코리아스타트업포럼(이하 코스포)은 벤처기업협회, 한국벤처캐피탈협회와 함께 글로벌 스타트업 페스티벌 컴업(COMEUP)의 주관기관으로 선정됐다고 8일 밝혔다. 코스포는 2022년부터 3년 연속 컴업을 성공적으로 주관해온 경험을 바탕으로, 이번에는 벤처기업협회(회장 송병준, 이하 벤기협)와 한국벤처캐피탈협회(회장 김학균, 이하 VC협회)와 함께 컨소시엄을 구성해 더 완성도 높은 컴업을 만들어 갈 예정이다.
컴업은 2019년부터 중소벤처기업부의 주최로 글로벌 스타트업 행사로 개편된 후, 2022년부터 코스포가 주관하여 스타트업 지원 민간기관으로서의 전문성을 발휘해왔다. 특히 2024년 컴업은 45개국 260여 개 스타트업이 참가할 예정이며, 역대 최대 규모로 개최되어 국제적 위상을 더욱 확고히 할 것으로 예상된다.
올해 컴업은 더욱 다양한 스타트업의 참여를 유도하고 글로벌 영향력을 극대화하기 위해 주관기관 공모를 진행했고, 그 결과 코스포, 벤기협, VC협회가 포함된 컨소시엄이 최종적으로 선정되었다. 이를 통해 2025년 컴업 운영은 ▲코리아스타트업포럼(스타트업 생태계 성장) ▲벤처기업협회(벤처기업 참여 및 오픈이노베이션) ▲한국벤처캐피탈협회(벤처투자 활성화) 등 3개 기관이 각기 다른 전문성을 결합하여, 글로벌 스타트업 페스티벌로 도약할 수 있도록 총력을 기울일 계획이다.
코스포는 지난 3년간 컴업 운영을 통해 쌓은 글로벌 네트워크와 스타트업 지원 경험을 바탕으로, 더욱 강력한 글로벌 협력 및 혁신적인 프로그램을 선보일 예정이다. 이를 통해 ▲혁신 스타트업 참여 확대 ▲실질적인 투자 기회 증대 ▲대·중견·벤처기업 유입 증대 등을 목표로 하여 컴업의 규모를 확장할 예정이다. 또한, 스타트업들이 성장할 수 있는 맞춤형 지원과 글로벌 무대에서 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있도록 투자 연계와 기업 매칭 프로그램을 강화할 계획이다.
벤처기업협회와 한국벤처캐피탈협회는 각 기관의 특성에 맞춰 컴업 본행사를 준비할 예정이다. 벤기협은 벤처기업의 참여를 최대화하고, 오픈이노베이션을 통해 대기업 및 중견기업과 스타트업 간 협력을 활성화하며, 기술 협업 및 시장 확장을 위한 다양한 네트워크를 제공할 예정이다. VC협회는 스타트업과 벤처투자자 간의 교류 활성화에 주력하며, 투자 유망기업을 위한 피칭 세션과 1:1 미팅, 글로벌 투자자 초청 프로그램 등 실질적인 투자 연계 기회를 마련할 예정이다.
컴업 2025 주관기관들은 상반기 내에 자문위원회 구성, 참가기업 모집, 본행사 홍보, 선발기업 후속 지원 프로그램 운영 등을 차별화된 사전 프로그램으로 준비할 예정이다.
송병준 벤처기업협회 회장은 “협회는 혁신적인 벤처생태계 조성에 힘쓰며, 생태계의 다양한 주체들의 성장 기반을 다져왔다”며, “이번 컴업에서 대·중견·벤처기업 간 상호 협력 가능한 채널 구축과 오픈이노베이션 활성화를 통해 함께 성장할 수 있도록 힘쓰겠다”고 말했다.
김학균 한국벤처캐피탈협회 회장은 “VC협회는 벤처투자를 선도하는 대표적인 협회로서 벤처캐피탈산업의 선진화를 이끌며, 유망 스타트업과 창업기업의 스케일업을 지원해왔다”며, “전 세계 스타트업 생태계에서 컴업을 계기로 실질적인 투자 유치 성과를 이룰 수 있도록 효율적인 프로그램을 기획하고, 지속 가능한 성장 기반을 마련하겠다”고 밝혔다.
한상우 코리아스타트업포럼 의장은 “지난 3년간 컴업을 운영하며 전 세계 스타트업들이 글로벌 무대로 혁신을 펼칠 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 지원해왔다”며, “올해 컴업은 그간의 운영 역량을 기반으로 스케일업에 집중할 예정이며, 스타트업의 성장 단계별 지원과 글로벌 진출에 실질적인 도움을 줄 수 있는 진정한 글로벌 플랫폼이 될 것”이라고 포부를 밝혔다.

