원티드랩은 국립국제교육원과 ‘글로벌 인재채용 활성화를 위한 업무협약’을 체결했다고 8일 밝혔다. 이번 협약은 기관 간 협력을 통해 외국인 유학생들의 국내 취업을 지원하는 것을 주요 목표로 한다.
국립국제교육원은 교육부 소속의 책임운영기관으로, 국제교육교류를 통해 글로벌 인재 양성을 목표로 다양한 사업을 운영하고 있다. 대표적으로 해외 인재 대상의 한국정부초청장학사업(GKS)과 외국인 유학생 유치 및 한국어능력시험 운영 등을 포함한 여러 프로그램을 전개하고 있다.
이번 협약은 원티드랩의 AI 기반 매칭 채용 서비스 ‘원티드’와 국립국제교육원의 ‘한국유학종합시스템(스터디인코리아)’을 연계하여 외국인 유학생들에게 실질적인 취업정보와 취업활동 지원을 제공하고, 이를 통해 유학생들의 국내 취업 기회를 확대하는 것을 목표로 한다.
협약의 주요 내용은 ▲다양한 취업 정보 제공을 통한 외국인 유학생 지원 ▲원티드와 한국유학종합시스템 간 취업정보 연계 ▲외국인 유학생의 취업활동 지원 협력 등이다. 원티드랩은 지난해 11월부터 한국유학종합시스템과 연계해 외국인 채용 전용관을 운영하고 있으며, 해당 전용관에는 180여 개의 디지털 직군의 정규직 공고가 올라와 외국인 인재를 모집하고 있다.
이번 협약을 계기로 원티드랩은 외국인 유학생은 물론, 국내 거주 외국인과 한국 취업에 관심이 있는 외국인을 대상으로 하는 글로벌 인재 채용 사업을 강화할 예정이다. 또한, 3만여 개의 기업고객과 연계한 외국인 채용 프로모션 및 다양한 취업 지원 교육 프로그램인 ‘프리온보딩 시리즈’ 등을 운영하며, 외국인 취업 지원 활동을 확대할 계획이다.
한상신 국립국제교육원 원장은 “AI 및 디지털 분야에 강점을 가진 원티드랩과의 협력을 통해 많은 외국인 유학생들이 실질적인 취업 도움을 받을 것으로 기대한다”며, “앞으로도 민간 채용 정보 플랫폼과의 협력을 강화해 외국인 유학생들의 국내 취업과 정착을 지원할 것”이라고 밝혔다.
이복기 원티드랩 대표는 “원티드랩은 AI를 활용한 HR 기업으로서 1000만 건 이상의 매칭 데이터를 보유하고 있다”며, “이를 바탕으로 외국인 유학생들의 성공적인 취업을 지원하는 다양한 프로그램을 제공할 것”이라고 말했다.

This center features approximately 180 full-time digital job openings, recruiting international talent.
With this agreement, Wanted Lab plans to strengthen its global talent recruitment efforts, targeting not only international students, but also foreign residents and those interested in working in Korea. Furthermore, it plans to expand its foreign employment support activities, including operating the "Free Onboarding Series," a variety of employment support and educational programs, and promoting foreign recruitment in partnership with over 30,000 corporate clients.
Han Sang-shin, the director of the National Institute for International Education, said, “We expect that many international students will receive practical help in finding employment through our collaboration with Wanted Lab, which has strengths in AI and digital fields,” and added, “We will continue to strengthen our collaboration with private employment information platforms to support international students’ employment and settlement in Korea.”
Lee Bok-gi, CEO of Wanted Lab, said, “Wanted Lab is an AI-powered HR company with over 10 million matching data points,” and “Based on this, we will provide various programs to support the successful employment of international students.”

ハン・サンシン国立国際教育院院長は「AIおよびデジタル分野に強みを持ったワンティードラップとの協力を通じて多くの外国人留学生が実質的な就職の助けを受けると期待する」とし、「今後も民間採用情報プラットフォームとの協力を強化して外国人留学生の国内就職と定着を支援する」と明らかにした。

Cet accord a pour principal objectif de faciliter l’insertion professionnelle des étudiants internationaux aux États-Unis grâce à une coopération interinstitutionnelle.
L’Institut national pour l’éducation internationale (NIIED), organisme relevant du ministère de l’Éducation, gère divers programmes visant à développer les talents à l’échelle mondiale grâce aux échanges éducatifs internationaux. Parmi ses principaux programmes figurent le Programme de bourses d’études coréennes internationales (GKS) destiné aux talents étrangers, le recrutement d’étudiants internationaux et l’administration du Test de compétence en langue coréenne (KOPT).
Cet accord vise à fournir aux étudiants internationaux des informations pratiques sur l'emploi et un soutien dans leurs recherches d'emploi en reliant le service de recrutement basé sur l'IA de Wanted Lab, « Wanted », au système « Étudier en Corée » de l'Institut national de l'éducation internationale, élargissant ainsi les possibilités d'emploi en Corée pour les étudiants internationaux.
L'accord prévoit principalement : ▲ le soutien aux étudiants internationaux par la mise à disposition d'informations diversifiées sur l'emploi ; ▲ la mise en relation des informations sur l'emploi entre Wanted et le Système coréen d'études à l'étranger ; et ▲ la coopération pour accompagner les étudiants internationaux dans leur recherche d'emploi. Depuis novembre dernier, Wanted Lab gère, en partenariat avec le Système coréen d'études à l'étranger, un centre de recrutement dédié aux étudiants internationaux. Ce centre propose environ 180 offres d'emploi numériques à temps plein et s'adresse aux talents internationaux.
Grâce à cet accord, Wanted Lab prévoit de renforcer ses efforts de recrutement de talents à l'échelle mondiale, en ciblant non seulement les étudiants internationaux, mais aussi les résidents étrangers et les personnes souhaitant travailler en Corée. L'entreprise prévoit également d'étendre ses activités d'accompagnement à l'emploi des étrangers, notamment par le biais du programme « Free Onboarding Series », de divers programmes de formation et d'aide à l'emploi, et de promouvoir le recrutement international en partenariat avec plus de 30 000 entreprises clientes.
