아산나눔재단이 국내 스타트업의 등용문 ‘정주영 창업경진대회(이하 ‘정창경)’의 개편 내용을 담은 통합 공고를 발표하며 2025년 참가 스타트업을 모집한다고 13일 밝혔다.
이번 ‘2025 정주영 창업경진대회’는 아산 정주영 현대 창업자의 어록 중 ‘개척(Frontier)’을 주제로, 다양한 영역에 새롭게 도전하는 개척정신을 가진 창업가를 발굴하고 육성하는 데 중점을 둔다. 올해부터 ▲글로벌 트랙, ▲다양성 트랙, ▲기후테크 트랙, ▲예비창업 트랙 등 총 4개 전형을 신설하고 트랙별 맞춤 지원을 제공한다. 각 트랙은 아산나눔재단이 기존에 운영해온 청년 창업 지원 프로그램과 연계되며, 창업팀 단계에 맞는 성장 지원 프로그램을 운영할 계획이다. 하반기에는 총 상금 4억원의 통합 데모데이를 개최하고, 멘토링, 해외진출 지원, 네트워킹, 마루 사무공간 입주 기회, 투자 연계 등 다양한 혜택을 제공한다.
먼저, ‘글로벌 트랙’에서는 미국 진출을 준비하는 국내 소프트웨어 기반 초기 스타트업을 선발한다. 본 트랙은 아산나눔재단이 기존에 운영해온 미국 진출 스타트업 지원 프로그램 ‘아산 보이저’와 연계된다. 미국 진출을 준비하는 설립 5년 이내 기업을 선발하고, 미국 현지 체류 공간, 체류비, 네트워킹 등을 제공한다. 모집 기간은 2월 17일부터 3월 14일까지다.
‘다양성 트랙’에서는 탈북민을 포함한 이주배경주민, 외국인 등 다양한 배경의 창업가를 선발한다. 아산나눔재단의 포용적 창업 지원 프로그램 ‘아산 상회’와 연계되며, 기존 지원 대상인 탈북민 외에도 창업생태계에서 소외되기 쉬운 이주민, 외국인까지 모집 대상을 확대한다. 사업화 자금, 창업 교육, 투자 연계 등 참가자들을 인적·물적 자원과 연결해 이들의 자립과 성장을 돕고, 사회적 포용과 창업생태계의 다양성을 확대할 계획이다. 모집은 2월 24일부터 3월 24까지 진행된다.
또한, ‘기후테크 트랙’은 기후위기에 대응하는 혁신 기술을 보유한 대학(원)생 창업팀을 선발한다. 기후테크 창업팀을 발굴 및 육성하는 ‘아산 유니버시티’ 프로그램을 통해 아산나눔재단과 협약을 맺은 각 대학이 창업팀을 자체적으로 모집과 선발을 진행한다. 올해는 각 협력 대학 소속의 학부생, 대학원생, 졸업생 외에도 박사후연구원까지 선발 대상을 넓히며, 선발팀에는 활동비, 기후테크 전문 교육 및 멘토링을 제공한다.
정창경 ‘예비창업 트랙’에서는 예비 글로벌 창업가를 꿈꾸는 대학(원)생을 육성하는 기존 프로그램인 ‘아산 두어스’와 연계되어 참가자를 선발할 예정이다. 글로벌 시장 진출을 목표로 하는 예비창업팀 또는 예비창업자를 대상으로 하며, 창업 교육, 선배 창업가 네트워킹 등 집중 인큐베이팅을 지원한다. 모집 기간은 3월 4일부터 4월 7일까지다.
이번 정창경에 선발되는 개인 또는 팀에게는 다양한 성장 지원 프로그램 참여할 수 있는 기회와 혜택이 주어진다. 벤처캐피털과 액셀러레이터 파트너를 포함한 창업생태계 전문가의 세미나 또는 교육에 참여하고, ‘마루베네핏’을 통해 개발, 법률, 채용, 홍보, 복지 등 스타트업에 필요한 솔루션을 무료 또는 할인된 가격으로 이용할 수 있다. 총 67개 분야의 업계 전문가 멘토링을 받을 수 있는 ‘마루커넥트’ 프로그램도 자유롭게 신청 가능하다.
이 외에도 결선팀에는 올해 개관 예정인 아산나눔재단의 실리콘밸리 거점 ‘마루SF’를 이용할 수 있는 ‘멤버십 스타트업’ 지원 자격을 부여하고, 글로벌 진출에 필요한 체류 공간과 네트워크 등을 지원할 예정이다.
정창경 트랙별 모집 요강은 정주영 창업경진대회 공식 홈페이지와 SNS 채널에서 확인할 수 있다. 사전 알림 신청을 하면 각 트랙별 모집 시작일에 맞춰 안내 메일 또는 문자를 받을 수 있다. 한편, 아산나눔재단은 예비 지원자를 위해 서울, 대전, 전북, 부산 등 4개 지역에서 모집 설명회를 개최하고, 트랙별로 질의응답이 가능한 웨비나도 진행한다.

