㈜니즈퍼샌드와 ㈜펑크비즘은 글로벌 NFT 콘텐츠 문화 확장과 게임파이 생태계 구축을 공동으로 추진하기 위해 양해각서(MOU)를 체결했다고 밝혔다.
양사는 이번 협약을 통해 NFT 마켓플레이스 고도화 및 블록체인 게임 생태계 활성화를 목표로 협력할 예정이다. 두 회사는 국내외 NFT 콘텐츠 연구개발(R&D)과 거버넌스 강화를 통해 NFT 플랫폼의 발전을 도모하고, 게임파이 플랫폼의 마케팅과 글로벌 네트워크 구축을 위한 상호 협력에 나설 계획이다.
또한, 양사는 메신저 내 게임 중계 플랫폼 구축과 토마톡 스테이킹 풀 내 스왑풀 구축을 진행할 예정이다. 이를 통해 솔라나(Solana) 기반의 토큰 교환 기능을 설계하여 사용자에게 더욱 확장된 서비스를 제공할 예정이다.
㈜니즈퍼샌드가 제공하는 서비스인 블록체인 디파이 메신저 ‘토마톡(TomaTok)’은 120여개 국가에서 실시간 통번역 채팅 서비스, 프리콜, 영상 통화 기능을 제공한다. 또한, 자체 게임 서비스 및 블록체인 게임 도입을 통해 사용자는 암호화폐 자산 관리 및 채팅 서비스 등 블록체인 기술 기반의 다양한 편리한 앱 서비스를 이용할 수 있다. 향후 AI 기능이 탑재될 예정으로, 더 많은 글로벌 유저들에게 유용한 서비스를 제공할 계획이다.
