이화여자대학교 산학협력단은 3월 31일 서울홍릉강소특구와 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약을 통해 이화여대 산학협력단과 서울홍릉강소특구는 바이오, AI, 양자 분야의 기술사업화 활성화를 위해 상호 협력할 예정이다. 주요 협력 사항으로는 △국가전략기술 분야 산업 육성을 위한 전주기적 사업화 지원 △기술사업화 우수 기술 및 기업 수요 발굴 △공동연구, 기술이전 및 창업·벤처시장 활성화 △R&D 파트너링 및 글로벌 네트워크 강화 등이 포함된다.
이화여대 산학협력단은 ‘포용적 혁신으로 대전환 시대를 선도하는 이화’라는 비전에 맞추어 ‘퍼스트무버형 연구 리더십 구축’, ‘토털 창의·융복합 기술사업화 플랫폼 구축’, ‘지속가능한 산학연 혁신 공유·협업 생태계 구축’ 등의 중점 과제를 추진하고 있다. 특히 기술사업화센터(센터장 송현의)를 중심으로 기업 및 지역 사회와 협력하여 우수 지식재산권 창출, 기술이전, 창업까지 이어지는 전 과정을 적극 지원하고 있다.
서울홍릉강소특구는 과학기술정보통신부로부터 지정된 서울 유일의 강소연구개발 특구로, 글로벌 바이오 의료 산업 혁신 클러스터를 목표로 서울 동부권의 홍릉을 중심으로 바이오와 의료기업 및 산업의 성장과 기술사업화를 지원하고 있다.
조윌렴 이화여대 산학협력단장은 “이번 협약을 통해 서울 동부권 대표 바이오 클러스터인 서울홍릉강소특구와 이화여대, 마곡 M-밸리가 포함된 서울 서부권 바이오 클러스터 간의 유기적인 협력체계를 통해 서울시 바이오 클러스터 생태계를 확산시킬 수 있는 발판을 마련했다”며, “AI와 양자 분야로 협력 범위를 확대하겠다”고 기대감을 밝혔다.
임환 서울홍릉강소특구 단장은 “이번 협약을 통해 바이오 클러스터인 홍릉강소특구와 기술사업화의 산실이자 글로벌 스타트업 육성기관으로 성장하고 있는 이화여대 산학협력단이 상호 협력한다면, 대한민국을 대표하는 혁신 바이오·AI·양자 분야 기술사업화 생태계를 구축할 수 있을 것”이라고 강조했다.

Ewha Womans University Industry-Academic Cooperation Group Signs Business Agreement with Seoul Hongneung Gangso Special Zone
Ewha Womans University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation announced on March 31 that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with the Seoul Hongneung Special Zone .
Through this agreement, Ewha Womans University Industry-Academic Cooperation Group and Seoul Hongneung Special Zone will cooperate to activate technology commercialization in the bio, AI, and quantum fields. Key areas of cooperation include: △Full-cycle commercialization support for fostering industries in national strategic technology fields; △Discovering excellent technology and corporate demand for technology commercialization; △Joint research, technology transfer, and activation of startup and venture markets; △R&D partnering and strengthening of global networks.
Ewha Womans University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation is pursuing key tasks such as ‘building first-mover research leadership’, ‘building a total creative and convergent technology commercialization platform’, and ‘building a sustainable industry-academia-research innovation sharing and collaboration ecosystem’ in line with the vision of ‘Ewha leading the era of great transformation through inclusive innovation’. In particular, the Technology Commercialization Center (Director Song Hyeon-ui) is actively supporting the entire process from excellent intellectual property rights creation to technology transfer and startup in cooperation with companies and local communities.
The Seoul Hongneung Special Zone for Small and Medium Businesses is the only special zone for small and medium-sized businesses in Seoul designated by the Ministry of Science and ICT. It supports the growth and commercialization of bio and medical companies and industries, centered around Hongneung in eastern Seoul, with the goal of becoming a global bio-medical industry innovation cluster.
Cho Will-ryum, the director of the Industry-Academic Cooperation Group at Ewha Womans University, said, “Through this agreement, we have laid the foundation to expand the Seoul bio cluster ecosystem through an organic cooperation system between the Seoul Hongneung Special Zone, a representative bio cluster in the eastern part of Seoul, and the western Seoul bio cluster that includes Ewha Womans University and Magok M-Valley,” and expressed his expectations by saying, “We will expand the scope of cooperation to AI and quantum fields.”
Lim Hwan, head of the Seoul Hongneung Special Zone, emphasized, “If the Hongneung Special Zone, a bio cluster, and the Ewha Womans University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, which is growing as a technology commercialization incubator and global startup incubation organization, cooperate through this agreement, we will be able to build an innovative bio, AI, and quantum technology commercialization ecosystem that represents Korea.”

