엔씽(대표 김혜연)은 빌딩형 수직농장 ‘아이엠팜 타워’에 158억 원 규모의 AI 농업 플랫폼을 공급하는 계약을 체결하고, 삼성벤처투자로부터 전략적 투자를 유치했다고 4일 밝혔다. 이를 통해 2026년 200억 원 이상 규모의 사업 파이프라인을 확보했다.
엔씽은 지난 2월 27일 체스터원개발과 경기도 여주 오학동에 건립 예정인 아이엠팜 타워에 자사 AI 농업 플랫폼 ‘N.FARM.AI’를 기반으로 한 통합 농장 관리 솔루션을 공급하는 계약을 체결했다. 공급 범위는 3층부터 10층까지 총 8개 층, 80개 호실, 4,040평(약 13,354㎡) 규모다.
이번 솔루션은 AI 환경 제어, 실시간 생육 모니터링, 수확량 예측, 매출·비용 분석, 농장 경영 통합 관리 기능을 포함한다. 아이엠팜 타워는 2026년 상반기 착공 예정이며, 2027년 완공 시 연간 약 1,000톤 수준의 고부가 작물 생산이 가능할 것으로 예상된다.
엔씽은 이번 프로젝트를 계기로 도심형 대규모 수직농장 단지에 AI 통합 솔루션을 공급하는 B2B 플랫폼 사업 영역을 확대할 계획이다. 또한 삼성벤처투자로부터의 전략적 투자를 바탕으로 대형 식품·유통 기업과 신선 채소 공급 및 스마트팜 구축 프로젝트 협력 범위를 넓힐 예정이다.
이번 투자를 기반으로 엔씽은 시리즈C 투자 유치와 함께 삼성증권을 주관사로 코스닥 상장을 준비하며, 조달 자금은 N.FARM.AI 고도화, 딸기·허브 등 고부가 신규 작물 연구개발, 인도네시아를 시작으로 한 글로벌 시장 진출에 활용될 계획이다.

Enthing to Supply AI Agricultural Platform to I'm Farm Tower, with Strategic Participation from Samsung Venture Investment
Enthing (CEO Kim Hye-yeon) announced on the 4th that it has signed a contract to supply an AI agricultural platform worth 15.8 billion won to the building-type vertical farm "I'm Farm Tower" and secured strategic investment from Samsung Venture Investment. This has secured a business pipeline worth over 20 billion won by 2026.
On February 27th, Enthing signed a contract with Chester One Development to provide an integrated farm management solution based on its AI agricultural platform, "N.FARM.AI," to the I'm Farm Tower, slated for construction in Ohak-dong, Yeoju, Gyeonggi Province. The project will cover eight floors, from the 3rd to the 10th, with 80 units, totaling 4,040 pyeong (approximately 13,354 square meters).
This solution includes AI environmental control, real-time growth monitoring, yield prediction, sales and cost analysis, and integrated farm management capabilities. Construction on the I'm Farm Tower is scheduled to begin in the first half of 2026, and upon completion in 2027, it is expected to produce approximately 1,000 tons of high-value-added crops annually.
Enthing plans to use this project as a catalyst to expand its B2B platform business, providing integrated AI solutions for large-scale urban vertical farms. Furthermore, based on a strategic investment from Samsung Venture Investment, Enthing plans to expand its collaboration with large food and distribution companies on fresh vegetable supply and smart farm construction projects.
Based on this investment, Enthing will prepare for a KOSDAQ listing with Samsung Securities as the lead manager along with Series C investment. The raised funds will be used for the advancement of N.FARM.AI, research and development of new high value-added crops such as strawberries and herbs, and expansion into global markets starting with Indonesia.
Kim Hye-yeon, CEO of Anything, said, “We have advanced the cultivation data and operational know-how accumulated over the past 10 years into an AI-based platform,” and added, “We will lead the AX transformation of Korean agriculture by disseminating the verified solution to farms and companies nationwide.”
In the global smart farm market, competition between AI-based vertical farming solutions and B2B platform models is intensifying, and strategic partnerships between local and global companies are on the rise.

エンシンは今回のプロジェクトをきっかけに都心型大規模垂直農場団地にAI統合ソリューションを供給するB2Bプラットフォーム事業領域を拡大する計画だ。また、サムスンベンチャー投資からの戦略的投資をもとに大型食品・流通企業と新鮮野菜供給及びスマートファーム構築プロジェクト協力範囲を広げる予定だ。
今回の投資を基盤にエンシンはシリーズC投資誘致とともにサムスン証券を主管社としてコスダック上場を準備し、調達資金はN.FARM.AIの高度化、イチゴ・ハーブなど高富が新規作物研究開発、インドネシアをはじめとするグローバル市場進出に活用される計画だ。

2月27日，恩廷科技（Enthing）与Chester One Development公司签署合同，将基于其人工智能农业平台“N.FARM.AI”为位于京畿道骊州市五鹤洞的I'm Farm Tower项目提供一体化农场管理解决方案。该项目为8层建筑，从3层到10层，共80个单元，总建筑面积4040坪（约13354平方米）。
