구인·구직 아르바이트 전문 플랫폼 알바천국(대표 우태경)이 대화형 AI 기반 구직 지원 서비스 ‘알바천국 AI 에이전트’를 새롭게 출시했다고 17일 밝혔다. 이번 서비스는 구직자가 채용공고 관련 궁금한 사항을 질문하면 AI가 공고 내용을 분석해 실시간으로 답변을 제공하는 방식으로 운영된다.
서비스는 각 공고 상세페이지 하단의 ‘AI 에이전트’ 아이콘을 통해 접근할 수 있으며, 급여·근무조건·근처 교통편 등 다양한 질문이 가능하다. 자주 묻는 질문을 선택하는 기능과 공고 내용을 한눈에 확인할 수 있는 요약 기능, 유사 공고 추천 기능도 제공된다. 또한, 서비스 화면에서 바로 채용공고 지원이 가능하며, 대화 기록은 ‘AI 에이전트 관리’ 메뉴에서 확인할 수 있다.
알바천국은 지난해 구직자 대상 AI 자기소개서, AI 면접족보, AI 입사지원 메시지 작성 등 서비스를 시작하며 AI 기술 접목을 확대해왔다. 이번 AI 에이전트 도입으로 공고 탐색과 지원 과정 전반에 걸쳐 구직 경험을 한층 편리하게 개선할 것으로 기대된다.
김상백 알바천국 CTO는 “응답자의 약 절반이 구직 과정에서 AI를 활용하고 있으며, AI 에이전트는 공고 정보 탐색 방식을 한 단계 진화시킨 서비스”라며 “앞으로 AI 기반 기능을 플랫폼 전반으로 확대해 구직자가 보다 쉽게 일자리를 찾도록 지속적으로 고도화하겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편 최근 구인·구직 플랫폼은 AI 기반 맞춤형 추천과 대화형 지원 기능을 도입하며 구직자 편의성 강화 경쟁을 이어가고 있다.

Features such as a selection of frequently asked questions, a summary function to view job postings at a glance, and recommendations for similar postings are also provided. Additionally, users can apply for job postings directly from the service screen, and conversation history can be viewed in the 'AI Agent Management' menu.
Alba Heaven has been expanding the integration of AI technology since last year, launching services such as AI-powered cover letters, AI interview guides, and AI-powered application message composition for job seekers. The introduction of this AI agent is expected to significantly improve the job search experience, making it more convenient throughout the entire process of job searching and application.
Kim Sang-baek, CTO of Alba Heaven, stated, “About half of the respondents are utilizing AI in the job search process, and AI agents are a service that has taken the method of searching for job postings to the next level,” adding, “We will continue to enhance the service by expanding AI-based features across the entire platform to make it easier for job seekers to find employment.”
