한화세미텍이 18일부터 20일까지(현지시각) 미국 캘리포니아 에너하임 컨벤션 센터에서 개최되는 IPC APEX EXPO 2025 전시회에 참가 한다고 19일 밝혔다.
IPC APEX EXPO는 북미 최대 표면실장기술(surface-mount technology, SMT) 전시회로 매년 전세계 400 여개 제조사가 장비를 출품하고 약 30,000 여명의 관람객이 방문 하는 업계 주요 전시회다. 표면실장이란 전자회로기판(PCB) 표면에 전자부품을 자동으로 장착하는 공정을 말한다.
국내 최초로 SMT 기술을 개발하고 36년간 칩마운터를 제조 및 판매하고 있는 한화세미텍은 고객들의 요구사항을 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 전방위 라인업 구성을 선보이며 관람객의 주목을 받았다.
다품종 대량생산에 적합한 XM520, 소품종 대량 생산 라인에 최적화된 HM520을 비롯해, HM520W도 관람객들에게 소개를 했다. HM520W는 이형 부품은 물론 초대형 기판까지 폭넓은 대응력을 갖추고 있다.
XM520 은 시간당 10 만점의 전자부품 칩(Chip)을 장착할 수 있는 범용 고속 칩마운터로 고정도 제어 시스템 적용으로 초소형 사이즈 부품은 물론, 이형부품까지 빠르고 정확한 실장이 가능하다. 제품의 우수성을 인정받아 24년 IPC APEX 전시에서 첫 공개 후 전자부품 및 제조기술 관련 전문지 Circuits Assembly에서 SMT 장비 고속기 부문 NPI (New Product Introduction) Award 를 수상했다.
SMT장비 외에도 최적의 생산계획부터 자재관리, 모니터링까지 생산라인의 가동 효율 극대화를 위한 통합 소프트웨어 솔루션 ‘T-Solution’ 도 이목을 끌었다.
생산 계획 수립 및 이력 관리를 할 수 있는 T-OLP를 비롯해 스마트폰, 태블릿 등 포터블 기기를 통해 생산설비를 원격으로 관리할 수 있는 T-Smart와 빅데이터 기반으로 장비의 유지보수 시기를 예측하여 알려주는 T-PNP 등을 영상으로 전시하여 관람객의 이해도를 높였다.
강태우 한화세미텍 미주법인장은 “당사의 비전인 ‘Advanced Manufacturing Solution Creator’를 목표로 하여, 미주 시장 고객들이 효율적이고 안정적으로 제품 생산을 할 수 있도록 지원할 예정,”이라며, “SMT시장을 선도하는 기업이 될 것”이라고 밝혔다.
한편 한화세미텍은 이번 3월 미국 전시를 시작으로 4월 2~4일 경기도 수원에서 진행되는 SSPA (Smart SMT & PCB Assembly)와 4월 22일부터 24일까지 중국 상해에서 열리는 NEPCON China에 참가할 예정이다. 국내외 전시 참가를 통해 고객사와의 접점을 늘리고, 국내 제조 장비 기술의 우수성을 세계에 알릴 예정이다.

Hanwha Semitec to Participate in 'IPC APEC Expo 2025'
Hanwha Semiconductor announced on the 19th that it will participate in the IPC APEX EXPO 2025 exhibition held at the Anaheim Convention Center in California, USA from the 18th to the 20th (local time).
IPC APEX EXPO is the largest surface-mount technology (SMT) exhibition in North America, and is a major industry exhibition where approximately 400 manufacturers from around the world exhibit their equipment and approximately 30,000 visitors visit every year. Surface mounting refers to the process of automatically mounting electronic components on the surface of an electronic circuit board (PCB).
Hanwha Semiconductor, which developed SMT technology for the first time in Korea and has been manufacturing and selling chip mounters for 36 years, attracted the attention of visitors by presenting a comprehensive lineup that can flexibly respond to customers' needs.
The XM520, which is suitable for mass production of multiple varieties, the HM520, which is optimized for mass production lines of small varieties, and the HM520W were also introduced to the visitors. The HM520W has a wide range of capabilities, from odd-shaped components to ultra-large substrates.
The XM520 is a general-purpose high-speed chip mounter capable of mounting 100,000 electronic component chips per hour. Its high-precision control system enables fast and accurate mounting of not only ultra-small components but also odd-shaped components. In recognition of its excellence, it was first unveiled at the 24-year IPC APEX exhibition, and was awarded the NPI (New Product Introduction) Award in the SMT equipment high-speed machine category by Circuits Assembly, a specialized magazine for electronic components and manufacturing technology.
In addition to SMT equipment, 'T-Solution', an integrated software solution for maximizing the operational efficiency of production lines from optimal production planning to material management and monitoring, also attracted attention.
The T-OLP, which can establish production plans and manage history, T-Smart, which can remotely manage production facilities using portable devices such as smartphones and tablets, and T-PNP, which predicts and informs of equipment maintenance periods based on big data, were displayed in video to increase visitors' understanding.
Kang Tae-woo, head of Hanwha Semiconductor America, said, “In line with our vision of becoming an ‘Advanced Manufacturing Solution Creator,’ we will support customers in the American market to efficiently and stably produce products,” and “We will become a leading company in the SMT market.”
Meanwhile, Hanwha Semitec will begin its exhibition in the US in March, and will participate in SSPA (Smart SMT & PCB Assembly) held in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province from April 2 to 4, and NEPCON China held in Shanghai, China from April 22 to 24. Through participation in domestic and international exhibitions, the company plans to increase contact points with customers and promote the excellence of domestic manufacturing equipment technology to the world.

