메타넷디엘은 5일, 150억 원 규모의 KAIST 차세대 통합정보시스템 구축 사업을 완료했다고 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 KAIST가 글로벌 IT 캠퍼스를 실현하고, 업무 전반의 실행계획 및 효율적인 운영을 체계적으로 지원할 수 있는 정보시스템을 도입하는 것을 목표로 추진됐다.
메타넷디엘은 KAIST와 협력하여 기존의 단편화된 IT 시스템을 통합하고, 학생과 연구자 중심의 디지털 환경을 구축했다. 이를 위해 프라이빗 클라우드 환경에 적합한 학사, 연구, 행정 시스템과 포털, 모바일 앱 등을 구축하여 업무 효율성을 극대화하고, 데이터 기반 의사결정 환경을 마련했다.
구체적으로 ▲성적, 수업, 장학, 졸업 등 학사 전반을 관리하는 ‘학사시스템’ ▲경영, 공간 관리, 인사 급여 관리, 자산 관리, 재무 회계 등 교원 업적을 관리하는 ‘일반행정시스템’ ▲연구 과제 관리, 연구비, 연구 통계 등을 관리하는 ‘연구행정시스템’ ▲포털 ▲모바일앱 등을 포함한 시스템이 완성되었다.
특히 메타넷디엘은 자사의 대학 종합 행정 솔루션인 ‘메타이포유(MetaE4U)’를 기반으로 KAIST에 최적화된 전사자원관리(ERP) 시스템을 구축했다. 이를 통해 노후화되어 지원이 중단된 오라클 ERP 패키지를 성공적으로 대체했다. 오라클 ERP 패키지를 국산 솔루션으로 교체한 것은 대학 행정 시스템 분야 최초의 사례로, 시스템 전반의 호환성을 높이고, 업무 처리의 비효율성을 해소하며 데이터 관리의 일관성을 확보한 성과를 이끌어냈다.
KAIST 차세대 통합정보시스템 사업을 총괄한 김민수 학술정보처장은 “대학의 추진 전략과 메타넷디엘의 기술 역량을 결합하여 프로젝트를 성공적으로 완료할 수 있었다. 효율화된 차세대 통합정보시스템을 통해 대학 경쟁력이 한층 강화될 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.
메타넷디엘 이창열 대표는 “KAIST의 차세대 통합정보시스템 구축을 통해 축적된 노하우는 국내 대학 ERP 표준 솔루션인 MetaE4U에 반영되어, 국내 대학들의 디지털 전환 수준을 한층 끌어올리는 데 기여할 것”이라며, “메타넷디엘은 국내 대학 정보화 선도 기업으로서 디지털 학습 분야 전반을 이끌어가며, AI 기반 MetaE4U 플랫폼을 통해 대학 정보화 생태계 발전에 앞장서겠다”고 밝혔다.

MetanetDL, KAIST Next-Generation Integrated Information System Construction Project Completed
MetanetDL announced on the 5th that it has completed the KAIST next-generation integrated information system construction project worth 15 billion won.
This project was promoted with the goal of enabling KAIST to realize a global IT campus and introducing an information system that can systematically support the execution plan and efficient operation of overall business.
MetanetDL has worked with KAIST to integrate existing fragmented IT systems and build a digital environment centered on students and researchers. To this end, it has built academic, research, and administrative systems, portals, and mobile apps suitable for a private cloud environment to maximize work efficiency and establish a data-based decision-making environment.
Specifically, the following systems have been completed: ▲‘Academic System’ that manages all aspects of academics, including grades, classes, scholarships, and graduation; ▲‘General Administration System’ that manages faculty performance, including management, space management, personnel and payroll management, asset management, and financial accounting; ▲‘Research Administration System’ that manages research project management, research expenses, and research statistics; ▲Portal; and ▲Mobile apps.
In particular, MetanetDL built an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system optimized for KAIST based on its university comprehensive administration solution, MetaE4U. Through this, it successfully replaced the outdated Oracle ERP package that was no longer supported. Replacing the Oracle ERP package with a domestic solution is the first case in the university administration system field, and it has led to the results of increasing compatibility across the system, resolving inefficiencies in work processing, and securing consistency in data management.
Kim Min-soo, the director of the Academic Information Center who oversaw the KAIST Next-Generation Integrated Information System project, said, “We were able to successfully complete the project by combining the university’s strategy and Metanet DL’s technological capabilities. We expect that the university’s competitiveness will be further enhanced through the streamlined next-generation integrated information system.”
Metanet DL CEO Lee Chang-yeol said, “The know-how accumulated through the construction of KAIST’s next-generation integrated information system will be reflected in MetaE4U, the standard ERP solution for domestic universities, and will contribute to further elevating the level of digital transformation of domestic universities.” He added, “As a leading company in domestic university informatization, Metanet DL will lead the entire digital learning field and take the lead in developing the university informatization ecosystem through the AI-based MetaE4U platform.”

