국방 AI 리딩 컴퍼니 펀진은 지난 3월 25일부터 30일까지 호주 멜버른에서 개최된 ‘2025 아발론 호주 국제에어쇼’를 마쳤다고 밝혔다.
특히, 펀진은 글로벌 사업을 확대 중인 한화시스템과 호주향 공동 홍보를 추진한다. 이를 통해 호주 시장 공략은 물론, 해외수출을 위한 발판을 마련했다는 평가다.
또한, 펀진은 유럽 시장 진출을 위한 첫 발도 내딛었다. 슬로바키아의 고정익 드론 제조사 ‘R-DAS’와 AI기반 지능형 의사결정 솔루션 사업 협력을 체결했다.
이번 에어쇼에서는 호주의 광활한 국토와 해양을 방어하기 위한 유·무인 복합체계(MUM-T)가 가장 큰 화두였다. MUM-T의 핵심요소인 ‘지휘관의 신속한 의사 결정을 돕는’ 펀진의 독자적인 AI 솔루션 ‘KWM(Kill-Web Matching)’이 큰 주목을 받았다.
AI 기반으로 최적의 공격 조합을 분석하는 KWM은 전장에서 적 표적을 신속하게 식별하고, 최적의 무기체계 조합을 추천하는 국방 AI 참모 솔루션이다. 지난해 6월 육군 시범운용에 성공하며 국내에서는 기술력을 인정받았고, 올 1월에 개최된 CES 2025에 이어 이번 전시회에서도 국내를 넘어 글로벌 시장까지 공략이 가능함을 확인했다.
이와 관련, SDR(Software Defined Robot) 기반 AI 솔루션의 현지화 가능성을 높이고, 신성장 동력을 확보했다고 회사측은 밝혔다.

Funzin wraps up '2025 Avalon Australian International Air Show'
Defense AI leading company Funzin announced that it has completed the '2025 Avalon Australian International Air Show' held in Melbourne, Australia from March 25th to 30th.