COSPO X Venture Business Association X Korea Venture Capital Association, 'Come Up 2025' Host Organization Selected
Korea Startup Forum (hereinafter referred to as COMEUP) announced on the 8th that it has been selected as the organizing organization for the global startup festival COMEUP, together with the Korea Venture Business Association and the Korea Venture Capital Association. Based on its experience of successfully hosting COMEUP for three consecutive years since 2022, COMEUP will form a consortium with the Korea Venture Business Association (Chairman Song Byung-jun, hereinafter referred to as VC Association) and the Korea Venture Capital Association (Chairman Kim Hak-gyun, hereinafter referred to as VC Association) to create a more complete COMEUP.
Since 2019, ComeUp has been reorganized as a global startup event hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, and since 2022, it has been hosted by KOSPO, demonstrating its expertise as a private organization supporting startups. In particular, the 2024 ComeUp is expected to be held on the largest scale ever, with approximately 260 startups from 45 countries expected to participate, further solidifying its international status.
This year, ComeUp held a public contest to select a host organization in order to encourage more diverse startup participation and maximize global influence, and as a result, a consortium including KOSPO, Venture Business Association, and VC Association was finally selected. Through this, the operation of ComeUp in 2025 will be an all-out effort to enable the three organizations of ▲Korea Startup Forum (startup ecosystem growth), ▲Venture Business Association (venture business participation and open innovation), and ▲Korea Venture Capital Association (venture investment activation) to combine their different expertise so that it can leap forward as a global startup festival.
Based on the global network and startup support experience accumulated through the operation of ComeUp for the past three years, COSPO plans to present stronger global cooperation and innovative programs. Through this, the scale of ComeUp will be expanded with the goals of ▲ expanding participation of innovative startups ▲ increasing real investment opportunities ▲ increasing the inflow of large, medium, and venture companies. In addition, we plan to strengthen investment linkage and corporate matching programs to provide customized support for startups to grow and to become competitive on the global stage.
The Korea Venture Business Association and the Korea Venture Capital Association will prepare the main event of ComeUp according to the characteristics of each organization. The Korea Venture Capital Association will maximize the participation of venture companies, activate cooperation between large and medium-sized companies and startups through open innovation, and provide various networks for technology collaboration and market expansion. The VC Association will focus on activating exchanges between startups and venture capitalists, and will provide practical investment linkage opportunities such as pitching sessions for promising companies, 1:1 meetings, and global investor invitation programs.
The organizing organizations of ComeUp 2025 plan to prepare differentiated pre-programs within the first half of the year, including forming an advisory committee, recruiting participating companies, promoting the main event, and operating follow-up support programs for selected companies.
Song Byeong-jun, chairman of the Korea Venture Business Association, said, “The association has been working hard to create an innovative venture ecosystem and has laid the foundation for the growth of various entities in the ecosystem,” and added, “In this ComeUp, we will work to build channels for mutual cooperation between large, medium, and venture companies and to activate open innovation so that we can grow together.”
Kim Hak-gyun, chairman of the Korea Venture Capital Association, said, “The VC Association is a leading association in venture investment, and has been leading the advancement of the venture capital industry and supporting the scale-up of promising startups and start-ups.” He added, “We will plan efficient programs so that the global startup ecosystem can achieve tangible investment attraction results through ComeUp, and establish a foundation for sustainable growth.”
Han Sang-woo, Chairman of the Korea Startup Forum, said, “Over the past three years, we have operated ComeUp and supported various programs that allowed startups around the world to innovate on the global stage.” He added, “This year, ComeUp will focus on scale-up based on our operational capabilities so far, and we hope that it will become a truly global platform that can provide support for startups at each stage of their growth and practical help with their global expansion.”

