아이쉴드가 중소벤처기업부의 ‘2024년도 창업성장기술개발사업 디딤돌 첫걸음 창업전문기관(R&D 과제)’에 참여기업으로 선정됐다. 이번 선정으로 아이쉴드는 온라인에서의 불법 유해 정보, 허위 콘텐츠, 사이버범죄 게시물 처리 및 모니터링 속도를 대폭 개선할 수 있는 기회를 얻게 되었다.
아이쉴드는 AI 기반 사이버 악성 콘텐츠 식별 기술의 분석 모델 고도화를 목표로, 디딤돌 과제를 통해 1년간 1억 2,000만 원의 기술개발 자금을 지원받게 된다. 이를 통해 ‘사이버 범죄 및 부정 콘텐츠 신속 식별’ 기술을 개발하며, 온라인 상에서 악성 정보 삭제 및 차단 확률을 높이고, 신고 정보를 효과적으로 활용하는 AI 기반 분석 모델을 목표로 한다.
디딤돌 과제는 혁신적인 기술을 보유한 창업기업의 성장을 지원하는 R&D 사업으로, 아이쉴드는 이를 통해 행정기관의 한계를 극복하고 빠른 정보 대응을 가능하게 할 것으로 기대하고 있다. 온라인 시장의 성장과 함께 법령 위반 콘텐츠가 증가하고 있으며, AI를 활용한 딥페이크와 같은 불법 콘텐츠가 늘어나고 있는 가운데 신기술 도입의 필요성이 더욱 강조되고 있다. 아이쉴드는 이번 과제를 통해 매년 증가하는 심의 건수와 지연되는 심의 기간으로 인한 불법 콘텐츠 유통의 악순환을 방지할 수 있을 것으로 보고 있다.
아이쉴드의 ‘불법 유해 콘텐츠 분석 모델’은 자연어 처리(NLP)와 컴퓨터 비전(CV) 기술을 활용하여 부정 콘텐츠를 실시간으로 모니터링하고 신속하게 삭제할 수 있다. 이를 통해 수작업 분석보다 3배 빠른 식별 작업을 가능하게 하며, 삭제 가능성과 소요 시간 예측을 통해 대응 속도를 획기적으로 개선한다. 또한, 개인 신상 관련 악성 정보의 추출 및 삭제는 물론 기업의 브랜드 평판 관리 효율성도 크게 향상시킬 수 있다.

This selection provides iShield with the opportunity to significantly improve the speed of processing and monitoring illegal, harmful information, false content, and cybercrime posts online.
iShield will receive KRW 120 million in technology development funding over one year through the Stepping Stone Project, with the goal of advancing the analytical model for AI-based cyber-malicious content identification technology. This funding will enable the development of technology to "rapidly identify cybercrime and malicious content," increasing the probability of deleting and blocking malicious information online and developing an AI-based analysis model that effectively utilizes reported information.
The Stepping Stone Project is an R&D initiative designed to support the growth of startups with innovative technologies. Eyeshield anticipates that this initiative will overcome the limitations of administrative agencies and enable rapid information response. With the growth of the online market, the amount of content that violates laws and regulations is increasing. The need for new technologies is further emphasized amidst the growing number of illegal content, such as AI-powered deepfakes. Eyeshield believes that this project will help prevent the vicious cycle of illegal content distribution caused by the increasing number of reviews and delayed review periods each year.
iShield's "illegal and harmful content analysis model" leverages natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision (CV) technologies to monitor and quickly remove malicious content in real time. This enables identification three times faster than manual analysis and dramatically improves response speed by predicting the likelihood of deletion and the time required. Furthermore, it can significantly improve the efficiency of a company's brand reputation management, as well as the extraction and deletion of personally identifiable information.

Cette sélection offre à iShield l'opportunité d'améliorer considérablement la vitesse de traitement et de surveillance des informations illégales et nuisibles, des faux contenus et des publications cybercriminelles en ligne.
iShield recevra 120 millions de wons coréens (KRW) de financement sur un an dans le cadre du projet Stepping Stone, afin de perfectionner le modèle analytique de sa technologie d'identification des contenus malveillants en ligne basée sur l'intelligence artificielle. Le besoin de nouvelles technologies est d'autant plus criant face à la multiplication des contenus illégaux, tels que les deepfakes basés sur l'IA. Eyeshield est convaincu que ce projet contribuera à briser le cercle vicieux de la diffusion de contenus illégaux, alimenté par l'augmentation du nombre d'examens et l'allongement des délais de traitement chaque année.
Le modèle d'analyse des contenus illégaux et préjudiciables d'iShield exploite le traitement automatique du langage naturel (TALN) et la vision par ordinateur (CV) pour surveiller et supprimer rapidement les contenus malveillants en temps réel. Cette technologie permet une identification trois fois plus rapide qu'une analyse manuelle et améliore considérablement la réactivité en prédisant la probabilité de suppression et le temps nécessaire. De plus, elle contribue significativement à optimiser la gestion de la réputation d'une entreprise, ainsi que l'extraction et la suppression des données personnelles.
« Nous contribuerons à la prévention de la cybercriminalité en identifiant et en bloquant rapidement les contenus illégaux et nuisibles en ligne grâce à des modèles d'analyse de contenu basés sur l'IA », a déclaré Shin So-hyun, PDG d'iShield. « Nous nous efforcerons de protéger les citoyens et de créer un écosystème numérique sain. »
