオープンイノベーションを通じて大企業はイノベーション技術を早期に導入し、スタートアップはデータとインフラを補完して市場を拡大できると期待すると明らかにした。

Le ministère des PME et des Start-ups a annoncé qu'il recruterait des startups pour participer au programme de solutions stratégiques d'innovation ouverte en partenariat public-privé du 20 février au 19 mars.
L'innovation ouverte avec les startups étant appelée à se développer tant au niveau national qu'international, la stratégie de partenariat avec des entreprises innovantes, qui consiste à tirer parti des technologies et solutions des startups, devrait se poursuivre cette année. De fait, le nombre d'entreprises ayant déposé une demande de projets d'innovation ouverte a augmenté de 32,4 %, passant de 68 à 90, et le nombre de projets soumis a également progressé de 39,4 %, passant de 94 à 126.
Fin décembre dernier, un processus de réception et d'évaluation des candidatures a été lancé. Trente projets, émanant de diverses entreprises et organisations, dont Kakao Mobility, LIG Nex1 et la Korea Water Resources Corporation, ont été présélectionnés. Cet appel à propositions permettra de retenir une trentaine de start-ups qui collaboreront à ces projets.
Les startups sélectionnées recevront jusqu'à 140 millions de wons de financement, soit 20 millions de wons de plus que l'année précédente, ainsi que des services de conseil et des formations spécialisées nécessaires à leur collaboration. De plus, l'entreprise commanditaire pourra fournir l'infrastructure de vérification, les données et le personnel spécialisé. Les startups les plus performantes bénéficieront également d'un suivi, incluant un soutien à leur croissance et des fonds pour la R&D et la commercialisation de leurs technologies, liés à l'obtention de marchés publics.

Parallèlement, le ministère des PME et des Start-ups a sélectionné 30 programmes de soutien à l'innovation ouverte, en plus de ceux axés sur la résolution de problèmes stratégiques. De grandes entreprises, telles que Zero One (Hyundai Motor Company) et C-Lab Outside (Samsung Electronics), participeront à ces initiatives, et les startups sélectionnées par le biais de leurs propres programmes seront recommandées pour bénéficier d'un accompagnement.
