에어빌리티가 25억 원 규모의 프리A 시리즈 투자를 유치하며 누적 투자금 37억 원을 달성했다고 22일 밝혔다.
이번 투자 라운드에는 삼호그린인베스트먼트의 신규 투자와 함께 베이스벤처스, 스톤브릿지벤처스, 매쉬업벤처스의 후속 투자가 참여했다. 이를 통해 에어빌리티는 본격적인 기술 상용화와 글로벌 시장 진출을 위한 기반을 강화하게 됐다. 특히, 초기 시드 투자사들의 대규모 후속 투자가 이뤄져 에어빌리티의 기술력과 시장 잠재력에 대한 신뢰를 확인할 수 있었다.
에어빌리티는 이번 투자금을 활용해 고정익 기반 전기 수직이착륙(eVTOL) 기술과 분산형 전기 팬제트 추진 시스템 기술 개발을 위한 인력 충원과 사업 확장에 집중할 계획이다.
또한, 에어빌리티는 정부의 지원 프로그램에서도 두각을 나타내고 있다. 중소벤처기업부의 ‘초격차 스타트업 1000+ 프로젝트’와 ‘딥테크 스타트업 육성 프로그램’인 ‘딥테크팁스’에 연이어 선정되며, 연구개발 자금과 기술 고도화를 위한 지원을 확보했다. 이외에도 지난해 ‘경기 창업 공모전’ 대상과 ‘도전 K-스타트업 2024’ 우수상 등을 수상하며 기술력과 사업성을 입증했다.

Airability attracts 2.5 billion won in investment