IPC APEX EXPOは北米最大表面実装技術(surface-mount technology, SMT)展示会で、毎年世界400社以上のメーカーが装備を出品して約30,000人余りの観覧客が訪れる業界主要展示会だ。表面実装とは、電子回路基板（ＰＣＢ）表面に電子部品を自動的に装着する工程をいう。
韓国で初めてSMT技術を開発し、36年間チップマウンターを製造・販売しているハンファセミテックは、顧客の要求を柔軟に対応できる全方位ラインナップ構成を披露し、観覧客の注目を集めた。
多品種大量生産に適したXM520、小品種大量生産ラインに最適化されたHM520をはじめ、HM520Wも観覧客に紹介をした。 HM520Wは離型部品はもちろん、超大型基板まで幅広い対応力を備えている。
XM520は、1時間あたり10万点の電子部品チップ（Chip）を装着できる汎用高速チップマウンターで、高精度制御システムの適用で、超小型サイズ部品はもちろん、離型部品まで迅速かつ正確な実装が可能です。製品の優秀性を認められ、24年IPC APEX展示で初公開後、電子部品および製造技術関連専門誌 Circuits AssemblyでSMT機器高速機部門NPI(New Product Introduction) Awardを受賞した。

韩华半导体在韩国首次开发出SMT技术，并拥有36年贴片机制造和销售经验，此次参展的韩华半导体通过展示能够灵活响应客户需求的综合产品阵容，吸引了众多参观者的关注。
适合多品种大批量生产的XM520、针对小品种大批量生产线优化的HM520、HM520W等也向参观者进行了介绍。 HM520W 功能范围广泛，从异构组件到超大基板。
XM520是一款通用高速贴片机，每小时可贴装10万个电子元件芯片。其高精度控制系统可快速准确地贴装超小型元件甚至异形元件。为了表彰其产品的卓越性，该产品在举办了24届的IPC APEX展会上首次亮相，并荣获电子元件与制造技术专业杂志《Circuits Assembly》颁发的SMT设备高速类NPI（新产品介绍）奖。

Hanwha Semiconductor a annoncé le 19 qu'elle participerait à l'exposition IPC APEX EXPO 2025 qui se tiendra au Anaheim Convention Center en Californie, aux États-Unis, du 18 au 20 (heure locale).
IPC APEX EXPO est le plus grand salon de technologie de montage en surface (CMS) en Amérique du Nord et une exposition industrielle majeure où environ 400 fabricants du monde entier exposent leurs équipements et environ 30 000 visiteurs visitent chaque année. Le montage en surface fait référence au processus de montage automatique de composants électroniques sur la surface d'une carte de circuit imprimé (PCB).
Hanwha Semiconductor, qui a développé la technologie SMT pour la première fois en Corée et qui fabrique et vend des monteurs de puces depuis 36 ans, a attiré l'attention des visiteurs en présentant une gamme complète capable de répondre de manière flexible aux besoins des clients.
Le XM520, adapté à la production de masse de plusieurs variétés, le HM520, optimisé pour les lignes de production de masse de petites variétés, et le HM520W ont également été présentés aux visiteurs. Outre les équipements SMT, « T-Solution », une solution logicielle intégrée permettant de maximiser l'efficacité opérationnelle des lignes de production, de la planification optimale de la production à la gestion et à la surveillance des matériaux, a également attiré l'attention.
Le T-OLP, qui peut établir des plans de production et gérer l'historique, le T-Smart, qui peut gérer à distance les installations de production à l'aide d'appareils portables tels que les smartphones et les tablettes, et le T-PNP, qui prédit et informe des périodes de maintenance des équipements en fonction du big data, ont été présentés en vidéo pour accroître la compréhension des visiteurs.