特にメタネットディエルは、同社の大学総合行政ソリューションである「メタフォーユ(MetaE4U)」を基に、KAISTに最適化された転写資源管理(ERP)システムを構築した。これにより、老朽化してサポートが中断されたOracle ERPパッケージを正常に置き換えた。 Oracle ERPパッケージを国産ソリューションに置き換えたのは大学行政システム分野初の事例で、システム全体の互換性を高め、業務処理の非効率性を解消し、データ管理の一貫性を確保した成果を導いた。
KAIST次世代統合情報システム事業を総括したキム・ミンス学術情報処長は、「大学の推進戦略とメタネットディエルの技術力量を組み合わせてプロジェクトを成功裏に完了することができた。効率化された次世代統合情報システムを通じて大学競争力が一層強化されると期待する」と話した。
メタネットディエルイ・チャンヨル代表は「KAISTの次世代統合情報システム構築を通じて蓄積されたノウハウは国内大学ERP標準ソリューションであるMetaE4Uに反映され、国内大学のデジタル転換水準を一層引き上げるのに貢献するだろう」とし、「メタネットディエルは国内大学情報化先導企業としてデジタル学習分野全般をリードやる」と明らかにした。

MetanetDL a annoncé le 5 avoir achevé le projet de construction du système d'information intégré de nouvelle génération KAIST d'une valeur de 15 milliards de wons.
Ce projet a été promu dans le but de permettre au KAIST de réaliser un campus informatique mondial et d'introduire un système d'information capable de soutenir systématiquement le plan d'exécution et le fonctionnement efficace de l'ensemble de l'entreprise.
MetanetDL a collaboré avec KAIST pour intégrer les systèmes informatiques fragmentés existants et créer un environnement numérique centré sur les étudiants et les chercheurs. À cette fin, nous avons construit des systèmes académiques, de recherche et administratifs, des portails et des applications mobiles adaptés à un environnement de cloud privé pour maximiser l’efficacité du travail et établir un environnement de prise de décision basé sur les données.
Plus précisément, les systèmes suivants ont été réalisés : ▲« Système académique » qui gère tous les aspects académiques, y compris les notes, les cours, les bourses et l’obtention du diplôme ; ▲« Système d’administration générale » qui gère la performance du corps professoral, y compris la gestion, la gestion de l’espace, la gestion du personnel et de la paie, la gestion des actifs et la comptabilité financière ; ▲« Système d’administration de la recherche » qui gère la gestion des projets de recherche, les dépenses de recherche et les statistiques de recherche ; ▲Portail ; et ▲Applications mobiles.
En particulier, MetanetDL a construit un système de planification des ressources d'entreprise (ERP) optimisé pour KAIST basé sur sa solution administrative universitaire complète, « MetaE4U ». Cela a remplacé avec succès le package Oracle ERP vieillissant et non pris en charge. Le remplacement du progiciel Oracle ERP par une solution nationale est une première dans le domaine des systèmes d’administration universitaire et a conduit à une meilleure compatibilité du système, à la résolution des inefficacités dans le traitement du travail et à la cohérence dans la gestion des données.
