리벨리온은 중동 테크 컨퍼런스 ‘LEAP 2025’에 아람코 파트너사를 대표하는 연사로 참가한다고 10일 밝혔다. 이번 참여를 통해 리벨리온은 아람코가 선택한 AI 인프라 기업으로서의 존재감을 드러내고, 사우디 IT 생태계와의 교류를 통해 중동 시장 공략에 속도를 더할 계획이다.
박성현 대표는 2월 9일부터 12일까지 열리는 행사에서 두 개의 주요 세션에 연사로 나선다. 첫 번째 세션인 ‘Billion-Dollar Bridges: How Unicorns and Their VCs Navigate the Path to Global Success’에서는 AI 반도체 유니콘으로서의 성장 전략을 공유하며, 11일에는 ‘테크 아레나 세션’에서 사우디 시장에서의 사업 비전을 발표할 예정이다.
박 대표는 유니콘 세션에서 “최근 딥시크(DeepSeek)의 오픈소스 모델 발표로 AI 비용 효율성이 중요한 화두로 떠오르고 있다. 리벨리온은 이를 선제적으로 준비해왔다”며, “성공적인 스타트업 성장의 핵심은 전략적 파트너와의 협력에 있으며, 리벨리온은 아람코의 투자 유치를 통해 이를 실현하고 있다”고 말했다. 이어, “아람코와의 긴밀한 관계를 바탕으로 사우디 데이터센터에서 중요한 성과를 창출할 것이다”라고 강조했다.
리벨리온은 아람코의 CVC인 와에드벤처스(Wa’ed Ventures)로부터 전략적 투자를 유치한 후, 50여 개 투자 포트폴리오 중 최우수 성과를 낸 4개 기업에 선정되었다. 이번 ‘테크 아레나 세션’에서는 리벨리온의 사우디아라비아 사업 비전과 방향성도 공유될 예정이다.
리벨리온은 지난해 아람코로부터 한국 스타트업 최초로 전략적 투자를 유치했으며, 최근 아람코 데이터센터에 렉(Rack) 기반 제품을 공급한 뒤, 규모 있는 사업화에 박차를 가하고 있다. 상반기 중에는 사우디 법인 설립을 완료하고 현지 사업 확장을 본격화할 예정이다.

Rebellion participates in 'LEAP 2025'
Rebellion announced on the 10th that it will participate as a speaker representing Aramco's partner company at the Middle East tech conference 'LEAP 2025'. Through this participation, Rebellion plans to demonstrate its presence as an AI infrastructure company selected by Aramco and accelerate its conquest of the Middle East market through exchanges with the Saudi IT ecosystem.
Park will be speaking at two key sessions at the event, which will be held from February 9th to 12th. In the first session, “Billion-Dollar Bridges: How Unicorns and Their VCs Navigate the Path to Global Success,” he will share his growth strategy as an AI semiconductor unicorn, and on the 11th, he will present his business vision for the Saudi market in the “Tech Arena Session.”
Park said in the Unicorn Session, “With the recent announcement of DeepSeek’s open source model, AI cost efficiency has emerged as an important topic. Rebellion has been proactively preparing for this,” and “The key to successful startup growth lies in collaboration with strategic partners, and Rebellion is realizing this by attracting investment from Aramco.” He continued, “Based on our close relationship with Aramco, we will create significant results in Saudi data centers.”
After attracting strategic investment from Wa'ed Ventures, Aramco's CVC, Rebellion was selected as one of the four companies with the best performance among 50 investment portfolios. This 'Tech Arena Session' will also share Rebellion's vision and direction for its Saudi Arabian business.
Rebellion attracted strategic investment from Aramco last year as the first Korean startup, and after recently supplying rack-based products to Aramco’s data centers, it is accelerating large-scale commercialization. It plans to complete the establishment of a Saudi corporation in the first half of the year and begin full-scale local business expansion.
CEO Park Sung-hyun said, “Saudi Arabia is a country that is actively embracing the AI era, and we will create differentiated business opportunities based on localization strategies,” adding, “Rebellion will continue to pursue various opportunities for cooperation as a representative AI infrastructure company connecting Korea and Saudi Arabia.”

Au cours du premier semestre de l’année, nous prévoyons d’achever la création d’une société saoudienne et de commencer l’expansion à grande échelle de nos activités locales.
