한국인공지능·소프트웨어산업협회(회장 조준희)는 2월 25일, 한국과학기술지주(대표 최치호), 케이그라운드벤처스(대표 조남훈) 등 글로벌 투자사를 포함한 30여 개 투자기관과 함께 ‘AI+X 투자사 협의회’를 공식 출범했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협의회 출범은 글로벌 AI 기술 경쟁이 심화되는 가운데, 정부·공공·민간의 역량을 결집해 AX 특화 투자 생태계를 조성하기 위한 민관 협력 플랫폼을 구축했다는 점에서 의미가 있다.
그간 국내 AI 투자는 대기업 및 일부 기업 중심의 분절적 구조와 정부 출자 이후 민간 펀드 조성까지 장기간이 소요되는 구조적 한계로 인해, 신속성이 요구되는 글로벌 경쟁 환경에 효과적으로 대응하기 어렵다는 지적이 제기돼 왔다.
협의회는 이러한 문제의식을 바탕으로 ▲스타트업 중심의 신속한 투자 집행 ▲산업별 수요처를 포함한 풀스택 AX 프로젝트 투자 ▲원천기술 및 IP 기반 전주기 투자와 스케일업 지원을 핵심 전략으로 설정했다.
특히 정부 정책 자금, 공공기술사업화 조직, 민간 투자사의 역량을 연계한 민관 협력형 AX 투자 플랫폼으로 운영되며, 발굴된 AX 프로젝트의 산업 현장 적용과 글로벌 시장 진출을 체계적으로 지원하는 것을 목표로 한다.
협의회는 민간 주도, 정부 지원 방식으로 AX 펀드를 단계적으로 조성할 계획이다. 각 투자사의 기존 펀드를 정책펀드와 연계하고, Seed부터 Pre-IPO까지 이어지는 전주기 투자 모델과 글로벌 진출 및 IP 수익화 전략을 순차적으로 추진한다. AX 1호 펀드를 시작으로 매년 1,000억 원 이상을 조성한다는 방침이다.
출범식은 2월 24일 서울 강남 삼정호텔에서 개최됐으며, 과학기술정보통신부 류제명 제2차관을 비롯해 협의회 회원 투자사 및 포트폴리오 기업 관계자 등 100여 명이 참석했다.
조준희 회장은 AI 대전환 시대에 대응하기 위한 AX 투자 생태계 활성화의 중요성을 언급하며, 민간이 주도하고 정부가 뒷받침하는 협력 구조의 필요성을 강조했다.
류제명 제2차관은 협의회 출범이 민간 AI 투자 활성화의 계기가 될 것으로 기대한다며, 정부 차원의 지원 의지를 밝혔다.
최치호 대표는 출연연 기술과 국가 R&D로 축적된 IP의 사업화 확대를 언급했고, 조남훈 대표는 AI 융복합 분야에서의 글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 목표로 협력 의지를 밝혔다.

The AI+X Investment Council officially launches, launching a public-private partnership AX investment platform.
The Korea Artificial Intelligence & Software Industry Association (Chairman Cho Jun-hee) announced on February 25 that it had officially launched the 'AI+X Investment Council' with approximately 30 investment organizations, including global investment firms such as Korea Science and Technology Holdings (CEO Choi Chi-ho) and K-Ground Ventures (CEO Cho Nam-hoon).
The launch of this council is significant in that it establishes a public-private cooperation platform to foster an AX-specific investment ecosystem by bringing together the capabilities of the government, public, and private sectors amid intensifying global competition in AI technology.
Domestic AI investment has been criticized for its fragmented structure, centered on large corporations and a select few, and the structural limitations of the long period required from government investment to the creation of private funds, making it difficult to effectively respond to the global competitive environment that demands speed.
Based on this awareness of the problem, the council established the following core strategies: ▲ rapid investment execution centered on startups, ▲ investment in full-stack AX projects including demand sources by industry, and ▲ full-cycle investment and scale-up support based on original technology and IP.
In particular, it will be operated as a public-private cooperative AX investment platform that links the capabilities of government policy funds, public technology commercialization organizations, and private investors, and aims to systematically support the application of discovered AX projects to industrial sites and their entry into the global market.
The council plans to gradually establish the AX Fund through a private-sector-led, government-supported approach. Each investment firm's existing funds will be linked to the policy fund, and a full-cycle investment model spanning from seed to pre-IPO will be sequentially implemented, along with strategies for global expansion and IP monetization. Beginning with the first AX Fund, the council aims to raise over KRW 100 billion annually.
