어치브모먼트(대표 김기현)가 초기 대학생 창업팀을 지원하기 위한 “2025 블레이버스 MVP 개발 해커톤”을 성공적으로 마무리했다고 31일 밝혔다. 이번 해커톤에는 고등학생 이상 PM/디자인/ 개발 등 분야에 관심있는 220명의 청년들이 참석했다.
심사위원으로서는 룬샷컴퍼니 홍정완 대표와 마이크로소프트 구명근 매니저, 강동구 청년해냄센터 손문규 센터장, 키즈노트 한동욱 개발리더 등이 참석하여 앱 구현 정도 및 사용자 맞춤에 대한 편의 성 등 평가대상으로 심사했다.
프로젝트관리 서비스, 블레이버스를 운영하는 어치브모먼트가 개최한 이번 해커톤은 혁신적인 아이템을 가지고 있는 창업팀과 프로젝트 참가를 통해 취업 포트폴리오를 쌓고 싶은 대학생, 취업준비생 등을 연결하여 실제 MVP를 구현할 수 있도록 하기 위해 진행되었다.
지난 1월에 어치브모먼트가 주최/주관한 “2025 블레이버스 성과공유회”에서 선정된 얼리어스팀(“요양보호사-노인 매칭서비스”)과 블리스팀(“헤어스타일 컨설팅 서비스”)의 창업아이템을 주제로 했다..
1일차에는 온라인 OT를 진행하면서 팀빌딩을 했고 2일차부터 11일차까지 온/오프라인으로 만나면서 블레이버스를 활용하여 팀미션 및 MVP 개발을 하였다. 그리고 파이널데이에 2개 팀의 창업아이템으로 앱 시현 및 PT 발표, 시상 등을 했다.
베스트 MVP 상을 받은 팀은 대학생으로 이뤄진 엘더루팡팀(얼리어스팀 주제)과 대학생, 취업준비생, 직장인으로 이뤄진 8 Hz(8 헤르즈, 블리스팀 주제)팀이 차지하며 각각 상금 50만원씩 전달했다.
테크 인사이트 상에는 대학생과 직장인으로 이뤄진 잔물결팀(얼리어스팀 주제)과 대학생 취업준비생으로 이뤄진 헤어색Chill… 팀(블리스팀 주제)이 수상과 더불어 각각 상금 50만원을 지급했다. 챌린저와 베스트 팀워크 상은 얼리어스팀 주제로 Becareful 팀과 붕어빵팀 수상했고 블리스 팀 주제로 할머리팀이 2관왕을 달성했다.
김기현 어치브모먼트 대표는 “창업팀과 개발팀이 소통을 통해 짧은 기간 내에 MVP를 제작하고 실제 앱을 구현을 할 수 있는 기회를 부여했다. 이 해커톤을 통해 자사 서비스로 상호 진행상황 공유로 개발에 대한시너지를 낼 수 있는 효과를 증명해냈다”며 “고객의 의견을 듣고 블레이버스 서비스 고도화를 통해 인재 검증을 할 수 있는 채용연계 플랫폼으로 거듭날 것”이라고 언급했다.
Achieve Moment, MVP Development Hackathon to Support College Student Startup Teams Completed
AchieveMoment (CEO Kihyun Kim) announced on the 31st that it successfully completed the “2025 Blavers MVP Development Hackathon” to support early-stage college student startup teams. 220 young people with an interest in PM/design/development, etc., from high school age and above, participated in this hackathon.

This hackathon, hosted by AchieveMoment, which operates the project management service Blavers, was held to connect startup teams with innovative items with college students and job seekers who want to build their employment portfolios through project participation, so that they can implement actual MVPs.
The topic was the startup items of Early Team (“Nursing Assistant-Elderly Matching Service”) and Bliss Team (“Hairstyle Consulting Service”) selected at the “2025 Blavers Achievement Sharing Session” hosted/organized by Achieve Moment last January.
On the first day, we did team building through online OT, and from the second day to the eleventh day, we met online and offline and used Blavers to develop team missions and MVPs. Then, on the final day, we had app demonstrations and PT presentations and awards with the startup items of the two teams.
The teams that received the Best MVP Award were the Elder Lupin team (theme of the Early Team) made up of college students and the 8 Hz (8 Hertz, theme of the Bliss Team) team made up of college students, job seekers, and office workers, each receiving a prize of 500,000 won.
In the Tech Insight Awards, the Ripples Team (Earlier Team theme) consisting of college students and office workers and the Hair Color Chill Team (Bliss Team theme) consisting of college students preparing for employment were awarded and each received a prize of 500,000 won. The Becareful Team and Bungeoppang Team won the Challenger and Best Teamwork Awards under the Early Team theme, while the Halmeori Team won two awards under the Bliss Team theme.
Kim Ki-hyun, CEO of Achieve Moment, said, “We gave the founding team and the development team a chance to communicate and create an MVP and implement an actual app in a short period of time. Through this hackathon, we were able to prove the effectiveness of creating synergy in development by sharing progress with each other through our own services.” He added, “We will listen to customer opinions and improve the Blavers service to transform into a recruitment-linked platform that can verify talent.”