Asan Nanum Foundation, recruiting startups to participate in the '2025 Chung Ju-young Startup Competition'
Asan Nanum Foundation announced on the 13th that it will be recruiting participating startups in 2025 by publishing an integrated notice containing the reorganization of the 'Chung Ju-young Startup Competition (hereafter 'Chung Chang-kyung'), the gateway to success for domestic startups.

The 'Diversity Track' selects entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds, including North Korean defectors, migrants, and foreigners. It is linked to the Asan Nanum Foundation's inclusive startup support program 'Asan Sanghoe', and in addition to the existing support target of North Korean defectors, the recruitment target is expanded to include immigrants and foreigners who are easily excluded from the startup ecosystem. In addition, the 'Climate Tech Track' selects university student startup teams with innovative technologies to respond to the climate crisis. The 'Preliminary Entrepreneur Track' by Jeong Chang-gyeong will select participants in conjunction with the existing program 'Asan Doos', which fosters university (graduate) students who dream of becoming prospective global entrepreneurs. It targets prospective entrepreneur teams or prospective entrepreneurs who aim to enter the global market, and provides intensive incubation support such as entrepreneurship education and networking with senior entrepreneurs. Individuals or teams selected for this year's Jeong Chang-gyeong will be given the opportunity and benefits to participate in various growth support programs. They can participate in seminars or training from startup ecosystem experts including venture capital and accelerator partners, and use solutions necessary for startups such as development, law, recruitment, public relations, and welfare for free or at a discounted price through 'Marubenefit'. They can also freely apply for the 'Marubenet' program where they can receive mentoring from industry experts in a total of 67 fields.
In addition, the finalist teams will be granted the qualification of 'Membership Startup' support, which will allow them to use Asan Nanum Foundation's Silicon Valley hub 'Maru SF' scheduled to open this year, and will be supported with accommodation and networks necessary for global expansion.

今回の「2025チョン・ジュヨン創業競技大会」は、牙山チョン・ジュヨン現代創業者の語録の中で「開拓（Frontier）」をテーマに、さまざまな領域に新たに挑戦する開拓精神を持つ創業家を発掘して育成することに重点を置く。今年から▲グローバルトラック、▲多様性トラック、▲気候テックトラック、▲予備創業トラックなど計4つの典型を新設し、トラック別のカスタマイズ支援を提供する。各トラックは、アサンナヌム財団が既存に運営してきた青年創業支援プログラムと連携され、創業チーム段階に合った成長支援プログラムを運営する計画だ。下半期には総賞金4億ウォンの統合デモデーを開催し、メンタリング、海外進出支援、ネットワーキング、床事務空間入居機会、投資連携など多様な恩恵を提供する。

また、「気候テックトラック」は、気候危機に対応する革新技術を保有した大学（元）生創業チームを選抜する。岐阜テック創業チームを発掘および育成する「牙山ユニバーシティ」プログラムを通じて、アサンナヌム財団と協約を結んだ各大学が創業チームを自ら募集と選抜を進行する。今年は各協力大学所属の学部生、大学院生、卒業生以外にも博士後研究院まで選抜対象を広げ、選抜チームには活動費、岐阜テク専門教育及びメンタリングを提供する。
チョン・チャンギョン「予備創業トラック」では、予備グローバル創業家を夢見る大学（ウォン）生を育成する既存プログラムである「アサン・ドゥアース」と連携して参加者を選抜する予定だ。グローバル市場進出を目指す予備創業チームまたは予備創業者を対象としており、創業教育、先輩創業家ネットワーキングなど集中インキュベーションを支援する。募集期間は3月4日から4月7日までだ。
今回の正昌慶に選抜される個人またはチームには、多様な成長支援プログラム参加する機会と恩恵が与えられる。ベンチャーキャピタルとアクセラレータパートナーを含む創業生態系専門家のセミナーや教育に参加し、「マルベネフィット」を通じて開発、法律、採用、広報、福祉などスタートアップに必要なソリューションを無料または割引価格で利用できる。計67分野の業界専門家のメンタリングを受けることができる「マルコネクト」プログラムも自由に申請可能だ。
