토마토시스템은 6일, 버티컬 솔루션 전문 기업 메타넷디엘과 컨소시엄을 구성해 약 100억 원 규모의 ‘고려대학교 차세대 포털·학사 정보시스템 구축 사업’을 최종 수주하고 본격 착수한다고 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 기존 고려대학교의 학사정보시스템을 최신 IT 기반 기술로 전면 재구축하는 프로젝트로, 급변하는 대학교육 환경에 신속하게 대응하고 사용자 요구를 반영한 미래지향적 정보시스템을 구축하는 것이 목표이다. 사업 범위는 포털 및 학사행정 시스템을 비롯해 모바일 서비스, 전자계약 시스템, 그룹웨어, 전자결재 시스템 구축 등을 포함하며, 규정관리시스템, 경영통계시스템, 챗봇 고도화 등 다양한 기능을 포괄한다.
토마토시스템은 본 사업에서 약 47%에 해당하는 48억 원의 지분을 맡아 핵심적인 역할을 맡는다. 대학원입시시스템, 부속행정시스템, 포털 시스템 등 다양한 솔루션을 구축하며, 최신 IT 트렌드를 반영한 차세대 시스템 구현에 중점을 둘 예정이다.
고려대학교는 이번 사업을 통해 학생과 교직원에게 쉽고 편리한 통합 행정 서비스를 제공하고, 개인 맞춤형 서비스를 통해 사용 편의성과 만족도를 대폭 향상시킬 예정이다. 또한, 필요한 정보를 하나의 포털에서 한눈에 확인하고 처리할 수 있는 통합형 포털 시스템을 구축하여 업무 효율성을 극대화하고, 모바일 서비스와의 연계를 강화해 언제 어디서나 학사 정보를 손쉽게 확인하고 활용할 수 있는 환경을 제공할 계획이다.
