기술보증기금은 3일 부산시청에서 부산광역시, 부산상공회의소, 하나은행, 신용보증기금과 ‘부산·영남권 거점기업 육성 지원 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 영남권 지역특화산업 및 미래전략산업 영위 기업의 지속가능한 성장 기반을 마련하고, 안정적인 자금조달 환경을 조성하기 위해 추진됐다.
협약에 따라 기보는 하나은행의 특별출연금 40억원을 재원으로 800억원 규모의 특별출연 협약보증을 지원한다. 보증비율은 기존 85%에서 100%로 상향되며, 보증료는 0.3%포인트 인하 혜택이 3년간 적용된다.
또한 하나은행의 보증료지원금 12억원을 기반으로 1,000억원 규모의 보증료지원 협약보증도 공급된다. 이 경우 하나은행이 0.6%포인트의 보증료를 2년간 지원한다.
부산시와 부산상공회의소는 이차보전 지원과 유망기업 발굴·추천 등을 통해 지역 중소기업의 자생력 강화를 위한 연계 지원을 추진할 계획이다.
지원 대상은 기보의 기술보증 요건을 충족하는 신기술사업자 중 본점 또는 주사업장이 영남권에 위치하고, 인공지능, 바이오, 문화콘텐츠, 방산, 에너지, 첨단제조 등 6대 첨단전략산업을 영위하는 기업이다.
각 기관은 협약을 계기로 성장 잠재력을 갖춘 혁신기업을 발굴·육성하고, 지역 산업 생태계 경쟁력 제고를 위한 맞춤형 지원을 확대해 나갈 방침이다. 기보는 향후에도 유관기관과 협업을 강화해 지역 중소기업의 경쟁력 향상과 미래전략산업 육성을 지원할 계획이라고 밝혔다.

The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KTIC ) announced on the 3rd that it signed a 'Business Agreement for Supporting the Development of Key Companies in the Busan and Yeongnam Region' with the Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Hana Bank, and Korea Credit Guarantee Fund at Busan City Hall.
This agreement was promoted to establish a sustainable growth foundation for companies operating in regional specialized industries and future strategic industries in the Yeongnam region and to foster a stable financing environment.
Under the agreement, Kibo will provide a special contribution guarantee worth 80 billion won, funded by a special contribution of 4 billion won from Hana Bank. The guarantee ratio will be increased from 85% to 100%, and the guarantee fee will be reduced by 0.3 percentage points for three years.
Additionally, a 100 billion won guarantee fee support agreement guarantee will be provided based on Hana Bank's 1.2 billion won guarantee fee support fund. In this case, Hana Bank will provide 0.6 percentage points of guarantee fee support for two years.
The Busan Metropolitan City and the Busan Chamber of Commerce and Industry plan to promote collaborative support to strengthen the self-reliance of local small and medium-sized enterprises through secondary conservation support and the discovery and recommendation of promising companies.
The target of support is a new technology business operator that meets the technology guarantee requirements of the Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KIBO), has its headquarters or main business site located in the Yeongnam region, and operates in six advanced strategic industries, including artificial intelligence, bio, cultural content, defense, energy, and advanced manufacturing.
Through this agreement, each organization plans to discover and nurture innovative companies with growth potential and expand customized support to enhance the competitiveness of the local industrial ecosystem. Kibo announced plans to continue strengthening collaboration with relevant organizations to support the enhancement of the competitiveness of local SMEs and the development of future strategic industries.

技術保証基金は３日、釜山市役所で釜山広域市、釜山商工会議所、ハナ銀行、信用保証基金と「釜山・永南圏拠点企業育成支援業務協約」を締結したと明らかにした。

支援対象は棋保の技術保証要件を満たす新技術事業者のうち、本店または主事業場が永南圏に位置し、人工知能、バイオ、文化コンテンツ、放散、エネルギー、先端製造など6大先端戦略産業を営む企業だ。
各機関は、条約をきっかけに成長潜在力を備えた革新企業を発掘・育成し、地域産業の生態系競争力向上のためのカスタマイズ支援を拡大していく方針だ。ギボは今後も、関連機関との協業を強化し、地域の中小企業の競争力向上と未来戦略産業の育成を支援する計画だと明らかにした。

韩国科技金融公司（KTIC ）于3日宣布，在釜山市政厅与釜山广域市、釜山工商会、韩亚银行和韩国信用担保基金签署了“支持釜山和岭南地区重点企业发展的业务协议”。

La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KTIC ) a annoncé le 3 avoir signé un « accord commercial pour soutenir le développement des entreprises clés dans la région de Busan et Yeongnam » avec la ville métropolitaine de Busan, la Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Busan, la banque Hana et le Fonds coréen de garantie de crédit à l'hôtel de ville de Busan.
Cet accord a été promu afin d'établir une base de croissance durable pour les entreprises opérant dans les industries régionales spécialisées et les futures industries stratégiques de la région de Yeongnam et de favoriser un environnement financier stable.
Aux termes de cet accord, Kibo fournira une garantie de contribution spéciale d'un montant de 80 milliards de wons, financée par une contribution spéciale de 4 milliards de wons de la part de Hana Bank. Le taux de garantie passera de 85 % à 100 % et les frais de garantie seront réduits de 0,3 point de pourcentage pendant trois ans.
