제주국제자유도시개발센터(이사장 양영철, 이하 JDC)는 제주첨단과학기술단지 및 Route330 입주기업의 IR 역량 강화와 실질적인 투자유치 기회 제공을 위해 신기술사업금융회사인 프렌드투자파트너스(대표 신진철)와 협력 ‘2025년 투자-컨설팅 연계 프로그램’을 본격 추진한다고 밝혔다.
해당 프로그램에서 JDC는 기획, 기업 모집, 운영 및 유관 자원 연계 등을 총괄하며, 프렌드투자파트너스는 최대 30억 원 규모의 투자 및 전문 컨설팅을 지원한다
지난 3월 12일 입주기업 대상 사전 설명회를 통해 약 30개 기업의 참여 의사를 확인했으며, 3월 24일에는 위놉스(실감형 콘텐츠), 큐비즘(드론), 페리지에어로스페이스(우주항공) 등 3개 기업과의 사전 컨설팅을 통해 현장 수요와 기업 맞춤형 지원의 필요성을 점검하고 프로그램 추진의 실효성을 확인했다.
JDC는 펀드 출자와 정부 R&D 공동 유치, 유관 부서 사업과의 연계를 통한 다층적 성장지원 체계를 구축해 단순한 재정지원을 넘어 제주 내에서도 투자유치가 가능한 창업 생태계 조성에 주력하고 있다.
프렌드투자파트너스는 운용자산(AUM) 3,400억 원 규모의 투자전문사로 참여 기업 대상 IR 자료 작성, 피칭코칭, 실전 발표 등 실무 중심의 컨설팅과 직접 투자를 병행하며 실질적 성과 창출을 도모할 예정이다.
이번 프로그램은 ‘투자 트랙’과 ‘컨설팅 트랙’으로 병행 운영되며, 4월 7일부터 25일까지 참여 기업을 모집한 뒤 서류 심사를 거쳐 IR 피칭, 멘토링, 투자 심의 및 후속 미팅을 통해 우수 기업에 대한 직접 투자로 연계될 예정이다. 특히 IR 발표에는 프렌드투자파트너스 외 국내 주요 벤처캐피탈(VC) 3곳이 참여할 예정으로 참여 기업은 다양한 투자자와의 네트워킹 기회를 얻게 된다.
한편 지난 2024년 시범 프로그램에서 네이처모빌리티, 드로닉, 쉐코, 트렌토시스템즈 등 4개사가 최종 IR 발표에 참여했으며, 이 중 쉐코(대표 권기성)는 10억 원의 투자 유치 성과를 거둔 바 있다.
프렌드투자파트너스 김명진 상무는 “JDC와 함께 제주지역 기업들을 지속적으로 살펴보고 협력해오는 과정에서 이들 기업이 보유한 기술력과 시장 확장 가능성에 대해 충분한 잠재력을 확인할 수 있었다”며 “이번 프로그램을 통해 유망 기업들의 성장을 실질적인 투자로 연결하고 사업 검토와 투자 연계를 통해 성과 중심의 협력 모델을 구축해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Jeju International Free City Development Center, '2025 Investment-Consulting Linkage Program' Promotion
Jeju International Free City Development Center (Chairman Yang Young-cheol, hereinafter JDC) announced that it will fully launch the '2025 Investment-Consulting Linkage Program' in cooperation with Friend Investment Partners (CEO Shin Jin-cheol), a new technology business finance company, to strengthen the IR capabilities of companies located in Jeju Science and Technology Complex and Route 330 and to provide practical investment attraction opportunities.
In this program, JDC will oversee planning, corporate recruitment, operation, and related resource linkage, while Friend Investment Partners will provide investment and professional consulting of up to 3 billion won.
Through a preliminary briefing session for companies to move in held on March 12, we confirmed the participation of approximately 30 companies, and on March 24, through preliminary consulting with three companies, including Winops (realistic content), Cubism (drones), and Perigee Aerospace (aerospace), we checked the on-site demand and the need for customized support for companies, and confirmed the effectiveness of the program.
JDC is focusing on creating a startup ecosystem that can attract investment within Jeju beyond simple financial support by establishing a multi-layered growth support system through fund investment, joint government R&D attraction, and linkage with related department projects.
Friend Investment Partners is an investment firm with assets under management (AUM) of KRW 340 billion. It will provide practical consulting services such as writing IR materials for participating companies, pitching coaching, and actual presentations, as well as direct investment, to create tangible results.
This program will be operated in parallel as an 'Investment Track' and a 'Consulting Track', and after recruiting participating companies from April 7 to 25, they will undergo document screening and direct investment in excellent companies through IR pitching, mentoring, investment deliberation, and follow-up meetings. In particular, Friend Investment Partners and three other major domestic venture capitals (VCs) will participate in the IR presentation, so participating companies will have networking opportunities with various investors.
Meanwhile, in the pilot program in 2024, four companies including NatureMobility, Dronic, Sheco, and Trento Systems participated in the final IR presentation, and among them, Sheco (CEO Kwon Ki-seong) achieved the result of attracting 1 billion won in investment.

フレンド投資パートナーズは運用資産（ＡＵＭ）３４００億ウォン規模の投資専門会社で、参加企業対象ＩＲ資料作成、ピッチングコーチング、実戦発表など実務中心のコンサルティングと直接投資を並行して実質成果創出を図る予定だ。
今回のプログラムは「投資トラック」と「コンサルティングトラック」で並行運営され、4月7日から25日まで参加企業を募集した後、書類審査を経てIRピッチング、メンタリング、投資審議および後続ミーティングを通じて優秀企業への直接投資に連携される予定だ。特にIR発表にはフレンド投資パートナーのほか国内主要ベンチャーキャピタル(VC)3ヶ所が参加する予定で参加企業は多様な投資家とのネットワーキング機会を得ることになる。
一方、2024年のパイロットプログラムで、ネイチャーモビリティ、ドロニック、シェコ、トレントシステムズなど4社が最終IR発表に参加し、このうちシェコ（代表権気性）は10億ウォンの投資誘致成果を収めた。
