‘헷지했지’는 부동산 금융과 AI 기술을 결합하여 청약 및 주택 매입 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 금융 리스크를 줄이는 서비스로, 청약 당첨자가 일정 기간 내에 아파트를 취득원가로 매도할 수 있는 매수청구권을 부여하여 주거 안정성과 자산 유동성을 확보하는 데 기여하고 있다. 이를 통해 KAP 한국자산매입은 국토교통부, 금융위원회, LH, DB손해보험, KB국민은행 등 다수의 공공·금융기관과 협력하며 사업의 신뢰성을 구축하고 있다.
