개인정보 보호 전문기업 오내피플(대표 조아영)은 자사의 개인정보 규제 준수 자동화 솔루션인 ‘캐치시큐’가 조달청 혁신제품으로 지정됐다고 밝혔다.
조달청 혁신제품 지정 제도는 혁신성을 인정받은 중소기업과 스타트업의 제품을 공공기관이 선도적으로 구매해 기술 혁신과 시장 진출을 지원하는 제도이다.
혁신제품으로 지정된 ‘캐치시큐’는 개인정보 수집·이용 동의서 자동 생성, 자동 파기, 접속지 IP 제한 등 개인정보 라이프사이클 전 과정에서 규제를 준수할 수 있도록 전 과정을 도와주는 서비스이다.
‘캐치시큐’는 조달청 혁신제품 지정 절차 중 과학기술정보통신부의 추천을 받아 유형 1을 통해 지정되었다. 지정 절차는 ▲1차, 한국지능정보사회진흥원(NIA)의 혁신성 및 공공성 검토 ▲2차, 조달청의 조달적합성 검토 ▲3차, 과학기술정보통신부의 추천심의 ▲4차 기획재정부의 조달정책심의위원회의 최종 지정으로 이루어진다.
이번 혁신제품 지정을 통해 캐치시큐는 최대 6년 동안 수의계약을 통해 공공조달에 참여할 수 있다. 또한 시범구매 사업 참여, 구매 면책 등의 지원 등 판로 확대 정책을 지원받을 수 있게 됐다.
특히 캐치시큐는 서울경제진흥원(SBA), 서울시 중구문화재단, 한국항공우주연구원(KARI) 등의 공공기관에 이미 도입되어 서비스의 안정성과 신뢰성을 입증해 왔다.
오내피플 조아영 대표는 “올해 여러 지자체와 대학교 등 공공기관에서 개인정보 유출 사고가 빈번히 발생하며, 개인정보 보호가 공공기관 운영의 핵심 과제로 떠올랐다”며 “이번 혁신제품 지정을 계기로 캐치시큐의 고도화된 개인정보 보호 솔루션을 통해 공공기관의 개인정보 보호 수준을 획기적으로 강화하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Onaepeople's "Catch Security" Designated as an Innovative Product by the Public Procurement Service
Personal information protection specialist company Onaepeople (CEO Jo Ah-young) announced that its personal information regulation compliance automation solution, ‘Catch Security,’ has been designated as an innovative product by the Public Procurement Service.
The Public Procurement Service's innovative product designation system is a system in which public institutions proactively purchase products from small and medium-sized enterprises and startups recognized for their innovation, thereby supporting technological innovation and market entry.
Designated as an innovative product, 'Catch Security' is a service that helps ensure compliance with regulations throughout the entire personal information lifecycle, including automatic creation and destruction of personal information collection and use consent forms, and IP address restrictions.
"Catch Security" was designated as a Type 1 innovative product by the Public Procurement Service (PPS) upon recommendation from the Ministry of Science and ICT. The designation process consists of the following steps: ▲1st, a review of innovation and public interest by the National Intelligence Information Society Agency (NIA); ▲2nd, a review of procurement suitability by the PPS; ▲3rd, a recommendation review by the Ministry of Science and ICT; and ▲4th, a final designation by the Ministry of Strategy and Finance's Procurement Policy Review Committee.
This innovative product designation allows Catch Security to participate in public procurement through contracts for up to six years. It also qualifies for expanded sales channels, including participation in pilot procurement programs and exemptions from purchase liabilities.
In particular, Catch Security has already been introduced to public institutions such as the Seoul Economic Promotion Agency (SBA), the Seoul Jung-gu Cultural Foundation, and the Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI), proving the stability and reliability of the service.
Onaepeople CEO Jo Ah-young said, “This year, personal information leaks have occurred frequently in many local governments, universities, and other public institutions, and personal information protection has emerged as a core task for the operation of public institutions.” She added, “With this innovative product designation as an opportunity, we will dramatically strengthen the level of personal information protection in public institutions through Catch Security’s advanced personal information protection solution.”

Désignation finale par le Comité d’examen des politiques d’achat du ministère de la Stratégie et des Finances.
Cette désignation de produit novatrice permet à Catch Security de participer aux marchés publics par le biais de contrats d'une durée maximale de six ans. Elle lui ouvre également les portes de canaux de vente élargis, notamment la participation à des programmes pilotes d'approvisionnement et des exemptions de responsabilité en matière d'achat.
En particulier, Catch Security a déjà été introduit auprès d'institutions publiques telles que l'Agence de promotion économique de Séoul (SBA), la Fondation culturelle de Jung-gu à Séoul et l'Institut coréen de recherche aérospatiale (KARI), prouvant ainsi la stabilité et la fiabilité du service.