The launching ceremony was held on February 24th at the Samjeong Hotel in Gangnam, Seoul, and was attended by approximately 100 people, including Second Vice Minister of Science and ICT Ryu Je-myeong, as well as representatives from the council's member investment firms and portfolio companies.
Chairman Cho Jun-hee emphasized the importance of activating the AX investment ecosystem to respond to the era of AI transformation, and emphasized the need for a cooperative structure led by the private sector and supported by the government.
Second Vice Minister Ryu Je-myeong expressed his hope that the launch of the council would serve as an opportunity to revitalize private AI investment, and expressed his government's commitment to support.
CEO Choi Chi-ho mentioned expanding the commercialization of IP accumulated through research and development and national R&D, and CEO Cho Nam-hoon expressed his will to cooperate with the goal of strengthening global competitiveness in the field of AI convergence.

AI+X投資会社協議会公式発足…民間協力型AX投資プラットフォームの稼働
韓国人工知能・ソフトウェア産業協会（会長チョ・ジュンヒ）は２月２５日、韓国科学技術持株（代表チェ・チホ）、ケイグラウンドベンチャーズ（代表チョ・ナムフン）などグローバル投資会社を含む３０余りの投資機関と共に「ＡＩ＋Ｘ投資会社協議会」を公式発足したと明らかにした。
今回の協議会の発足は、グローバルAI技術競争が激化する中、政府・公共・民間の力量を結集し、AX特化投資エコシステムを造成するための民官協力プラットフォームを構築したという点で意味がある。
これまで国内AI投資は大企業や一部企業中心のセグメント構造と政府出資以後、民間ファンドの造成まで長期間かかる構造的限界により、迅速性が求められるグローバル競争環境に効果的に対応しにくいという指摘が提起されてきた。
協議会はこのような問題意識をもとに▲スタートアップ中心の迅速な投資執行▲産業別需要先を含むフルスタックAXプロジェクト投資▲源泉技術及びIPベースの全周期投資とスケールアップ支援を核心戦略に設定した。
特に政府政策資金、公共技術事業化組織、民間投資会社の能力を連携した民管協力型AX投資プラットフォームとして運営され、発掘されたAXプロジェクトの産業現場適用とグローバル市場進出を体系的に支援することを目標とする。
協議会は民間主導、政府支援方式でAXファンドを段階的に助成する計画だ。各投資会社の既存ファンドを政策ファンドと連携し、SeedからPre-IPOまで続く全周期投資モデルとグローバル進出およびIP収益化戦略を順次推進する。 ＡＸ１号ファンドを皮切りに毎年１０００億ウォン以上を造成する方針だ。
発足式は２月２４日、ソウル江南（カンナム）三政ホテルで開催され、科学技術情報通信部類制名第２次官をはじめ、協議会の会員投資会社及びポートフォリオ企業関係者など１００人余りが参加した。
チョ・ジュンヒ会長は、AI大転換時代に対応するためのAX投資生態系活性化の重要性に言及し、民間が主導し、政府が支持する協力構造の必要性を強調した。
リュ・ジェミョン第2次官は協議会の発足が民間AI投資活性化のきっかけになると期待するとし、政府レベルの支援意志を明らかにした。
チェ・チホ代表は出演演技と国家R&Dで蓄積されたIPの事業化拡大に言及し、チョ・ナムフン代表はAI融合分野でのグローバル競争力強化を目標に協力意志を明らかにした。

韩国人工智能与软件产业协会（会长赵俊熙）于2月25日宣布，已正式成立“AI+X投资委员会”，该委员会由约30家投资机构组成，其中包括韩国科学技术控股公司（CEO崔致浩）和K-Ground Ventures（CEO赵南勋）等全球投资公司。
该委员会的成立意义重大，因为它建立了一个公私合作平台，旨在通过汇集政府、公共和私营部门的能力，在全球人工智能技术竞争日益激烈的背景下，培育一个专门针对人工智能的投资生态系统。
国内人工智能投资因其分散的结构（以大型企业和少数几家公司为中心）以及从政府投资到私人基金创建所需的时间过长等结构性限制而受到批评，这使得其难以有效应对要求速度的全球竞争环境。
基于对这一问题的认识，委员会制定了以下核心战略：▲ 以初创企业为中心的快速投资执行，▲ 投资于包括行业需求来源在内的全栈 AX 项目，以及 ▲ 基于原创技术和知识产权的全周期投资和规模化支持。
具体而言，它将作为一个公私合作的AX投资平台运作，连接政府政策基金、公共技术商业化组织和私人投资者的能力，旨在系统地支持已发现的AX项目应用于工业场所并进入全球市场。
该委员会计划通过私营部门主导、政府支持的方式逐步建立AX基金。各投资公司现有资金将与该政策基金对接，并逐步实施从种子轮到IPO前期阶段的全周期投资模式，同时制定全球扩张和知识产权变现战略。该委员会的目标是从首期AX基金开始，每年募集超过1000亿韩元。
启动仪式于 2 月 24 日在首尔江南区的三井酒店举行，约有 100 人出席，其中包括科学技术信息通信部第二副部长柳济明，以及该理事会成员投资公司和投资组合公司的代表。
赵俊熙会长强调了激活 AX 投资生态系统以应对人工智能转型时代的重要性，并强调了建立由私营部门主导、政府支持的合作结构的必要性。
第二副部长柳济明表示，希望该委员会的成立能够为振兴私人人工智能投资提供契机，并表示政府将予以支持。
CEO崔志浩提到要扩大通过研发和国家研发积累的知识产权的商业化，CEO赵南勋则表示愿意合作，以增强人工智能融合领域的全球竞争力。

Le Conseil d'investissement AI+X est officiellement lancé, inaugurant une plateforme d'investissement AX en partenariat public-privé.
