에스티리테일은 확보한 투자금을 활용해 파동 빙온 숙성 기술과 스테비아 기반 저당화 기술 등 주력 제조 기술을 한층 정교화할 계획이다. 이와 함께 생산 설비 개선과 자동화 시스템 확대를 추진해 제조 경쟁력을 강화한다는 방침이다.