梨花女子大学産学協力団は3月31日、ソウル洪陵江蘇特別区と業務協約(MOU)を締結したと明らかにした。

ソウル洪陵江蘇特区は科学技術情報通信部から指定されたソウル唯一の江蘇研究開発特区で、グローバルバイオ医療産業革新クラスターを目標にソウル東部圏の洪陵を中心にバイオと医療企業及び産業の成長と技術事業化を支援している。
チョウィルリョン梨花女子大学産学協力団長は「今回の条約を通じてソウル東部圏代表バイオクラスターであるソウル洪陵江蘇特区と梨花女子大学、マゴクM-バレーが含まれたソウル西部圏バイオクラスター間の有機的な協力体系を通じてソウル市バイオクラスター生態系を拡散させることになった」だ。

梨花女子大学产学合作团与首尔市洪陵江西特区签署业务协议
梨花女子大学产学合作基金会3月31日宣布，该基金会与首尔洪陵特区签署了业务协议（MOU）。
通过该协议，梨花女子大学产学合作基金会和首尔洪陵特区将相互合作，促进生物、人工智能和量子领域的技术商业化。重点合作领域包括：△支持全周期商业化，培育国家战略技术领域产业； △发现优秀技术及企业对技术商业化的需求； △联合研究、技术转让、激活初创企业和风险投资市场； △加强研发伙伴关系和全球网络。

首尔洪陵中小企业特区是韩国科学技术信息通信部指定的首尔市唯一的中小企业特区。它以首尔东部的洪陵为中心，支持生物和医疗公司和产业的发展和商业化，目标是成为全球生物医药产业创新集群。
梨花女子大学产学合作组长赵威淋表示，“通过此次协议，我们将通过首尔东部代表性生物集群首尔洪陵特区和梨花女子大学、麻谷M-Valley等首尔西部生物集群之间的有机合作体系，为扩大首尔生物集群生态系统奠定基础”，并表示，“将把合作范围扩大到AI和量子领域”。
首尔洪陵特区长任焕强调，“如果生物集群洪陵特区和作为技术商业化孵化器及全球创业孵化机构不断成长的梨花女子大学产学合作基金会通过此次协议进行合作，将能够构建代表韩国的创新型生物、AI、量子技术商业化生态系统”。

La Fondation de coopération industrielle et académique de l'Université féminine d'Ewha a annoncé le 31 mars avoir signé un accord commercial (MOU) avec la zone spéciale de Séoul Hongneung .
Grâce à cet accord, la Fondation de coopération industrielle et académique de l'Université féminine d'Ewha et la zone spéciale de Séoul Hongneung coopéreront pour activer la commercialisation de technologies dans les domaines de la bio, de l'IA et du quantique. Les principaux domaines de coopération comprennent : △Le soutien à la commercialisation du cycle complet pour favoriser les industries dans les domaines technologiques stratégiques nationaux ; △ Découvrir d’excellentes technologies et la demande des entreprises en matière de commercialisation de technologies ; △Recherche conjointe, transfert de technologie et activation des marchés de startups et de capital-risque ; △Renforcement des partenariats de R&D et des réseaux mondiaux.
Français Conformément à la vision « Ewha menant l'ère de la grande transformation grâce à l'innovation inclusive », la Fondation de coopération industrie-université de l'Université féminine Ewha poursuit des tâches clés telles que « la construction d'un leadership de recherche de type pionnier », « la construction d'une plate-forme de commercialisation technologique totalement créative et convergente » et « la construction d'un écosystème durable de partage et de collaboration de l'innovation entre l'industrie, le monde universitaire et la recherche ». En particulier, le Centre de commercialisation des technologies (directeur Song Hyeon-ui) soutient activement l'ensemble du processus, depuis la création d'excellents droits de propriété intellectuelle, le transfert de technologie et le démarrage par la coopération avec les entreprises et les communautés locales.
La zone spéciale de Séoul Hongneung pour les petites et moyennes entreprises est la seule zone spéciale pour les petites et moyennes entreprises de Séoul désignée par le ministère des Sciences et des TIC. Il soutient la croissance et la commercialisation des entreprises et industries biomédicales et médicales, centrées autour de Hongneung, dans l'est de Séoul, dans le but de devenir un pôle mondial d'innovation dans le secteur biomédical.
Cho Will-ryum, directeur du groupe de coopération industrie-université de l'université féminine d'Ewha, a déclaré : « Grâce à cet accord, nous avons posé les bases de l'expansion de l'écosystème du bio-cluster de Séoul grâce à un système de coopération organique entre la zone spéciale de Séoul Hongneung, un bio-cluster représentatif de l'est de Séoul, et le bio-cluster de l'ouest de Séoul qui comprend l'université féminine d'Ewha et Magok M-Valley », et a exprimé ses attentes en déclarant : « Nous allons étendre le champ de coopération aux domaines de l'IA et de la quantique. »
Lim Hwan, directeur de la zone spéciale Hongneung de Séoul, a souligné : « Si la zone spéciale Hongneung, un pôle biologique, et la Fondation de coopération industrielle et académique de l'Université féminine d'Ewha, qui se développe en tant qu'incubateur de commercialisation de technologies et organisation mondiale d'incubation de startups, coopèrent dans le cadre de cet accord, nous serons en mesure de construire un écosystème innovant de commercialisation de technologies biologiques, d'IA et quantiques qui représente la Corée. »