L'Association coréenne de l'industrie de l'intelligence artificielle et des logiciels (Président Cho Jun-hee) a annoncé le 25 février avoir officiellement lancé le « Conseil d'investissement AI+X » avec environ 30 organisations d'investissement, dont des sociétés d'investissement mondiales telles que Korea Science and Technology Holdings (PDG Choi Chi-ho) et K-Ground Ventures (PDG Cho Nam-hoon).
La création de ce conseil est importante car elle établit une plateforme de coopération public-privé visant à favoriser un écosystème d'investissement spécifique à l'IA en réunissant les capacités des secteurs public, privé et gouvernemental dans un contexte de concurrence mondiale croissante dans le domaine de l'intelligence artificielle.
Les investissements nationaux dans l'IA ont été critiqués pour leur structure fragmentée, centrée sur de grandes entreprises et quelques privilégiés, ainsi que pour les limitations structurelles liées au long délai entre l'investissement public et la création de fonds privés, ce qui rend difficile une réponse efficace à l'environnement concurrentiel mondial qui exige de la rapidité.
Partant de cette prise de conscience du problème, le conseil a établi les stratégies fondamentales suivantes : ▲ exécution rapide des investissements axée sur les startups, ▲ investissement dans des projets AX complets incluant les sources de demande par secteur, et ▲ soutien à l'investissement et à la mise à l'échelle sur l'ensemble du cycle basé sur la technologie originale et la propriété intellectuelle.
Plus précisément, elle fonctionnera comme une plateforme d'investissement coopérative public-privé dans le domaine des technologies de l'énergie atomique (AX), reliant les capacités des fonds de politiques publiques, des organismes publics de commercialisation des technologies et des investisseurs privés, et visant à soutenir systématiquement l'application des projets AX découverts aux sites industriels et leur entrée sur le marché mondial.
Le Conseil prévoit de mettre en place progressivement le Fonds AX selon une approche pilotée par le secteur privé et soutenue par l'État. Les fonds existants de chaque société d'investissement seront liés au fonds de soutien, et un modèle d'investissement complet, de l'amorçage à la pré-introduction en bourse, sera déployé progressivement, parallèlement à des stratégies d'expansion internationale et de valorisation de la propriété intellectuelle. Dès le premier Fonds AX, le Conseil ambitionne de lever plus de 100 milliards de wons par an.
La cérémonie de lancement s'est tenue le 24 février à l'hôtel Samjeong de Gangnam, à Séoul, et a réuni une centaine de personnes, dont le deuxième vice-ministre des Sciences et des TIC, Ryu Je-myeong, ainsi que des représentants des sociétés d'investissement membres du conseil et des sociétés de portefeuille.
Le président Cho Jun-hee a souligné l'importance d'activer l'écosystème d'investissement d'AX pour répondre à l'ère de la transformation par l'IA, et a insisté sur la nécessité d'une structure de coopération dirigée par le secteur privé et soutenue par le gouvernement.
Le deuxième vice-ministre Ryu Je-myeong a exprimé l'espoir que le lancement de ce conseil serait l'occasion de revitaliser les investissements privés dans l'IA et a réaffirmé l'engagement de son gouvernement à le soutenir.
Le PDG Choi Chi-ho a évoqué l'expansion de la commercialisation de la propriété intellectuelle accumulée grâce à la recherche et au développement ainsi qu'à la R&D nationale, et le PDG Cho Nam-hoon a exprimé sa volonté de coopérer dans le but de renforcer la compétitivité mondiale dans le domaine de la convergence de l'IA.
