헥사곤 매뉴팩처링 인텔리전스(Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence)는 경운대학교와 함께 AI 제조 및 디지털 전환 분야에서 산학 협력을 위한 양해각서(MOU)를 체결했다고 21일 밝혔다.
이번 MOU 체결식은 경운대학교 대학본부에서 진행되었으며, 김동제 경운대학교 총장과 성 브라이언 헥사곤 매뉴팩처링 인텔리전스 코리아 사장이 참석하여 서명했다. 양 기관은 보유한 전문 지식과 기술력을 바탕으로 AI 제조 분야와 디지털 전환 분야에서 공동 기술 개발 및 AI 자율제조 분야 인재 양성을 위한 산학협력 체계를 구축할 계획이다.
협약에 따라 양 기관은 AI 자율제조 분야의 R&D 지원을 위한 플랫폼을 구축하고, AI 자율제조 및 디지털 전환 관련 신규 사업을 공동으로 기획할 예정이다. 또한, 헥사곤은 경운대학교 재학생을 대상으로 협력 분야에 대한 워크숍, 세미나, 교육 프로그램을 운영하고, 중소기업 R&D 지원을 위한 인프라 및 소프트웨어 활용 협력을 통해 인재 양성에 적극 협력할 방침이다.
김동제 경운대학교 총장은 “AI 시대에 발맞춰 AI 자율제조 분야의 인재를 양성할 수 있도록 헥사곤과 지속적인 협력을 이어갈 것”이라며, “헥사곤과의 협력을 통해 학생들에게 심층적인 교육 프로그램을 제공하고, 학생들이 현업에서 활용할 수 있는 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있을 것으로 기대한다”고 밝혔다.
성 브라이언 헥사곤 매뉴팩처링 인텔리전스 코리아 사장은 “헥사곤은 산학 연계 프로그램을 통해 전문 인재를 양성하고 AI 산업 발전을 위한 지원을 아끼지 않고 있다”며, “경운대학교와의 협력을 통해 AI 자율제조 분야 전문가를 양성하고, 공동 연구개발을 통해 산업 발전에 실질적인 기여를 할 것”이라고 말했다.

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence Signs MOU with Kyungwoon University
Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence announced on the 21st that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Kyungwoon University for industry-academia cooperation in the fields of AI manufacturing and digital transformation.

ヘキサゴン・マニュファクチャリング・インテリジェンス（Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence）は、耕雲大学と共同でAI製造およびデジタル変換分野で産学協力のための覚書（MOU）を締結したと21日明らかにした。
今回のMOU締結式は耕運大学大学本部で行われ、キム・ドンジェ慶運大学総長と聖ブライアン・ヘキサゴン・マニュファクチャリング・インテリジェンス・コリア社長が参加して署名した。両機関は、保有した専門知識と技術力を基に、AI製造分野とデジタル転換分野で共同技術開発及びAI自律製造分野の人材養成のための産学協力体系を構築する計画だ。
条約により、両機関はAI自律製造分野のR&D支援のためのプラットフォームを構築し、AI自律製造およびデジタル転換関連の新規事業を共同で企画する予定だ。また、ヘキサゴンは耕運大学在学生を対象に協力分野に対するワークショップ、セミナー、教育プログラムを運営し、中小企業のR&D支援のためのインフラとソフトウェア活用協力を通じて人材養成に積極的に協力する方針だ。
キム・ドンジェ慶運大学総長は「AI時代に合わせてAI自律製造分野の人材を養成できるようヘキサゴンと継続的な協力を続けていく」とし、「ヘキサゴンとの協力を通じて学生に深い教育プログラムを提供し、学生たちこの現業で活用できる競争力を備えることができると期待する」と明らかにした。
サン・ブライアン・ヘキサゴン・マニュファクチャリング・インテリジェンス・コリア社長は「ヘキサゴンは産学連携プログラムを通じて専門人材を養成し、AI産業発展のための支援を惜しまない」とし、「耕雲大学との協力を通じてAI自律製造分野の専門家を養成し、共同研究開発を通じて産業発展に実質的な貢献をする」と述べた。