コリアスタートアップフォーラム（以下、コスポ）はベンチャー企業協会、韓国ベンチャーキャピタル協会とともにグローバルスタートアップフェスティバルコムアップ（ＣＯＭＥＵＰ）の主管機関に選ばれたと８日明らかにした。コスポは2022年から3年連続のコムアップを成功的に主管してきた経験をもとに、今回はベンチャー企業協会（会長ソン・ビョンジュン、以下ベンギ協）と韓国ベンチャーキャピタル協会（会長キム・ハクギュン、以下VC協会）とともにコンソーシアムを構成し、より完成度の高いコムアップを作った。
コンプは2019年から中小ベンチャー企業部の主催でグローバルスタートアップ行事に改編された後、2022年からコスポが主管してスタートアップ支援民間機関としての専門性を発揮してきた。特に2024年のコンプは、45カ国260以上のスタートアップが参加する予定であり、歴代最大規模で開催され、国際的地位をさらに確固とするものと予想される。
今年のコンプは、さらに多様なスタートアップの参加を誘導し、グローバルな影響力を最大化するために主管機関の公募を進め、その結果、コスポ、ベンギ協、VC協会を含むコンソーシアムが最終的に選ばれた。これにより2025年のコムアップ運営は、▲コリアスタートアップフォーラム(スタートアップ生態系成長)▲ベンチャー企業協会(ベンチャー企業参加及びオープンイノベーション)▲韓国ベンチャーキャピタル協会(ベンチャー投資活性化)など3つの機関がそれぞれ異なる専門性を結合し、グローバルスタートアップフェスティバルに跳躍。
コスポは、過去3年間のコムアップ運営を通じて積み重ねたグローバルネットワークとスタートアップ支援経験をもとに、より強力なグローバル協力と革新的なプログラムを披露する予定だ。これを通じて▲革新スタートアップ参加拡大 ▲実質的な投資機会増大 ▲大・中堅・ベンチャー企業流入増大などを目標にしてコンプの規模を拡大する予定だ。また、スタートアップが成長できるオーダーメード型サポートとグローバル舞台で競争力を持てるように投資連携と企業マッチングプログラムを強化する計画だ。
ベンチャー企業協会と韓国ベンチャーキャピタル協会は各機関の特性に合わせてコンプ本行事を準備する予定だ。ベンギー協はベンチャー企業の参加を最大化し、オープンイノベーションを通じて大企業や中堅企業とスタートアップ間の協力を活性化し、技術コラボレーションや市場拡大のための多様なネットワークを提供する予定だ。 VC協会はスタートアップとベンチャー投資家間の交流活性化に注力し、投資有望企業のためのピッチングセッションと1:1ミーティング、グローバル投資家招待プログラムなど実質的な投資連携機会を設ける予定だ。
コムアップ2025主管機関は上半期内に諮問委員会構成、参加企業募集、本行事広報、選抜企業後続支援プログラム運営などを差別化された事前プログラムとして準備する予定だ。
ソン・ビョンジュンベンチャー企業協会会長は「協会は革新的なベンチャー生態系の造成に努め、生態系の多様な主体の成長基盤を固めてきた」とし、「今回のコムアップで大・中堅・ベンチャー企業間の相互協力可能なチャネル構築とオープンイノベーション活性化を通じて共に成長できるように努める」と話した。
キム・ハギョン韓国ベンチャーキャピタル協会会長は「VC協会はベンチャー投資をリードする代表的な協会としてベンチャーキャピタル産業の先進化を導き、有望スタートアップと創業企業のスケールアップを支援してきた」とし「全世界スタートアップエコシステムでコミュニケーションをきっかけに実質的な投資誘致と言った。
ハン・サンウコリアスタートアップフォーラム議長は「過去3年間のコムアップを運営し、全世界のスタートアップがグローバル舞台に革新を広げることができる多様なプログラムを支援してきた」とし、「今年のコムアップはこれまでの運営力量に基づいてスケールアップに集中する予定であり、スタートアップの成長段階別支援とグローバル進出に役立つ。

韩国创业论坛（以下简称KOSPO） 8日宣布，与韩国风险企业协会、韩国风险投资协会共同被选定为全球创业庆典COMEUP的主办单位。基于自2022年起连续三年成功主办Comup的经验，Cospo计划与韩国风险企业协会（会长宋秉俊，以下简称VC协会）和韩国风险投资协会（会长金学均，以下简称VC协会）组成联盟，打造更加完善的Comup。
自 2019 年起，ComeUp 由中小企业和初创企业部主办，并改组为全球创业活动。自 2022 年起，该活动由 KOSPO 主办，展示了其作为支持初创企业的私人组织的专业技能。特别是2024年COMEUP将以史上最大规模举办，约有来自45个国家的260家初创企业参加，预计将进一步巩固其国际地位。
今年，ComeUp 为鼓励更多不同类型的初创企业参与并最大限度地发挥全球影响力，举办了一场公募竞赛，最终选出了包括 KOSPO、Benkihyup 和 VC Association 在内的联盟。由此，2025年ComeUp的运营将集中力量，融合▲韩国创业论坛（创业生态圈成长）、▲风险企业协会（风险企业参与和开放式创新）、▲韩国风险投资协会（风险投资激活）三个团体的不同专长，将其发展成为全球创业盛典。

韩国风险企业协会会长宋秉俊表示“协会致力于构建创新型风险投资生态系统，为生态系统中各类主体的成长奠定了基础”，并表示“本次ComeUp将致力于搭建大中型企业与风险投资企业之间相互合作的渠道，激活开放式创新，实现共同成长”。
韩国风险投资协会会长金学均表示，“VC协会是风险投资领域的领先协会，一直引领风险投资行业的发展，并支持有前景的初创企业和创业企业的规模化发展”。他补充道：“我们将策划有效的计划，以便全球创业生态系统能够通过 ComeUp 取得切实的招商成果，并为可持续发展奠定基础。”
韩国创业论坛主席韩尚宇表示：“在过去三年里，我们运营 ComeUp，并支持各种项目，让世界各地的创业公司在全球舞台上进行创新。”他补充道：“今年，ComeUp将在现有的运营能力基础上，专注于规模化，并希望成为一个真正的全球化平台，为初创企业在成长的每个阶段提供支持，为其全球化扩张提供切实的帮助。”

Le Korea Startup Forum (ci-après dénommé KOSPO) a annoncé le 8 qu'il avait été sélectionné comme organisation organisatrice du festival mondial des startups COMEUP avec la Korea Venture Business Association et la Korea Venture Capital Association . Fort de l'expérience d'hébergement réussi de Comup pendant trois années consécutives depuis 2022, Cospo prévoit de former un consortium avec la Korea Venture Business Association (président Song Byung-jun, ci-après dénommée VC Association) et la Korea Venture Capital Association (président Kim Hak-gyun, ci-après dénommée VC Association) pour créer un Comup plus complet.
