덕신이피씨(대표이사)는 삼성물산과 삼성전자 평택캠퍼스 P5-PJT FAB동 관련 데크플레이트 시공 계약을 체결했다고 12일 공시했다. 계약 금액은 부가세를 제외한 약 156억 원이다.
이번 계약은 삼성전자 평택캠퍼스 P5-PJT 반도체 생산라인 구축을 위한 FAB동 건설 공정에서 진행되며, 덕신이피씨는 해당 공정의 데크플레이트 시공을 담당한다. 회사 측은 이번 금액이 시공 공사에 한정된 것이며, 데크플레이트 자재비는 별도로 책정돼 실제 프로젝트 규모는 자재 공급까지 포함할 경우 더 커질 수 있다고 설명했다.
앞서 덕신이피씨는 지난 2월 27일 삼성E&A와 함께 P5 복합동에 약 129억 원 규모의 데크플레이트 공급 계약을 진행한 바 있다. 이번 FAB동 계약은 해당 복합동 계약 이후 추가로 확보한 프로젝트다.
회사 관계자는 “이번 계약은 시공 금액만 반영된 구조이며, 자재 공급은 현장 일정에 맞춰 매월 별도 진행된다”며 “P5 프로젝트 내 복합동 공급에 이어 FAB동 시공까지 참여 범위를 확대하면서, 향후 추가 공정 발주에도 대응할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
이번 계약은 국내 반도체 공장 건설 현장에서 데크플레이트 전문 기업의 시공 및 공급 참여가 지속적으로 확대되고 있는 사례로, 향후 첨단 산업 시설 건설 수요 증가와 맞물려 관련 업계 성장에도 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것으로 전망된다.

Deoksin EPC (CEO) disclosed on the 12th that it has signed a contract with Samsung C&T for the construction of deck plates related to the P5-PJT FAB building at the Samsung Electronics Pyeongtaek Campus. The contract amount is approximately 15.6 billion won, excluding value-added tax.
This contract covers the construction of the FAB building for the P5-PJT semiconductor production line at Samsung Electronics' Pyeongtaek Campus, and Deoksin EPC is responsible for the installation of the deck plates for this process. The company explained that this amount is limited to the construction work, and since the cost of deck plate materials is calculated separately, the actual scale of the project could be larger if material supply is included.
Previously, on February 27, Deoksin EPC signed a contract with Samsung E&A to supply deck plates worth approximately 12.9 billion won for the P5 complex building. This contract for the FAB building is an additional project secured following the contract for the complex building.
A company official stated, “This contract is structured to reflect only the construction cost, and material supply is carried out separately every month in accordance with the site schedule,” adding, “By expanding our scope of participation to include the construction of the FAB building following the supply of the composite building within the P5 project, we plan to respond to future orders for additional processes.”
This contract marks a continuous expansion of participation by specialized deck plate companies in construction and supply at domestic semiconductor factory sites, and is expected to have a positive impact on the growth of the related industry in conjunction with the increasing demand for the construction of high-tech industrial facilities.

今回の契約はサムスン電子平沢キャンパスP5-PJT半導体生産ライン構築のためのFAB棟建設工程で進行され、徳臣イピー氏は当該工程のデッキプレート施工を担当する。会社側は今回の金額が施工工事に限られたものであり、デッキプレート資材費は別途策定され、実際のプロジェクト規模は資材供給まで含めるとさらに大きくなると説明した。
これに先立ち、ドクシンイピ氏は去る2月27日、サムスンE&AとともにP5複合洞に約129億ウォン規模のデッキプレート供給契約を進めた。今回のFAB同契約は、当該複合同契約以降追加で確保したプロジェクトだ。
会社関係者は「今回の契約は施工金額だけ反映された構造であり、資材供給は現場日程に合わせて毎月別途進行される」とし「P5プロジェクト内の複合銅供給に続き、FAB銅施工まで参加範囲を拡大し、今後追加工程発注にも対応する計画」と明らかにした。
今回の契約は国内半導体工場建設現場でデッキプレート専門企業の施工及び供給参加が持続的に拡大している事例で、今後先端産業施設建設需要の増加とかみ合い、関連業界の成長にも肯定的な影響を及ぼすものと見込まれる。

Deoksin EPC (CEO) a annoncé le 12 avoir signé un contrat avec Samsung C&T pour la construction des dalles de tablier du bâtiment P5-PJT FAB sur le campus de Samsung Electronics à Pyeongtaek. Le montant du contrat s'élève à environ 15,6 milliards de wons, hors taxe sur la valeur ajoutée (TVA).
Ce contrat porte sur la construction du bâtiment FAB pour la ligne de production de semi-conducteurs P5-PJT sur le campus de Samsung Electronics à Pyeongtaek. Deoksin EPC est responsable de la pose des dalles de plancher nécessaires à ce procédé. L'entreprise a précisé que ce montant se limite aux travaux de construction et que, le coût des matériaux des dalles étant calculé séparément, le coût total du projet pourrait être supérieur si la fourniture des matériaux était incluse.
Le 27 février dernier, Deoksin EPC a signé un contrat avec Samsung E&A pour la fourniture de dalles de plancher d'une valeur d'environ 12,9 milliards de wons destinées au bâtiment du complexe P5. Ce contrat, relatif au bâtiment FAB, constitue un projet supplémentaire obtenu suite à celui du bâtiment du complexe.
Un responsable de l'entreprise a déclaré : « Ce contrat est structuré de manière à ne refléter que le coût de la construction, et la fourniture des matériaux est effectuée séparément chaque mois conformément au calendrier du chantier », ajoutant : « En élargissant notre champ de participation pour inclure la construction du bâtiment FAB suite à la fourniture du bâtiment composite dans le cadre du projet P5, nous prévoyons de répondre à de futures commandes pour des procédés supplémentaires. »
Ce contrat témoigne de l'expansion continue de la participation des entreprises spécialisées dans les plaques de pont à la construction et à la fourniture sur les sites de production de semi-conducteurs nationaux, et devrait avoir un impact positif sur la croissance du secteur concerné, en lien avec la demande croissante de construction d'installations industrielles de haute technologie.