アチブモーメント（代表キム・ギヒョン）が初期大学生創業チームを支援するための「2025ブレイバーズMVP開発ハッカートン」を成功裏に終えたと31日明らかにした。今回のハッカートンには高校生以上のPM/デザイン/開発など分野に関心を持つ220人の青年たちが参加した。
審査委員としては、ルーンショットカンパニーのホン・ジョンワン代表とマイクロソフトの救命筋マネージャー、カン・ドング区青年海賊センターソン・ムンギュセンター長、キッズノート・ハン・ドンウク開発リーダーなどが参加し、アプリ実装の程度やユーザーのカスタマイズに対する利便性など評価対象として審査した。
プロジェクト管理サービス、ブレイバースを運営するアーチブモーメントが開催した今回のハッカートンは、革新的なアイテムを持っている創業チームとプロジェクト参加を通じて就職ポートフォリオを積みたい大学生、就職準備生などを連結して実際のMVPを実装できるようにするために行われた。
去る1月にアチーブモーメントが主催/主管した「2025ブレイバーズ成果共有会」で選ばれたイリアスチーム（「療養保護者-老人マッチングサービス」）とブリスチーム（「ヘアスタイルコンサルティングサービス」）の創業アイテムをテーマにした。
1日目にはオンラインOTを進めてチームビルディングを行い、2日目から11日目までオン/オフラインで会い、ブレイバースを活用してチームミッションとMVP開発を行った。そしてファイナルデーに2チームの創業アイテムとしてアプリの視現やPT発表、授賞などを行った。
ベストMVP賞を受けたチームは大学生で行われたエルダールパンチーム（アリアスチームテーマ）と大学生、就職準備生、会社員で行われた8Hz（8ヘルズ、ブリスチームテーマ）チームが占め、それぞれ賞金50万ウォンずつ配信した。
テックインサイト賞には大学生と会社員で構成された波紋チーム（アリアスチームテーマ）と大学生就職準備生で行われたヘアカラーChill…チーム（ブリスチームテーマ）が受賞に加え、それぞれ賞金５０万ウォンを支給した。チャレンジャーとベストチームワーク賞は、イリアスチームのテーマでBecarefulチームとパンパンチームを受賞し、ブリスチームのテーマでハルリーチームが2冠王を達成した。

AchieveMoment（代表：Kihyun Kim）31日宣布，成功完成了旨在支持早期大学生创业团队的“2025 Blavers MVP Development Hackathon”。本次黑客马拉松共有220名对PM/设计/开发感兴趣的高中以上年轻人参加。
评委包括Runshot公司首席执行官洪正完、微软公司经理具明根、江东区青少年海南中心主任孙文圭以及Kidsnote开发负责人韩东旭，他们对应用程序的实现水平和用户定制的便利性进行了评估。
本次黑客马拉松由运营项目管理服务公司Blavers的AchieveMoment主办，目的是将拥有创新项目的创业团队与希望通过参与项目来构建就业组合的大学生和求职者联系起来，从而实现真正的MVP。
本次主题为去年一月份由Achieve Moment主办的“2025开拓者成就分享会”上，Early Team（“护理助理-长者匹配服务”）和Bliss Team（“发型咨询服务”）两个团队入选的创业项目。
第一天我们通过线上OT进行团队建设，第二天到第十一天通过线上线下见面，利用Blavers制定团队任务和MVP。最后一天，两支队伍通过应用程序演示、PT演示、颁奖等形式，展示了自己的创业项目。
荣获最佳MVP奖的队伍分别是由大学生组成的Elder Lupin队（Early Team的主题）和由大学生、求职者、上班族组成的8 Hz（8赫兹，Bliss Team的主题）队，各获得50万韩元的奖金。
Tech Insights 有由大学生和在职成年人组成的团队（Earlier Team主题）和由准备就业的大学生组成的团队Hair Color Chill…团队（Bliss Team主题），除了获得奖项外，还分别获得了50万韩元的奖金。挑战者奖和最佳团队合作奖分别由早期团队主题的 Becareful 队和 Bungeoppang 队获得，而幸福团队主题的 Halmeori 队则获得了双重荣誉。

AchieveMoment (PDG Kihyun Kim) a annoncé le 31 avoir terminé avec succès le « 2025 Blavers MVP Development Hackathon » pour soutenir les équipes de startups étudiantes en phase de démarrage. Ce hackathon a réuni 220 jeunes du lycée et plus intéressés par la gestion de projet/conception/développement.
Les juges comprenaient Hong Jeong-wan, PDG de Runshot Company, Ku Myeong-geun, directeur de Microsoft, Son Moon-gyu, directeur du Gangdong-gu Youth Hae-nam Center, et Han Dong-wook, responsable du développement de Kidsnote, qui ont évalué le niveau de mise en œuvre de l'application et la commodité de la personnalisation de l'utilisateur.

Le premier jour, nous avons fait du team building via OT en ligne, et du deuxième au onzième jour, nous nous sommes rencontrés en ligne et hors ligne et avons développé des missions d'équipe et des MVP en utilisant Blavers. Et le dernier jour, deux équipes ont présenté leurs produits de démarrage à travers des démonstrations d'applications, des présentations PT et des récompenses.
Les équipes qui ont reçu le prix du meilleur MVP étaient l'équipe Elder Lupin (thème de l'Early Team) composée d'étudiants et l'équipe 8 Hz (8 Hertz, thème de l'équipe Bliss) composée d'étudiants, de demandeurs d'emploi et d'employés de bureau, chacune recevant un prix de 500 000 wons.
Tech Insights dispose d'une équipe composée d'étudiants et d'adultes qui travaillent (thème de l'équipe précédente) et d'une équipe composée d'étudiants qui se préparent à l'emploi, Hair Color Chill… L'équipe (thème de l'équipe Bliss) a reçu un prix de 500 000 wons chacun ainsi que le prix. Les prix Challenger et Best Teamwork ont été décernés à l'équipe Becareful et à l'équipe Bungeoppang avec le thème Early Team, tandis que l'équipe Halmeori a obtenu le double honneur avec le thème Bliss Team.
Kim Ki-hyun, PDG d'Achieve Moment, a déclaré : « Nous avons donné à l'équipe fondatrice et à l'équipe de développement l'occasion de communiquer, de créer un MVP et de déployer une application concrète en peu de temps.