Depuis 2019, ComeUp est hébergé par le Ministère des PME et des Startups et a été réorganisé en un événement mondial de startups. Depuis 2022, il est hébergé par KOSPO, démontrant ainsi son expertise en tant qu'organisation privée soutenant les startups. Cette année, ComeUp a organisé un concours public pour encourager la participation de startups plus diversifiées et maximiser l'influence mondiale. En conséquence, un consortium comprenant KOSPO, Benkihyup et VC Association a finalement été sélectionné. Grâce à cela, l'exploitation de ComeUp en 2025 concentrera tous ses efforts sur son développement en un festival mondial de startups en combinant les différentes expertises de trois organisations : ▲Korea Startup Forum (croissance de l'écosystème des startups), ▲Venture Business Association (participation aux entreprises de capital-risque et innovation ouverte) et ▲Korea Venture Capital Association (activation des investissements en capital-risque).
S'appuyant sur le réseau mondial et l'expérience de soutien aux startups accumulée grâce au fonctionnement de ComeUp au cours des trois dernières années, COSPO prévoit de présenter une coopération mondiale plus forte et des programmes innovants. Grâce à cela, nous prévoyons d'élargir l'échelle de Comup avec pour objectifs ▲ d'accroître la participation des startups innovantes ▲ d'accroître les opportunités d'investissement pratiques ▲ d'accroître l'afflux de grandes, moyennes et grandes entreprises. La Korea Venture Business Association et la Korea Venture Capital Association prévoient de préparer l'événement principal de ComeUp en fonction des caractéristiques de chaque organisation. La Venture Business Alliance maximisera la participation des entreprises à risque, activera la coopération entre les grandes et moyennes entreprises et les startups grâce à l'innovation ouverte et fournira divers réseaux de collaboration technologique et d'expansion du marché. La VC Association se concentrera sur l'activation des échanges entre les startups et les investisseurs en capital-risque, et offrira des opportunités pratiques de mise en relation d'investissement telles que des séances de pitching pour des sociétés d'investissement prometteuses, des réunions individuelles et des programmes d'invitation d'investisseurs mondiaux.
Les organisations organisatrices de ComeUp 2025 prévoient de préparer des pré-programmes différenciés au cours du premier semestre de l'année, notamment la formation d'un comité consultatif, le recrutement des entreprises participantes, la promotion de l'événement principal et la mise en œuvre de programmes de soutien de suivi pour les entreprises sélectionnées.
Song Byeong-jun, président de la Korea Venture Business Association, a déclaré : « L'association a travaillé dur pour créer un écosystème de capital-risque innovant et a jeté les bases de la croissance de diverses entités dans l'écosystème », et a ajouté : « Dans ce ComeUp, nous travaillerons à créer des canaux de coopération mutuelle entre les grandes, moyennes et grandes entreprises et à activer l'innovation ouverte afin que nous puissions grandir ensemble. »
