글로벌 헬스케어 AI 기업 덴컴(대표이사 임병준)이 미국 델라웨어에 현지 법인 ‘AIzac AI Inc.’를 설립하고, 북미 시장을 중심으로 글로벌 사업 확장을 본격화한다고 19일 밝혔다.
덴컴이 100% 출자하여 설립한 미국 법인 ‘AIzac AI Inc.’는 AI 기반 음성인식 치과 솔루션을 전문적으로 개발·공급하며, 이번 북미 법인 설립을 통해 미국 치과 시장 내 AI 기술 도입을 가속화하고 글로벌 시장의 입지를 확대할 계획이다.
덴컴은 치과 분야에 특화된 AI 음성인식 엔진인 ‘덴스퍼’(Densper™)를 개발했다. 이를 활용해 진료 중 의사의 음성을 자동으로 의료기록으로 작성해 주는 ‘보이스 차팅(Voice Charting)’, 외국인 환자에게 동시 통역을 지원하는 다국어 상담 기능, 의사가 컴퓨터단층촬영(CT) 등 치과 의료 영상을 음성으로 제어하는 ‘보이스 뷰어 컨트롤러(Voice Viewer Controller)’ 등을 제공한다.
덴스퍼(Densper™)는 덴탈 전문 음성 데이터 학습과 자연어처리 기술을 결합해 덴탈 영역에 높은 수준의 음성인식 기능을 제공한다. 음성 텍스트 변환(STT) 정확도가 99% 이상이며, 한국어뿐 아니라 영어와 프랑스어 등 다국어를 지원하는 것이 특징이다.
덴컴은 미국 시장의 특성을 고려한 맞춤형 서비스도 준비 중이다. 미국 치과 시장은 네트워크 체계로 운영되어 적게는 150개에서 많으면 3,000개 병원이 하나의 헤드 오피스를 통해 의료 시스템을 통합 운영하고 있다. 덴컴은 이러한 시장 특성에 맞춘 솔루션을 제공할 예정이다.
특히 지난 2024년 뉴욕 치과 전시회 ‘GNYDM(Greater New York Dental Meeting)’에 참가해 여러 해외 업체들과 전략적 파트너십을 체결하는 등 AI 기반 치과 음성인식 솔루션의 시장성 및 적용 가능성을 확인한 덴컴은 이번 법인 설립을 통해 미국 현지 마케팅을 강화하고 파트너십을 확대하는 등 시장 침투율을 높여나갈 계획이다.

Global healthcare AI company Dencom (CEO Byung-Jun Lim) announced on the 19th that it has established a local corporation, 'AIzac AI Inc.' in Delaware, USA, and will begin full-scale global business expansion, focusing on the North American market.
AIzac AI Inc., a U.S. corporation established with 100% investment from Dencom, specializes in developing and supplying AI-based voice recognition dental solutions, and through the establishment of this North American corporation, plans to accelerate the introduction of AI technology in the U.S. dental market and expand its position in the global market.
Dencom developed 'Densper™', an AI voice recognition engine specialized in the dental field. Using this, it provides 'Voice Charting', which automatically records the doctor's voice during treatment as medical records, a multilingual consultation function that supports simultaneous interpretation for foreign patients, and 'Voice Viewer Controller', which allows doctors to control dental medical images such as computed tomography (CT) with their voice.
Densper™ combines dental-specific voice data learning and natural language processing technology to provide high-level voice recognition capabilities in the dental field. Its voice-to-text (STT) accuracy is over 99%, and it supports multiple languages, including Korean, English, and French.
Dencom is also preparing customized services that take into account the characteristics of the US market. The US dental market operates as a network system, with as few as 150 and as many as 3,000 hospitals operating integrated medical systems through a single head office. Dencom plans to provide solutions tailored to these market characteristics.
In particular, Dencom, which confirmed the marketability and applicability of AI-based dental voice recognition solutions by participating in the 2024 New York Dental Exhibition 'GNYDM (Greater New York Dental Meeting)' and signing strategic partnerships with several overseas companies, plans to increase its market penetration rate by strengthening local marketing in the US and expanding partnerships through the establishment of this corporation.
